• ewut2022 (4/5): Convenient but Misleading on Amenities - I booked this airport hotel via Agoda for its cleanliness and proximity. However, the advertised "free shuttle" was not free; I paid 150 CZK. A provided water bottle was also charged (130 CZK), unlike the standard complimentary service elsewhere. The room lacked international power outlets, only having European Schuko sockets. The installed USB wall ports were non-functional. While suitable for a clean, basic overnight stay, be prepared for extra charges on advertised services and limited charging options. Verify all included amenities directly with the hotel before arrival.
• Jen Sheng (6/5): - Not sure what’s wrong with the air conditioning. The cooking smell and smoke will leak out to the room even the air conditioner is off. Something went wrong and has no room to change. Has reflected to the staff but there’s nothing he can do. Therefore, had to suffer for a night.
• Anthony (6/5): - The property appears like it has recently been updated as it was clean and comfortable. Its shortcomings relate to customer service. The lady that checked us incas friendly enough, but we had to sit in the foyer for over two hour as the hotel doesn't allow check in until 2PM. The room was comfortable, but the TV didn't work, and we did realize that it was unplugged as all the wiring was tucked up behind the TV. The bathroom sink was also plugged and very slow to drain. Luckily for us we only need the room for a few hours as we had an early morning flight. The airport shuttle was good, and the driver very accommodating.

• Tracie (10/5): - Was very helpful having a shuttle from the airport. Note - it's not free but it's convenient. Location was perfect for a quick overnight stay between flights - the restaurant was great and served our needs. We didn't venture out but there's an outlet mall very close to the hotel.

• jones_welsh_explorer (2/5): Terrible Experience - Probably one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Receptionist very rude/abrupt, could not find the booking to start with, charged for parking when website says it was free for guests. Room was horrendous, no amenities, sink blocked, and the smell in the room (which I can only describe as old deep fat fryer chip fat) kept us awake all night and our clothes smelt the next day, I can only assume our room was above the kitchen. Bed was uncomfortable, only one pillow. Based on the attitude of the receptionist to us and other guests we dare not complain! Ramada you need to get your act together with this hotel as it’s losing you business. Would advise anyone looking to stay here to look elsewhere!
• Shawn (8/5): - The convenience and shuttle to the main terminals. The facility was newly remodeled and the room was comfortable and clean. Shower was amazing.
• Ralf (8/5): - 2 btl beer in the Minibar where filled with water, it is noticed in the FO - Log book. I got 2 beers for free. FOM was aware of the problem since HK is informed frequently about the problem of guest using minibar and refill BTL with Water. old Trick in the Business:-) as long as the situation is dealt with in professionell manner for the guest I have no issue with it since it is a more or less internal issue with HK.

• 13halh (2/5): Very poor experience at this hotel. - We had a terrible experience at this hotel. The TV remote was missing. When the manager brought a new one to our room, it would not work. The room was too warm, and the heat could not be adjusted. The room was on the dark side because one of the light bulbs was burned out. Finally, the restaurant and bar were supposed to be open, but were closed. (We were informed that the refrigerator was broken.)
• joehU6162AT (2/5): Not what we booked - We booked a "junior suite" with a king bed. When we got there, they told us the only rooms available were single beds. They refused to give us a refund. Don't trust the photos they show you online!

The room upon arrival smelled like fried food. The front desk clerk moved me to a room that smelled like onions so they have a ventilation issue. I would not stay here again as the front desk woman was rude as well.

• svetiii (6/5): No correct prices - Unfortunately they lie their clients ant tell them that the price we got on booking platform it is no correct. The clerk at the front desk claimed that the price was approximate and not exact After checking with Booking, they said there was a problem with the exchange rate. In the end, Booking credited us for the difference. Very disappointed about the case with the price. Very basically stay before the fly. The room is quiet.

The bedroom was like a university dormitory room. Uncomfortable hard mattress with tiny blanket duvet. Breakfast is low quality. Friendly staff though.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Convenient location - Very clean. Convenient location. Not walkable from Terminal 1 annd 2, but the hotel provides shuttle bus service for 2 euro each way per person. I would definitely stay here again if I need a layover.

• D (6/5): Hotel Ok, dated and let down by the Restaurant - Shuttle bus was good, we rang the reception and the bus came round pretty quickly, 2 euro charge per person was added to the bill. Maybe the bus should be free? Anyway its not a massive amount but for a family of 4 it would be 16 euros return trip! Check In was slow, but no major issues, the room was clean, if a little dated. The shower head was hanging off the wall, which was just a bit annoying rather than anything else. The Bar/Restaurant was again clean but dated. There was 1 guy behind the bar, we called him "Captain Cheerful" as he wasn't the happiest guy in the world. Was muttering to himself when we asked for drinks, and again when asking for food. It was approx 21:30 before we got to the bar, closing time was advertised as 23:00, we were asked to leave around 22:30. The Breakfast was basic, the fruit juice was watered down, it basically tasted like flavoured water rather than fresh juice. Would I go back?.....Yes, but it wouldn't be my 1st choice of airport hotel at Prague, The Marriot and Holiday Inn would be my 1st choice places

• Dwight (8/5): - It was an adequate if tired hotel for our last night in Prague before an early morning flight. I appreciated that they had a shuttle available to take us to the airport, as well as a restaurant on-site for dinner. My only real complaint was that the staff was fairly unenthusiastic. They did the job OK, but they sure didn't make me feel like they were happy to be there. The front desk clerk was nowhere to be found when we first got there, and when he finally showed up it felt like he didn't enjoy us interrupting his evening. When we went down to the restaurant it seemed like we woke up the only person working there. As I said they did the job, but didn't make us feel like we were all that welcome there.

