- Richard (8/5): - The hotel is currently going through some changes improving every part of it. This is the only reason I can’t give it an excellent rating but I’m sure when they are finished I would be able to. They have clearly done up the reception, breakfast area and dining area which looks high class, bright and airy, with lovely high ceilings. The room we stay still had to be updated so there was a few issues with it but not anything that would have been an issue, I did book a king size bedroom but when I arrived they didn’t have one available, this was disappointing and in my view if I had book a certain room that’s the room I expect. We were given a double queen instead with was comfortable and the extra lounge area and kitchen was nice. Some utilities like knifes, fork and spoons would have been nice. I can’t rate eco friendly as great as everything was plastic and non recycle plates and they didn’t seem to separate anything that could be recycled. The swimming pool is very clean and tidy, gets the sun until the late afternoon. Overall it was a pleasant few days and I’m sure when all the work is finished it will be an amazing place to stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating allowing us a late check out and holding our bags until we left for a late flight.
- Nestor (10/5): - I found the hotel to be very good. For the price they offer, it’s definitely worth it. The parking area in front of the hotel is well-lit, although the back and side areas could use better lighting — that’s the only thing I think could be improved. Breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were quite comfortable. The hotel is currently under renovation, so the small kitchen inside the suite didn’t have utensils such as spoons, knives, or plates. I assume that’s temporary due to the remodeling. Overall, it’s a very good hotel, recommended for small families or couples. It truly offers great value for the price.

- Whitney (2/5): - There were no blankets in our room and when I went to ask the desk, they only had one and had no way to into the laundry room to get more. The door to the bathroom and the door between the sitting room and bedroom didn’t shut. The shower had zero water pressure. Our pillows on our beds were tiny throw pillows. The place reeked of paint. I think they need to shut down until they’re done remodeling and get comforters for the beds. Will never stay there again.

- Melissa (6/5): - My group of 11 friends and I stayed here across two rooms, each with two queen beds and a sofa bed. At first impression, the rooms looked nice, as they had been recently remodeled. However, during our weekend stay, several cleanliness issues arose. In my room, we discovered small roaches near the sofa bed and in the bathroom. In the other room I booked, my friends reported receiving sheets with stains, including small spots of blood. Additionally, although the bathrooms were remodeled, the showers lacked shelving or holders for toiletries, so we had to place everything on the floor. Lastly, while the AC worked well, it made loud, sporadic noises throughout the night, which made it difficult for the lighter sleepers in our group to rest. Overall, we appreciated the convenience of the free breakfast and the hotel’s location, less than 15 minutes from the Disney parks. However, due to the issues we encountered, I would not choose to stay here again. I had stayed at this hotel before without problems, but this experience was disappointing and embarrassing, especially since I had recommended it to my friends.

- Shane (2/5): - Check in and the water was off staff kept saying one hour then another hour checked in at 4 water didn’t turn back on until 10pm 6hrs with no shower as me and my wife just got off work couldn’t even lay down we were still dirty. Staff offered a 10% discount which they didn’t even refund wouldn’t recommend staying here your at risk of something happening as the place is being renovated too
- James (4/5): - This hotel should not stay open during renovations. The hotel was in bad shape for people staying in a room. Beside the horrible smell of marijuana in the hallways, there was no hand soap in the bathroom, and the air conditioner sounded like a freight train. Won’t be back

- kenneth (4/5): - Made reservation well in advance for king suite, arrived 9/13/25 around 4:15 pm to check in. Front desk staff person was new, sent us to a double queen suite room that had not been cleaned or beds made. Back to lobby, waited and then given king suite with no hot water for showers and no working televisions. Back to lobby, waited again for third room which was a double queen studio, not King which was reserved! While showering, water shut off mid shower and in entire room. Told Manager Daniel, and upon our return to room water was back on. I told him we paid the king suite price ( $218.00) and so he gave us the queen suit price ($202.00) which totaled $16.00 less. No other compensation was offered for all of our waiting and back and forth dragging luggage and loss of time. I told them we had dinner reservations, and this made us 30 minutes late because of their inept operating of this hotel. We did understand they are renovating the hotel, but not to have our room ready when we arrived was sheer incompetence. Last but not least, when leaving room to depart, saw a German roach on the inside of our door as we were leaving. We know about German roaches and had to empty all of our bags outside of our home as not to bring just one of these invasive pests inside the house. This was quite an experience, and one which we don't ever want to have again!

- Verified traveler (8/5): - I recommend it if you are going to visit parks or for a short stay, clean room for 5, the shower had nowhere to put soap or shampoo, the entire hallway between the room and the elevator smelled of paint, the pool had many dead wasps in the water and others flying around, perhaps they have not noticed that there are hives of these insects on the outside ceiling, the parking lot is very dark, it needs more lights at night. The closest access door from the parking lot to the interior of the hotel was always closed, so we had to walk a bit and enter through the lobby door, the breakfast was acceptable

Unfortunately whoever has been doing the renovations has taken short cuts with no one watching. Toilet paper dispenser falling out of the wall. Bad painting. There are no shelves in the shower. Have to put toiletries on the floor of the shower. The beds are not queens, more like a super double if that exists. We have a queen bed at home and those are not queen beds. Beds were made up but nothing was cleaned. Shower, toilet, kitchen, not cleaned. Coffee not restocked. It’s affordable and close to attractions but there are better hotels at this price point.

