Christina (6/5): Het was ok - Locatie, vlakbij Camp NOU en metro L3. Fijn dat je vanuit de airport op metrolijn L9 Sud naar eindpunt kunt en dan nog overstappen op L3. Hele fijne buurt met veel leuke lunchtenten en restaurants. Supermarkten ook in de omgeving aanwezig. Ook een hele leuke shoppingcenter L’Illa op loopafstand met een soort foodcourt. Personeel erg star, groet niet wanneer je binnenkomt sterker nog dan doen ze net alsof ze iets van achteren moeten pakken. Heb geen enkele personeel zien glimlachen. Voor het bedrag wat we hebben neergelegd is dit absoluut geen viersterren hotel eerder een driesterren hotel. Hotelkamer is toe aan renovatie en airco werkte niet.

Dużym plusem jest możliwość zostawienia bagażu na przechowanie w dniu przyjazdu i wyjazdu - więc można swobodnie dostosować się do godzin check-in-u i check-out-u. Pod łóżkiem dużo kurzu, nikt tam nie sprzątał. Restauracja 2cero7 na obiad raczej droga, mimo zniżki - menu del dia znajdziecie tańsze w wielu innych miejscach, choćby w przyhotelowej restauracji Taberna Harley Davidson. Brak czajnika w kuchni - na 4-gwiazdkowy hotel to raczej rzadko spotykane uchybienie.

Na raňajkách milý personál. Čisté izby. Viac krát sa nám zablokovala karta a museli sme chodiť na recepciu na jej prečipovanie. Personál na recepcii by mohol byť milší

The most uncomfortable is air conditioning not working/available. When booking in the facilities it shows air conditioning available. But it was not working and when asked about it with reception they said it’s available in summer. Due to hot weather and without air conditioning couldn’t sleep and kids struggled a lot. If it’s conditional then it should have been mentioned it and we could have booked other hotel.