• JJ1028 (6/5): Okay basic hotel - It's a very basic airport hotel that serves the main purpose - quick layover or early flight connection. Room is clean and spacious enough, minimal toiletries provided. It provides breakfasts for a fee but I did not try that. This hotel is NOT within walking distance from T1/T2, will need either a taxi or you can take city bus 59 (only 3-4 stops). Bus59 stop is located just right outside T1 building, buy a ticket from the vending machine and validate the ticket at those yellow machines before boarding. The hotel is right next to Terminal 3 which caters chartered and private flights. This hotel has airport shuttle but you will have to call them from the airport to arrange pick up which I did not as it was late. You can however arrange shuttle back to the airport once you get there, it costs a small fee.
• Paula (6/5): - Check in was good and friendly The room was clean but very dated The restaurant was very dated and breakfast was terrible the food seemed old and tired and so I chose just bread and butter. I would recommend skipping it!
• James (4/5): - It was not great ... what you would expect from a cheap airport hotel. No toothbrush/paste, no individual shampoos or soaps (only refillable dispensers). Noisy halls with guests coming and going at all times. CERTAINLY not what I had expected from the price or the Ramada/Wyndham name. Very disappointed, and will never return or recommend.

• Joanna (6/5): - Stayed for one night at Ramada Prague Airport, it is a very basic hotel for airport overlay. Room is clean and spacious enough. No toiletries, just soap. Hotel is NOT within walking distance from Terminal 1and 2, you have to call the hotel to arrange airport shuttle that costs 2euros, take a cab or take the city bus no. 59. Beware of the taxi drivers outside the terminal building, some were trying to scam me to pay 25 euros for a 5 minute ride. I end up paying 1 euro for the bus no. 59, just 2 stops. The bus stops right outside of terminal 1 and 2. Overall this hotel is ok for an overlay stay. Serves the purpose.
• Barbara (4/5): - I reserved this Hotel because it INCLUDED a shuttle to the Airport - when we checked in we were told it was no longer included, and we had to pay a small fee. The only bottled water in our room came with a PRICE on it. We were not impressed. There were other Hotels that included the shuttle to the airport we could have chosen.

• 796juditha (2/5): Disappointing lack of humanity. Like being in reformatory college for bad teenagers. - It was my mistake ! This they repeated to me 10 times ! It was an honest mistake and I showed good faith by rebooking. But if punishment and threatening words are your thing. This is your place! No smiling service. No gestures towards the client. It’s rather like checking into a penitentiary. So shut up and keep your head down. By the way it’s a 13 minute drive to Terminal 2 so if you want to be close, stay at the Marriot or Holiday Inn. Well worth the price difference. The Ramada is not in the league of international hotels. It’s a no man’s land between a communist past and the unrealized dream of the west. The workers are brow beaten and fearful of « The Manager ».

• E3110AYpepem (2/5): TECHNICAL PROBLEM FOR THE RESERVATION WE ARE STAYED ON THE STREET AT 2:00 AM - Yesterday afternoon a reservation was made on the website, for the stay from 05/26 to 05/27. Apparently everything was correct, since that is how I received the confirmation from the hotel. When my colleague arrived at the Prague airport at 1:30 a.m., he took his suitcases and went to the hotel. He would arrive approximately around 2:00 a.m. and found that your colleague at the reception told him that they had had a technical problem and that the hotel was fully booked. He had to find another hotel urgently and take a taxi and leave. Honestly, it seems like terrible management, so I'm going to write it down in a review. Of course, none of our colleagues will return to your hotel.

Lost about 30 mins time by having the hotel shuttle returning us back to the airport, while we clearly said we age "going to the city". The bus from the airport stops literally next to the hotel main entry.

• N8383ZIchrisg (6/5): Only if you’re desperate - Just so you are aware this hotel is at Terminal 3 (chartered flights). It is not at the commercial T1 & T2. It is about 10 minutes by bus. They do pick you up if you call them. The rooms are old. The bathroom lights worked but not much else. Forget about the TV, it’s not connected to any service. Apart from that comfortable enough. Top tip. You can go between all terminals on the 59 bus. You can buy a 24 hour ticket for a few euros inside T3 and also on the bus. It is very convenient, the bus stop is just outside the hotel and runs every few minutes. It goes on both directions so check first if it’s heading towards T2. If you stay on the 59 you can get off at the end and jump on the Metro on the same 24 hour ticket and go into the old city.
• 9changp (6/5): Positive Aspects - Employees are friendly and polite. The room is spacious. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and fresh. The WiFi connection is stable. The ambience is clean and tranquil. There is a bus stop nearby. People can get to the city and the airport easily.

They had bleach stains in some areas - but, importantly, the carpets were clean!

Choose this because of proximity to airport and shuttle service. Beds were comfortable. Shuttle service was great. Basic, reliable place to sleep.
