• Frédéric (7/5): Escapade Viennoise - Hôtel un poil vieillot mais idéalement situé près d'une station de métro permettant de se rendre dans la centre historique en moins de 20 min. Au fond d'une petite cour, l'hôtel est très calme, petit-déjeuner standard. La chambre était bien tenue avec un écran de belle taille. La patio extérieur pourrait être amélioré.
• Nazife (8/5): - Konumunu,temizliğini,çalışanların güler yüzlü olmasını Odamızda terlik yoktu, belki istesek verirlerdi ama her ne olursa olsun odalarda tek kullanımlık terlik olmalıydı. Birde asansörler çok yavaş inip çıkıyordu, bazen beklemektense merdivenleri kullanmayı tercih ettik.
• ŞİMŞEK (10/5): Harika - Konum olarak metroya çok yakın. Gezmek için harika bir noktada. 3 kişi kaldık ve odamız çok genişti. Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlüydü. Çok temizdi her şeyden memnun kaldık

• Ana (10/5): Really good hotel. - Really good hotel, just a minutes walk to the center. The neighborhood is really nice, with restaurants and supermarkets around. Also U4 is just a few meters away. It was clean, the staff was really nice. The breakfast was really good and fresh. The elevetors are really slow, we were at 6th floor and it was quicker to use the stairs. But not a problem if you are not in a rush.
• Mueller (1/5): - I booked that hotel unintentionally from the outer door of your same hotel in Bad Mergentheim Germany. It was getting late and I needed a room and one of the guest explained and helped me register a room which can only be done online We then waited for the password only to find it did not work. We then called the number for problems and after much discussion we were told we booked a sister hotel that was in Vienna. We then booked the proper hotel with the intent that the manager we had just talked to could cancel the mistake that just happened a few minutes earlier but can’t. My wife and I have used booking.com numerous times over the years and I have gotten to the point where I would rather use other sources to find a hotel.

• Evgeniia (9/5): - Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, das Zimmer ist sauber, aber nicht ganz neu. Ansonsten ist alles sehr gut. Ich konnte den Fernseher nicht selbst einstellen, deshalb verlief mein Aufenthalt ohne lokales Fernsehen.

• Tomasz (7/5): Hotel jest bardzo dobry na krótki pobyt w celu zwiedzania. - W pokoju był czysto, Śniadania smaczne. Codziennie pieczono ciato - bardzo dobre. Dostęp do kawy przez cały dzień. Hotel w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Własny parking. Hotel posiada własny ogródek gdzie można w ciepłe dni posiedzieć. Panie miały problem z zapamietaniem, że mam prawo korzystać ze śniadania. Trzykrotnie pytano mnie o numer pokoju. Bardzo mała kabina prysznicowa. Brak szczelności drzwi w tej kabinie. Nie można było domknąc okna.

• Tamer (9/5): tavsiye edilir - Konumu mükemmel. U4 metrosuna adım mesafesinde. Havaalanı treninden aktarma yapıp bir kaç durak içinde ulaştım. U4 metrosu bir çok önemli konuma ulaşabildiği gibi, diğer U larla aktarma noktalarında da birleştiği için benim adıma mükemmel oldu. Otelin arka taraflarında ise D tramvayı var ki o da bir sürü önemli lokasyondan geçiyor. Resepsiyonda ilk gittiğimiz zaman Azra hanımla karşılaşmakta bizim adımıza bir artı oldu, dil sorunum yok ama Avusturya da türkçe check in yapmak da gayet güzel, kendisi bir kaç ufak isteklerimizde de bize yardımcı oldu, teşekkürler. Sevmemek demeyeyim ama yataklarda biraz göçme vardı iyileştirilirse daha güzel olabilir. Elektrik prizleri yerde olmasa da telefonu şarj etmek bu kadar eziyet olmasa daha güzel olabilirdi, neredeyse zeminde duruyor prizler. Bir de banyonun küvetinin cam seperatörü, yahu arkadaş cam kısıtlaması mı var, şunu biraz arkaya doğru uzun yaptırsaydınız da yerler ıslanmasın diye kasıla kasıla duş almasaydık. Bunlar otelle ilgili fikrimi değiştirmez ama düzeltilseler çok daha iyi olabilir diye düşünüyorum.