The location was excellent for dining, grocery shopping and super close to Disney Spring and good distance from universal. Even though they are remodeling, they are keeping the common areas safe and clean. I will definitely visit again!

- Lisa (4/5): Remodel has been going on for years - We have been staying at this hotel for years and we originally liked it and the breakfast was great but they have been doing a remodel the last couple of years and it's still not finished and they only have half of the breakfast bar available and the fridge doesn't work properly in multiple rooms that we have stayed in, in the most recent remodeled room, the hair dryer was falling out of the wall, there was a wood shim under the shower door and there is no place to sit anything in the bathroom and they have removed all plates and silverware from the cabinets in rooms with a kitchenette, And there was NO coffee available at breakfast which we thought was unacceptable
- Meghan (8/5): - We stayed here recently and had a mixed experience. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, and while I’m sure it will look great once completed, the section we stayed in felt quite old and outdated. Unfortunately, our in-room coffee machine wasn’t working on the first day, and to make things worse, there was no coffee available during breakfast—they told us to use our room machine instead, which wasn’t ideal. Breakfast itself was just okay—nothing special, and certainly not a highlight of the stay. On a positive note, the staff were kind and responsive when I requested extra blankets, which I appreciated. There is a shuttle service to the parks, but it run once for universal in the morning around 9:00 AM and the last return is at 6:00 PM, so you’ll need to plan your day around that if you’re relying on it. Overall, the staff were helpful, but the amenities and overall experience fell a bit short. I’d consider staying again after the renovations are complete.
- Swakeshia (6/5): It was ok - This stay was not a good stay. The carpet smelled like mildew and the sink was stopped up. The blanket was not on the bed. I had to find it. The hotel is going through renovations but other rooms had microwaves, dishwashers and two burner stoves. My room did not. Must have been the difference between the 2nd floor and the 3rd floor. The breakfast was decent and staff seem nice.
- Xiong (6/5): - the air conditioner fan rumbles loudly whenever the fan comes on, and it happens periodically regardless if the fan is set to auto or on. The shower in our room seems to run out of cold water. We booked for a family of 5, and when it comes to the 5th guest for the shower, the water becomes extremely hot and not able to reduce the temperature.

- Gregory (2/5): - Perhaps when they finalize their renovations this hotel might become something again. But at this moment it's a disgrace and you shouldn't stay at it. The room walking in had a mildewy smell,. The room was old. There were holes in the wall in the ceiling. There are no shelving in the shower whatsoever. So good luck at what you want to do with things such as washcloths soap or any other type of shower accoutrements. There is an air handler in the room that is so loud. It sounds like somebody is literally hitting a hammer against metal. Every time it turns on. The TVs are small and hung crooked for some reason on the wall. On the door to the bedroom there was some kind of an orange viscous stain across the top of it and even more confusing a wired hanger hanging on the back of it, not on a hook. Just hanging from the top of it. Where the towels hang in the bathroom it's rusted. The blanket inside the closet was stained. The bed had one sheet on it. Paper thin. Not only won't I recommend this hotel. I would advise nobody ever staying there. The only good side of this entire hotel was young. Man who was checking people in was a very professional front desk agent. The woman in the morning was sitting in the doorway to the office. Her foot up reading a book.
- Victoria (4/5): - Overpriced for what I got/paid. Yes, it is currently under renovation and I went with that in mind but definitely it was not invested in what matters. Walking into the room immediately I knew it wasn’t worth it, the beds didn’t have a comforter set just bed sheets. The blankets in the room were folded in the closet and were prison esque, we had to ask twice at the front desk to be given actual comforters as the phone in the room didn’t even work. Room it’s self was extremely warm walking into even with putting the ac down the set locked temp was stuck at 73 and in the July Florida heat that’s crazy and on top of that the carpet wasn’t even properly cleaned as there was remains of bug on it. Biggest concern was the broken closet door to what I think was the ac unit with a cute sticker on it saying “Electrical Do No Open”……. It made the loudest sound as we were trying to sleep as well. Leaving for the day to go out we left the maid needed sign out and came back to the carpet not vacuumed again as the bug remains were still there no new towels and not even new sheets just the comforters folded on top of the bed not even made. As for the buffet breakfast it was the most bland tasteless food I ever ate at a hotel. The worker lady kept rushing to clean up that she ended up getting in the way of people most of the time and just overall uncomfortable as she just stares. It’s in a good location and quiet area felt safe sleeping here but for the price I could’ve stayed in another hotel

