- Marina (8/5): Séjour en amoureux dans une belle chambre spacieuse et confortable - sans lumière naturelle, dommage (et cher). - Emplacement idéal avec le train et métro, ambiance chaleureuse et moderne, parfums agréables dans l’établissement. Lit très large et confortable, grande télé et belle salle de bain. Personnel agréable et gentil. Malheureusement, j’ai eu une chambre donnant « sur la court intérieure » qui n’est pas du tout une court mais une vue face à un mur. Zéro lumière naturelle dans une chambre à 300.- la nuit. Sachant que je n’ai pas demandé de telle chambre et que sur booking il n’y a même pas cette option, j’ai trouvé très très décevant et cher. Je n’ai pas pu profiter pleinement de la chambre confortable et joliment décorée. Pour dormir 3 nuits, une fausse fenêtre et zéro lumière naturelle est un gros défaut. L’Hôtel n’avait pas d’autre chambre sauf si je payais plus, en compensation un verre de vin m’a été proposé - très dommage aussi. Ça m’a malheureusement bcp impacté.

- Nicole (10/5): Eine rundum positive Erfahrung – von der Buchung bis zum Abschied! - Von der Buchung über den Empfang bis hin zum gesamten Aufenthalt; dieses Hotel hat auf ganzer Linie überzeugt! Das Personal ist ausnahmslos freundlich und zuvorkommend; man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an herzlich willkommen. Die Zummer begeistern mit einer überdurchschnittlichen Grösse, einer geschmackvollen Ausstattung und einer tadellosen Sauberkeit; hier lässt es sich wirklich entspannen und wohlfühlen. Ein besonderes Highlight war unser Abendessen im NYnLON. Die Küche war fein und hat den gelungenen Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

- Mansur (10/5): Excellent stay in the heart of London - We stayed in this hotel as a family of four during our visit to London. The hotel is renovated and clean. We enjoyed delicious breakfast. Location is absolutely the best. There is underground and a train station right there, so it is very easy to get around the city and even make day trips out of London. Most of the touristic attractions are accessible by walking.

- 422 (10/5): Great Stay - We stayed at this property many many times when it was the Crowne Plaza before covid. Now it has reopened under Hyatt we were very interested in staying again. and we are so glad we did. The position of this hotel, over the road from Blackfriars station and in the city area but walkable/busable to the centre, is perfect for us. We were greeted very professionally and welcoming by the staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel has been greatly improved in all areas and looks great. we booked a standard room which was small but totally adequate. It had everything we need and was extremely quiet and comfortable. The breakfast looked amazing but we had reservations elsewhere so didnt try it. The hotel has been done out really nice and the the restaurants seem to have changed for the better as we never ate in there in the past. Check out was smooth and again staff very helpful. Will definitely be staying there again.

- Patricia (7/5): Não atendeu minhas expectativas. Tenho a régua alta para a rede Hyatt, este está abaixo do esperado. - Depois de mudar 3 vezes de quarto, achei a acomodação ok. Dos hotéis da rede Hyatt que já fiquei esse foi o que menos gostei. Barulho, e não falo de barulho externo, barulho estrutural do prédio. Quando solicitamos a troca de acomodação nos colocaram em um quarto super apertado, na terceira tentativa nos foi oferecido um quarto ok. Na verdade o hotel é bem barulhento, o café da manhã é uma insanidade…já se trata de um serviço mais barulhento que as outras refeições mas nesse hotel é impressionante o barulho mas graças a gentileza do Alex (Maitre) ele nos acomodou em um anexo, o inconveniente era que tínhamos de sair desse anexo e ir para o restaurante, tudo em nome da paz! Quero deixar registrado a gentileza da Mara e do David, excelentes.
- 488marg (6/5): Temper your expectations - The hotel is located in a great location, right next to the Circle Line/Blackfriars station and is clean. However it is definitely not a 5 star hotel. The food/food service were terrible and the dining room staff were mostly non responsive. The food was so bad, we jokingly called the soup Thames water. Breakfast is steep at 35£ pp and the eggs were powdered and coffee in short supply (we had to ask several time). I might stay there again, but plan on keeping your own food in the in-room refrigerator or eat out.

- Aldo48 (8/5): Nice enough renovation - but not 5 star - The location is pretty good - almost opposite the Blackfriars Underground and Rail. But only the Circle Line stops there. The rail station has a covered walkway that crosses the river to the Southbank with easy access to the Tate Modern, etc. The hotel staff are good and helpful. There was a small issues I had but they went out of their way to apologize and fix it. There are some things to know. There is only one restaurant - the breakfast is nearly 35 pounds and just average for a 5 star. Aside from a Starbucks opposite there are very few alternatives. Rather annoyingly, the restaurant is closed all day Saturday and Sunday. Again, there isn't much choice outside near the hotel. Be warned about the cheaper twin and king rooms. If they don't specify it has a view, then it doesn't - the rooms all have windows, but about a third of them simply look into rooms opposite. So you need to keep your curtains shut and that makes the room dingy. You can often tell because the rooms are cheaper. The rooms have a mini safe and mini fridge.
- TravelingAmos (10/5): Centrally Located and Quiet - We stayed here for a week around Easter. The room and service were very much to our satisfaction. This is a central location, but it is relatively quiet at night. We walked into Covent Garden nearly every day, attending multiple shows during our stay. The Blackfriars tube stop gives you access to multiple lines, including the Thameslink, which we used to travel directly to Cambridge. A great option if the price is right.

