• Daniela (10/5): Friendly staff and convenient location - We arrived early and could leave our luggage at the reception and enjoy complementary coffee at the pool area. Our room was ready by 12 and we even received an upgrade to an apartment suite. Staff was very friendly and even assisted making a specific spa appointment. Location convenient to Sukhumvit and Asok metro line stations. Terminal 21 mall in walking distance as are restaurants, sports facilities etc.

The attendebts in the dining area were great and efficient. The room was excellent excecept for the jacuzzi which the water never filled up and was extremely slow , it could be due to the high floor 29th. Tge hotel has an excellent pool area. Bearby their are restaueants and bars to further enjoy yourself.

After using the bathtub for shower then the whole floor will be flooded and this need to be improved. It will be good if a rubber mat to be placed inside the bathtub to prevent slippery fall. Overall it is an enjoyable stay At Jasmine City Hotel. Will consider this hotel on next visit to Bangkok.

Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a one-bedroom unit. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. I asked for a cot and they kept saying she was too big and brought 1 blanket for her to sleep on the floor. I asked if i can have the fold out matress only not the bed and they wanted to charge even though it said she stayed free. Finally after i asked them to brong the cot as i cpuld put that matress/base on the ground they brought in an enourmous full sized cot on wheels. Which she could have shared with a kid it was so big. So for any parents easily a 4yr old could sleep in that thing. Otherwise hotel was noce. Swimming pool was a bit too cold for hubby and the spa bath was so hot i put my feet in and they went bright red after 20 seconds. Breakfast was great and staff friendly.

• John (10/5): A bargain at the price - Every time I stay it gets better. I was upgraded to a suite overlooking the city. Gym, breakfast, check in was 5*'s.

• Bi Jing (10/5): - The one bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The view from the 29th floor was just amazing. One area that needed improvements however was housekeeping; there was a stale smell every time I opened the wardrobe; turned out that the extra pillow inside it was a used one with the casing unchanged and it emitted the unpleasant odour. Overall still an enjoyable stay.

• Tsuyoshi (10/5): - 駐在員向けのレジデンスを改装したホテルです。とにかくナイトレジャー（言い方が古い？）を楽しみたいかたにはパーフェクトなホテルです。また、駅が近く交通至便。さらに隣接した建物の地下に24h営業のマックスバリュがあります。「日本食」の惣菜コーナーがあり、日本食が恋しくなったときにはいいと思います。

The location is ideal been close to a number of good restaurants also the huge Terminal 21 shopping Mall with it large food court. If you want stay in and cook the room has it own hob and in ours cooker and what value nost a last fridge, freezer. The BTS train and MRT underground are a short walk away so you can be most places in Bangkok easily. Outside frequent taxis about. The hotel is on the doorstep of one of the nightlife areas but if you not interested in that its really wont be a issue. Rooms are also soundproofed so you might be able see into the area from room but cant hear it. House keeping maids cant fault both years as well and reception staff. Very friendly and helpful. Has a normal size pool for a hotel in this area and jacuzzi attached. Some rooms even have jacuzzi baths. Facilities in the hotel area comprise of a mini supermarket where can get most of what needed. 1 minute outside also got a 7 11 for late night needs. There also few restaurants and hair saloon attached. The puzza place and sandwich are 24hr. Lastly a ATM in the hotel forcourt with plenty staff about so felt safe if need use. All in all cant fault it and be my place if choice for ling time to come.

• Wayne (8/5): - Room was spacious and clean, easy walking distance to entertainment, transport and shopping. Staff were friendly and accommodating, will stay here again when next in Bangkok
• Michael (6/5): - The desk staff was not friendly. When checking in they tried to charge me 24,000 baht instead of 2,400 baht. How did that pass the common sense test for one night? Upon checkout they did not offer to give my 1000 baht deposit back. Why would they not do that? When I asked for it they demanded to see my receipt, then I had to sign my receipt that I received the deposit back. They also acted annoyed that I requested they call me a cab to the airport. Surprising treatment from such a nice hotel. The property is very nice.
• Ang (10/5): - Very well stay. Highly recommended hotel, walking distance from Asoke BTS and MRT. Very quiet hotel yet nearby Terminal 21. I really love this 4 stars Hotel with 5 stars services. Keep it up. Coming back again in a month time.

• Peesadej (10/5): - as a local guest i highly recommend this hotel. -location is in central bangkok only 3 mins walk to sky train and next to big department store. hotel is based on the main road -tons of restaurants near by in a walking distance -starbucks is located only on the ground floor -reasonable price -early check in and late check out welcome (i did check in at 9am!) -pool and fitness are available
• Ivan (8/5): Great value hotel with excellent location - This hotel is only about 5 min walk to Asok BTS station and Terminal 21 Mall. Excellent location! Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Cleaning service is done well. Mattress is bit outdated. Getting the breakfast option is a wise choice for me. It worth every penny!
• Peter (10/5): - I spent 2 and a half weeks at Jasmine City Hotel. It's a great property close to Terminal 21 shopping mall, Asok BTS and Sukhumvit MRT. perfect location, very clean, spacious suite with great views. I made good use of the fitness room every day. I'll definitely stay again.
