- Irina (9/5): Central well designed stay. - Rooms were spacious, very clean and extremely well designed. Windows opened onto the street, little details were all taken care of. The pool and spa area needs to attention. It was worn out, a little smelly and saunas did not work properly.

- Jurriaan (8/5): Eingentlich ein tolles Designhotel, aber mit Mängeln. - Die Lage ist sehr gut, das Personal sehr freundlich Die Lobby und das Hotel an sich ist sehr stylisch und gut designed. Dir Zimmer sind aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die große Wand im Zimmer sieht aus wie eine Baustelle, soll aber wahrscheinlich Tril des Design sein, ist aber sehr ungemütlich.

The rooms were very small, bathrooms were very difficult to use and there was no proper vanity to place your items. Was no area to do your make up, there was no sitting area to sit and rest your back. The bed did not have a bed frame to sit up in bed and the breakfast was very minimal, not much choice, would not stay here again.

- Julie Ann (8/5): super lage, schönes design - wir hatten einen Balkon am Zimmer und waren damit sehr positiv überrascht. alles war ansprechend eingerichtet und Annehmlichkeiten wie ein gym oder das spa gut. wir hatten keine Espresso Maschine auf dem Zimmer, wie eigentlich angegeben. und den Wasserkocher konnte man auch nicht benutzen weil es keine Steckdose gab. plus der eine Aufzug für all die gäste ist einfach zu wenig

- John (8/5): Stay in Art has drawbacks but staff and location are great - Exceptional location. Very clean and ultra modern. Super helpful staff that went above and beyond. Nice breakfast. The slogan says Stay in Art and this is 100% true. It’s like living in a MOMA, in good and bad ways. The decor is almost 100% black floor to ceiling. Almost brutalist in its art style. This often made things confusing or impractical. We could not easily figure out how to open the room door or do many basic things. I literally had to call the front desk to find out how to turn off the bathroom lights and she gave a well rehearsed speech about how the switch was in a hidden compartment in the wall underneath a hair dryer.

- Philip (10/5): - Wonderful staff and hotel, location is great. Right in the heart of everything but things really settle down after dinner on the street. Walkable to other great parts of Milan like Brera and the Navigli canals. We had the hotel organize transportation from the airport, everything went smoothly. First class place. Will stay here again.

- Anna (10/5): - The location of the hotel is great. In the heart of Milano but it was not loud at night. There is a bar downstairs where you can refresh or hang out in the evening. But a true highlight is a tiny spa. The staff was so friendly, we loved our stay. not sure

- Bradley (9/5): The Straf is black. It's hip, lazy-sax midnight jazz club cool. It's metallic and concrete. Unfussy. - Innovative and funky design of the room and property. The location in the historic centre of Milan is utterly unbeatable. The staff were always obliging. The breakfast choices were adequate but uninspired - although the juicer was a nice touch. The location of power outlets in the room was bizarre: happy hunting.
- Rob (10/5): - The hotel was very nice and the location 100 meters from the Duomo and a Metro station can't be beat. The room itself was fine after figuring out a few things that keep the design clean (toilet paper behind a door in the wall, tissues in a drawer in the vanity, slightly awkward taps).