Big Bend and Westminster Abbey are short walk away. The Black Friars pub across the street was so convenient as was the supermarket next-door. Highly recommend.

- Vacation716696 (10/5): Our 50th wedding anniversary and we would highly recommend this hotel! - My husband and I stayed here for our 50th wedding anniversary and all staff here went above and beyond for us. Although we never ordered anything, our room was decorated with heart balloons and a complimentary chocolate moose. When we went to leave to take the train, the porter took our luggage and showed us the tunnel under the street and took us right to the train station. Restaurant and bar staff also went above and beyond. The location is great and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in London.

The location was excellent, directly in front of the Blackfriars station and only a short walk to the river. There’s a Tesco Express right outside which made it easy to buy fresh fruit and basic needs daily. Lots of restaurants within a few minutes walk. Overall an excellent stay!

- janegL2283OM (10/5): A wonderful hotel for our long weekend stay in London. - I cannot say one negative thing about this hotel. The service, the hotel itself and the location is perfect. It is located across the street from the Blackfriars tube station and within walking distance from double decker bus stops. We took the train from Heathrow, changed once midway and rode the rest of the way directly to this hotel (approx 50 minutes total) . Its cheaper than an Uber, no traffic to deal with plus the train ride was fun for our traveling 8 year old! And when we got to the Blackfriars station, voila! our hotel was across the street. We upgraded to better accommodations so they could put a (permanent for our stay) roll away bed in our room with the two double beds and we didn't feel crowded at all. The room was clean and the bathroom was large with a shelf on which to put our toiletries. As we were upgraded, we were able to partake in the absolutely magnificent breakfast buffet. If you opt for this higher level, there is a small, but lovely cocktail hour in the early evening with an array of finger foods and wine. This hotel is across the street from the iconic Blackfriar Pub which has the best fish and chips! A big plus...it is one block from a small grocery store chain which is also very convenient if you have kids who want a yogurt, a bag of crisps or juice off hours! I highly recommend this hotel.

- halil_989 (10/5): Excellent choice - Hyatt Regency Blackfriars is a lesser known London property but in fact a great choice. We were there as a part of our honeymoon trip. Hotel is a typical Hyatt Regency, a bit business hotel feel. Since it is a new hotel, facilities were excellent. Front office is very efficient and kind. We were upgraded to a high street view room. Since room was on first floor I was a bit scared of the noice but hotel has thick windows and super sound insulation. Rooms are also a typical recent Hyatt Regency desing with open cupboard. This is not my preference but got used to it. Beds are super comfortable. There is a nice couch and a massive TV. Location is excellent. Most hotels are located towards other side of town and Hyatt Regency is closer to business districts. But Blackfrairs station is just opposite of hotel enterance and it is 2 stops from embankment and 3 stops from tower bridge. walking distance to St Paul's Cathedral and just a few steps from river Thames. we will definitely come back. Thanks to entire Hyatt team to make our special trip a very special one.

- Bate56 (8/5): - La struttura è stata ripresa dal Crowne Plaza che c era prima ed ora è gestito da Hyatt. Siamo tornati qua in quanto in passato ci eravamo trovati bene e la cosa si è riconfermata. Camere belle grandi, letto molto comodo, ed ottima posizione di fronte alla stazione Blackfriars Mi è difficile capire ed accettare come sia possibile per una struttura a 5 stelle del gruppo Hyatt NON avere un offerta di ristorazione nei weekend. C è un ristorante dell’hotel dal lunedì al venerdì ma nel weekend o si mangia al bar che c è all entrata (con offerta limitata) o in camera (ed io non sono un fan del room service per via dell’odore di cibo poi in camera). Non volendo uscire per stare tranquilli, visto che anche pioveva, volevamo mangiare nell’hotel. Essendo sabato sera però purtroppo il ristorante era appunto chiuso! Questa cosa non è normale per un hotel a 5 stelle, non può non esserci almeno un ristorante aperto. Non ci sono inoltre le scale, quindi ci si può spostare nei piani solo con gli ascensori. Nel corso delle 3 notti che siamo rimasti lì un ascensore dei 3 non funzionava, quindi c era spesso una lunga attesa (visto che nessuno poteva prendere delle scale). Difficile accettare queste sbavature per una struttura a 5 stelle.

- Remco (9/5): - Fantastisch personeel en mooi uitzicht vanuit de kamer op vele bekende landmarks en de rivier. Dichtbij de metro ingang. Kleine opmerking: het uitzicht vanaf de zithoek werd helaas geblokkeerd door een enorme zwarte TV. De ruimtes kunnen beter worden ingericht.
