• chen (5/5): 不太推荐 - 离车站比较近，可以住6人 很奇怪的位置，以为是民宿，没想到是在办公楼里，在顶楼，下面都是别人的公司，然后隔音很差，晚上睡觉和清晨比较吵，睡眠不好的不要挑战自己。 里面的布局就是办公室改的，大门都是隔断的木门，很不安全，上面还有缝，晚上睡觉很阴间，透风。 我说预订照片怎么没有大门，原来非常的聚餐，电梯也很容易夹人。 卫生一般般，靠枕有污渍，床上有头发，拖鞋也是有灰尘。床垫是直接放在床架上，没有床头靠背 不推荐！

• Mathilde (9/5): Très bien - Tout était très bien, l'emplacement et le confort des lits notamment. Nous avions beaucoup de place et même un petit balcon Pour chipoter, il manquait d'une étagère ou d'un crochet dans la salle de bain et la lumière de l'issue de secours était allumée toute la nuit
• Tanner (10/5): Best place I stayed in in Japan - Absolutely the best place we stayed in Japan, the best we’re comfortable and big, the room had a ton of room and the balcony was massive. The shower was one of the best I had in Japan and the elevator straight to the room was so unique and cool. Plus it was a fantastic price for 3 people for 4 nights Nothing it was great a little hard to find but that was the only issue

The size of the room is also spacious, and we had no problems at all with lots of baggage The heater doesnt work somehow. The room was really cold all the time, even after we tried to turn on the heater through Air Conditioner using maximum temperature

• Sharon (9/5): - Het appartement is ruim en comfortabel, ook ruim genoeg voor 2,3,4 personen. De check-in en check-out gaat heel makkelijk. Locatie is perfect, genoeg lekkere restaurants nabij. Eigenlijk niks maar...douchewater kon iets heter. Verkeerslawaai.

• Diana (8/5): - Nous étions 3 adultes et 2 enfants et nous étions confortables. La station du métro est très proche de l’appartement et vous pouvez marcher sans problème. Les lits sont super confortables 100% recommandé. Il n’y avait pas assez des ustensiles pour un déjeuner pour une famille de 5.
• NAMIKO (7/5): - 地下鉄　本町駅　２４番出口　とコンビニが近く便利。夜は静かで良かったです。 清掃の細かいところがもう少しキレイだと完璧だな、とおもいました。 窓や食器棚の手垢や換気扇のホコリ、冷凍庫の霜がびっしりついていたり。
• 初民泊 (5/5): 初の民泊利用に戸惑いました - 地下鉄の駅に近く、その駅が3路線乗り入れていたので立地が良く、どこへ出かけるのにも便利でした。 ベッドも大きくて快適でした。 まず1番にテレビが無いこと。朝は時計代わりに使いますし、旅先でしか見られないその地方の番組から受け取る情報は大切です。 次に、周りが大きな幹線道路でしたので、交通騒音には悩まされました。交通の弁の良さと引き換えと思えば仕方ありませんが、窓ガラスの二重化などの騒音対策はされていませんでした。 玄関のドア枠が外れていて怪我をしそうでした。 加えて、これは要望ですが、できれば洗濯乾燥設備もあったら素晴らしいと思いました。

• Gonzalo Franch (8/5): - La ubicación cerca del metro y el autocheckin. Hace muchísimo calor en el piso. Aunque pongas el aire acondicionado, el frío se escapa por encima de la puerta ya que no está tapiado y estás comunicado con el rellano del ascensor.

• Josué Avila (7/5): - Lo cercano del lugar con la estación del metro y la facilidad de desplazarte a cualquier lugar. El horario de check-in es una hora más tarde de lo normal. Te piden separar la basura pero solo hay un bote y ni siquiera hay bolsas adicionales. El acomodo de los muebles no está muy bien distribuido. No hay amenidades como café o té.
• raquel (8/5): - The place is quiet, accessible to train, shops, convi. Laundry coin place is a 16 mins walk so not too bad to have your laundry. The room is very clean and beds are confortable. My family enjoy watching vua projector.The host is response quickly. Table is small.
• Peter (6/5): Pleasant - Location. Check In was exactly at 4:00 PM, which is hard to plan with kids. We arrived at 3:30 PM and couldn't check in with our suitcases and had to wander around with our heavy suitcases for another 30 minutes. When you get out of the elevator you can see into the room, the wall doesn't go all the way to the ceiling. Small kitchen and poor kitchen equipment. Upon arrival, the air conditioning was not turned on in the room, it was terribly hot.

