- FRANCIS (4/5): - The TV remote control is not working. The buttons are faulty. Air-con at the living room is not cooling even set to the lowest temperature.

- Chin Bee (4/5): - Aircon condenser was very noisy and not cooling, sofa and blankets old with stains. Wi-Fi not bad. Noisy from nearby road. Toilet amenities can be better.
- Ching (2/5): - The description is misleading as the place is a distance from the hospital. Also they asked you to pass them your personal info online which is scary.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The floor feels clean and the bed was quite comfy. But the whole condo development looks run-down and some parts of the unit was very dusty and there was cockroach poop in one of the kitchen drawers. Facilities within the unit was basic.