Bon service (par rapport à nos vélos et service de transport de bagages) L'accueillant le jour de notre arrivée était un peu spécial, nous avons donc eu peur mais tout s'est bien passé. Point de vue écologie : les serviettes de bains sont changées alors que ce n'est pas nécessaire. Bien que le quartier soit calme, il est préférable d'avoir des bouchons d'oreille si vous voulez laisser la fenêtre ouverte (il faisait assez chaud dans les chambres - airco semblait HS)

Кондиціонер не працював, щоправда на рецепшен сказали, якось вирішуть це питання. За такий кост, досить ок. Але не очікуйте супер комфорту, готель щоб переночувати

• João (8/5): Uma cidade a voltar - Excelente localização pois está 2 minutos da estação de U-Bahn-Station Roßauer Ländecom com ligações a toda a cidade. A pé são só 30 minutos até centro histórico. O quarto é confortável e muito limpo. O pequeno-almoço sendo bom deveria ter mais alguma variadade de queijos e cereais.

• Eleonora (10/5): Soggiorno rilassante e molto apprezzato - La colazione non è molto varia ma ha tutto, sia colazione salata che dolce, inoltre lo staff è stato molto cordiale sia in reception che lo staff della sala colazione. La struttura è un po decentrata ma a due passi dall’hotel si trova sia la linea U4 sia il tram che ti portano in centro in poche fermate. La camera era una tripla, molto spaziosa, il bagno grande e pulito.

• Tomáš Zahrádka (10/5): Doporučuji toto ubytování - Výborná a bohatá snídaně, velmi nám chutnalo. Pokoje sice menší, ale naprosto dostačující. Bydleli jsme v 6. patře s výhledem na kasárna, výtah jezdil sice pomalu, ale spolehlivě. Dolů to bylo rychlejší pěšky :-). O víkendu jsme našli parkování zdarma přímo před hotelem, během týdne to může být s parkováním horší, ale hotel má za poplatek svá parkovací stání.

Hicimos check in late y no había nadie en recepción...nos dieron un código pero nos costó trabajo entender las instrucciones, para poder comunicarse con alguien teníamos que tener minutos y por lo general los turistas van con esim de datos ...deberían tener un contacto de urgencia por Whatsapp

Abbiamo chiesto la prenotazione anche del posto auto a pagamento solo perché disabile e ci è stato negato per la regola ma era stato richiesto solo per i problemi di mio marito. • tiziana (7/5): - Mi è piaciuto il cibo buono e la stanza pulita Non mi é piaciuto il personale decisamente poco incline all'aiuto e alla collaborazione. La tv dal primo giorno non era non funzionante . Dopo la mia insistenza la reception é venuto su e in 10 minuti l'ha sistemata era un contatto elettrico che non la faceva accendere. Tutto risolto in 10 minuti ma era altamente scocciato per averlo disturbato alle 21.30 e poco empatico. Nei giorni successivi peggio. Ho dovuto chiedere una mappa della città che tra l'altro era messa a disposizione dei clienti (io non lo sapevo) ma forse è usanza loro la poca comunicazione con i clienti e il sorriso non é decisamente il loro forte... Per quanto riguarda il personale femminile cordiale e disponibile

• Elena (7/5): Posizione top e personale cordiale - La posizione molto bella, in una zona tranquilla, sul fiume e vicinissima alla metro U4. La stanza ha tutto quello che serve e il personale è davvero molto disponibile (abbiamo chiesto di cambiarci i cuscini perché molto scomodi e sono stati tempestivi e davvero cortesi nel supportarci) La struttura è un po’ datata e anche se ristrutturata alcuni segni del tempo si notato. Per esempio la camera non aveva gli oscuranti alle finestre quindi dormire più delle 5 del mattino era impossibile e inoltre la finestra faceva fatica a chiudersi.

• Betül (9/5): Bizim için çok güzel bir deneyimdi. Otelin konumu çok iyiydi. Kahvaltısından da çok memnun kaldık. - Otelin konumu çok iyiydi. U4 metro istasyonuna çok yakındı. Şehir merkezine de yürüyerek gidilebilir fakat biz çocuklarla geldiğimiz için metroyu ve tramvayı kullandık. İkisine de çok yakındı. Odası ferah ve temizdi. Açık büfe kahvaltı yeterli ve güzeldi. Çalışanlar çok yardımcı oldular. Dil problemi hiç yaşamadık.

• Niko (8/5): - Dober zajtrk, zelo blizu podzemne, 3 minute. Ko smo se odjavili, smo lahko prtljago pustili na recepciji in jo pobrali ko smo šli domov. Imajo privaten parking, stane 25€/dan. Se še verjetno kaj vrnemo. Vzglavniki so bili pretrdi.

Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Stanza non pulitissima: bagno pulito ma maleodorante. Unico problema il caldo per via della finestra lucernario. Caldo e bagno un po maleodorante