• Micheal (3/5): Uncomfortable - The accommodation was in a spot that was close to public transport, the accommodation was super clean and central. They do not provide enough blankets, pillows and towels for everyone. When asked for one more blanket, pillow and towel - they said it was against their policy to provide for everyone however on fourth night of staying there with blanket/pillow and towel shortage they thought it was appropriate to provide an extra 7 towels which was against their policy, but they thought they would be 'nice' which was not what we needed. I've never come across an accommodation who does not provide enough blanket, pillows and towels. We had no choice but share our blanket, pillows and towels.
• Daryl (5/5): Spacious and clean room for a family of 6. But I cannot recommend staying here during winter. - 1. The room is spacious for 6 pax. 2. Complete kitchen appliances 3. Has a nice projector screen 1. The heater is insufficient during winter. I have already maximized both the fan speed and the temperature settings, but the fan is still blowing weakly. I checked the air conditioner filter, and it is full of dust. 2. The room has a strong smell of cigarettes. They offered me two options: a machine or a scent spray. The machine will take two hours to work, and they should have completed the process between check-out and check-in time, which is from 10 AM to 4 PM. 3. The water heater’s reservoir is not large enough for six people.
• Verified traveler (8/5): 広くて快適でした。 - 家族旅行で利用しました。部屋が広く快適でした。ただ、トイレがたばこのにおいがひどく染みついていました。禁煙なのに利用者がたばこを吸ったみたいです。電子レンジが使いにくかったです。キッチンはせまいので、自分で料理をするのには向きません。エレベーターをでてすぐに扉で驚きましたが、10階のフロアがすべて部屋なので、静かでとてもよかったです。

• Mary (8/5): - The room was okay. The code on the property was not given to us until 4:05pm, so we had to wait outside the building after a long flight. We were tired, check in time was 4pm. They could have offered us an early check in.
• Nouman (7/5): Nice stay - Room was good and bonus is you have whole floor for your room, subway was close but to go to more frequent subway line you have to walk a lot , overall good experience When we arrived there was no cooling either at the floor and in the room,and was too much humid, it could be better if someone open the air conditioner few hours before guest arrival

• Eden (7/5): Great for space and budget, not great location. - It was very spacious and clean! We had a party of 3 people, so there was more than enough room. They had toothbrushes, soaps, towels, hair dryer, etc. And AC, which was a life saver. The location leaves much to be desired. I probably will not be booking here again just before of the location. It is right by big freeways and there is not much around. It felt somewhat sketchy at night, compared to the rest of Japan, and although it is close to an entrance for Honmachi station, it is very far from the actual trains and lines.

• Lina (7/5): Good - The room clean and big enough for 4 people, the bed comfortable. There is no washing machine in the building and no plastic buckets for a hand washing. Location 20 minutes walk to Dotonbury
• Martin (6/5): Reasonable apartment - Nice balcony and location Noisy air con, very heavy bedding and a almost non-functional kitchen
• Ezyian (10/5): Good apartment for groups - Nice apparemment, better than average beds. Good location. Good value for money. Some small aspects of maintenance could be better. Terrace flooring has a lot of cracks. Minor defects in wallpaper. To be clear, I wouldn't care about those if the terms you sign at the unmanned check-in weren't so harsh on damage, without documentation of the current status.
• Luh (10/5): Exceptional - The staffs were very accomodating and fast response when we need help. The location is very closed to subway station Hommachi exit 27. Many convenient stores around and easy access to go anywhere. Small kitchen, electronic kettle, microwave, and mini refrigerator are inside the room. This room is usually sold out fast and it was lucky to get it ♥️ Water pressure is good 👍
• Hara (7/5): Good - Very clean and spacious. Nice balcony. Very polite and helpful host, responding very fast. Even the location seems close to main sites, the specific metro station is very uncomfortable. Also the check in system should be simplified/changed. Either use a digital check in in total, without a key, or not use it at all.

• Cheryl (5/5): Passable - room size is a definitely a plus point for this room. honmachi station is big, hence the walking within the station up and down the stairs is tiring at times (especially when lugging luggages). there is no USB charging port so one has to get the converter for charging gadgets. An extra mirror outside the toilet for dressing will be good as the room is fit for 6 but with mirror inside the toilet cubicle only, it is rather inconvenient. Also, it would be good if there is a washing machine/dryer would be good as the nearest coin operated laundry is about 1km away.
• Lillian (6/5): Large family apartment in Osaka - Good bathroom, good size apartment. The apartment was quite hard to heat (quite cold), and there were lots of lights in the apartment making it harder to sleep. Kitchen wasn't very well equipped.
• Ling-yao (10/5): 不錯的民宿 - 離本町藍線比較近！所以如果走紅線會走很久-很棒的民宿！有微波爐、小電磁爐、餐具、冰箱、熱水壺、投影電視、吹風機。只是我們4大1小，住6天，沒教我們怎麼處理垃圾，只有說要分類，垃圾堆在房間看了很阿雜！其他樓層是辦公室
• yuki (10/5): - 第一印象は非常に清潔！広いテラスが最高でした。 お部屋もオシャレでした。 グループ旅行にはホテルより絶対オススメです！ シャワーも全身浴びれる天井からのシャワーで温まるから良かった。