- Diego Alejandro del (2/5): - I have a serious issue with this stay. I have pictures. I was not aware until a few days prior that the hotel was under construction. That doesn’t bother me much. One thing is to pardon their dust and another the conditions and the hygienic part. I found a roach on my bed, I found an old chocolate wrapper under the phone and the conditions of my door were horrendous. To open, I literally had to kick the bottom for it work . The conditions are really out of control. Again “pardon our dust” is one thing, hygiene and detail is filth is another. I took pictures of the door, it appears as if you are staying in the slums. In addition, shower doesn’t even have a place to place your soap, I had no choice but to put on the floor. This is unacceptable and disgusting. Pool area looks forgotten, grass around property super high no maintenance. Oh my God the list goes on. Again, I am not pleased with my stay I am not pleased with what I found and experienced and expect a response and action. Diego

The air conditioner unit was incredibly loud, and in the bedroom itself, and every time it would power down we were awoke to the sounds of grinding metal. - Tara (4/5): Fumes made my family sick - Hotel is undergoing renovations and we were not aware at the time of our booking. The fumes made my family sick and we were unable to stay. We checked out about 2 hours after check in. We called the next day and explained why we had to leave and asked for.a discount, not even a full refund. We were assured we would receive some kind of compensation but did not. They still charged me the full price for the room. I received the emails about the renovations after we checked in.
- Tanya (6/5): Nice place - We had an overall great stay! Two nights we paid $150. Not bad for Orlando! The room was very clean and updated for the most part. Bed wasn’t as comfy as I hoped and they are under construction. So don’t expect perfection when you arrive. The breakfast was decent. Bagels, waffles, eggs, yogurt etc. We would stay again.

Brian was very professional from the moment I called Montreal. We had reservations at another hotel only to find out they only shuttle to Magic Kingdom, so disappointed. We needed to make a decision quick so we started searching for another hotel and ran across this one. So glad we did! Our room was really cute and cozy and the breakfast was great. The only downfall was coming in from a long day only to find one wash cloth so every night I had to walk to the front desk to ask for more. The young lady was pleasant and went to provide them. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

- Dalon (10/5): - We were the family staying in room 231, right by the corner window and wow, what an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the service was amazing. The first guy who helped us with the shuttle bus was incredibly kind and helpful. He really went out of his way to make sure we understood everything, and I wish I remembered his name because he truly made us feel welcome. And I absolutely can’t forget the housekeeping team. Every time we left the room and came back, it was spotles fresh, clean, and beautifully arranged. They were amazing and so consistent. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

I asked for a different room but was told they were booked and didn't have any extra rooms available so we had to wait. When we did get out room keys and made it to the 4th floor, the keys did not work so I had to go back down to tell the front desk clerk and get new keys. Once back up to our room, again the keys didn't work. The maintenance man saw us in the hallway and let us into the room and said he would get us new key cards. When we were in the room we quickly found out there was no power in the room. The lights didn't work nor did any of the outlets. I had to go back to the lobby to let the clerk know and he said they were going to check the breakers. Back up to the 4th floor I go. Not long after the maintenance man and the clerk were at the door trying new key cards which still didn't work. The clerk pulls new key cards out of his pocket and finally offers us another room (but I was told in the beginning they didn't have because they were completing booked) Why it took that long I'm not sure but
- Susan (6/5): - This property is being renovated. It was quite a mess. I was traveling by myself and was put in a room without a working deadbolt. It took an hour to get a new room. The room I was in was ok- the bathroom was nice. There was no place to plug in cables for chargers, make sure you have a block. They didn't have any bottled water for sale. I walked to the hotel next door to buy some. The area is great. Lots of restaurants. A brand new Target a few minutes away. Lots of work to do on this place.

Definitely has potential but is lacking currently.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Stay elsewhere - Unfortunately, I should have read the reviews before booking my stay. The hotel is currently under renovation, with large boxes stacked in the hallways. The rooms have taped crossings on the doors and hand-written signs saying “No beds,” among other issues. On the first night, we found a roach in our room. The phone and alarm clock didn’t work. The bedroom lighting was insufficient, with only a desk lamp and two small nightstand lights. Additionally, they had no extra soap bars—only the one that was already in the room when we arrived. They had run out of soap and gave us shower gel instead. On the second night, the guests in the room above us were stomping and moving furniture around all night. Since the phone in our room didn’t work, I had to call the hotel on my cellphone, but no one answered. After repeated attempts, I finally got through at 4:00 a.m. I reported the issue, and they said they would monitor the situation and notify the manager. The next morning, we spoke with the manager, who said he could practically do nothing about the noise and had not been informed about the incident by the late-night staff member I spoke with. This shows a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. We were traveling with a child and visiting the parks, so we couldn’t waste time finding another hotel, checking out, and checking into a new one—that’s why we stayed the second night. We asked for a full refund but were only given a partial one.

The old carpet and new carpet were varied throughout the hallway, and the old carpet had bleach stains on it, particularly near the door to the room. The tile in the kitchen of the room had footprints of dirt on it when we walked in. The lobby was the only renovated part and was not complete. But the rest of the hotel did not look nice at all, we didn't even want to take our shoes off on the carpet in the room.
