My only issue was construction noise coming from the building behind the hotel that my window looked onto, lots of power tool noise from builders that went on until 9pm some days, I prefer to have the window open but I had to shut it which blocked a lot of the volume. My double room was quite spacious and well equipped, bed was comfortable, breakfast buffet had a lot of options and tasty and well laid out. Location is brilliant, right by the Ujezd tram stop, but also very walkable for Lesser Town and even Old Town if you like to walk. There are restaurants within walking distance, I didn't find a supermarket but there is a very expensive mini-grocery around the corner towards the bridge. I would stay here again. I also took advantage of the hotel private transfer since I was arriving late evening, friendly English speaking driver brought be straight from the airport to the hotel.

- Bruce D (8/5): - Nice place, great location, good value. After a day we moved down from the 4th floor, which has slanted ceilings, and after that we were very comfortable, even with twin beds. Easy walks and tram/bus rides to everywhere.

- Sanjay (8/5): - After cheking in, I was offered two loft rooms with twin beds. It had ceiling hight about 4 feet. I was told that it's hotel manager's decision despite there was a request to have double room with a king size bed. After further request and complain, this was changed next day to a satisfactory room. Breakfast options were excellent. Hotel is situated in the centre from where you can walk to most tourist attractions. Overall, I would class this was a good stay. I suggest hotel should contact guests if request can not be offered. Clearly if I would have known property will give me a loft room, i would have not booked this hotel. This raise health and safety issue living in those rooms.

- Kimberly (8/5): Great hotel, but be cautious if using hair dryer! - Overall great hotel in a nice convenient location. The only major concern was the hair dryer in the hotel room (used once) overheated and sparks flew out and could have caught my hair and the room on fire. Severely dangerous!

The tram stops opposite the hotel, making journeys to and from the airport very easy as well as accessing the surrounding district. - Samantha (6/5): - The hotel is in a great location. The staff on the front desk were pleasant. Twice I went to the bar and no one was there to serve, which was odd. Don’t use their recommended taxi service as it’s over double the price of Uber or Bolt. The main issue I had was the lack of sound proofing and how much noise the cleaning team made very early. Every morning I was woken up to the sound of chairs/furniture scraping - as early as 6am. I ended up buying ear plugs but they didn’t help. The cleaning team need to be more mindful of the time they’re cleaning the rooms and the level of noise they’re making.

The air conditioning was broken and we asked at the reception numerous times to have it fixed, no one bothered. We were told each time that the technician fixed it, but they did not. The furniture in the room was very outdated. The location of the hotel is good.

The hotel’s location on the Mala Strana has excellent restaurants in the vicinity and one can stroll in the Kampa park or along the river’s edge, which is only two blocks away. The tram stop Uzjezd is across the street which whisks you to any part of the city. You can’t beat the location - Prague 1!

- Jens (8/5): - At check-in I tried politely to ask if that was all (well knowing that at the confirmation there was a bottle of sparkling wine included in the rate - and also a "wellness/spa") After asking why I sis not get the wine - I got it. I suggest you to change the wording so it is clear that wht is included is admittance to the sauna. BTW - the oven in your sauna is very poor - and takes far too long time to heat up! Service in your Bar is almost non existing - I told it to the young man in the reception - and he just replied that the bartender will come in some minutes! I got one drink - but did not have the patience to wait once again for a 2. drink! When I came to breakfast room and gave my roomnumber - I was quite unfriendly asked if I had paid for the breakfast. It could not go to my bill afterwoods as normal praxis at other places.

My only gripe would be that we could hear some furniture moving (like chairs and tables being dragged) at pretty much all hours in the morning from 6a over the course of 5 days. The sauna service was a nice amenity.

- Stuart (8/5): - We had a great stay in Hotel Roma. It is in a perfect location. Approximately 1mile / 20minute walk from the centre of the Old Town Square. Much quieter and more relaxed than staying in the Centre. Just across the road to the Park area and 15minute walk to the castle. 5minute walk to the river. Plenty of Restaurants nearby and Tram stop right outside Hotel. We had Bottle of Sparkling wine and free room upgrade on arrival. Our room was more like an apartment with double Futon style bed as you first walked in, then bathroom and Large Bedroom. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room fridge and safe. Bathroom had everything you could need. My only criticism is the TV didn’t work. Something that doesn’t bother me usually but I was running the Marathon on Sunday morning and wanted to just relax and chill out Saturday afternoon. I mentioned it at reception and they came to replace the TV but found out the problem was to do with the Ariel socket in the wall and so couldn’t do anything about it for a few days. They did offer to move rooms but I wasn’t bothered that much. They also have a TV in the bar area but the Barman said he needed a code to get it to work Satellite TV and he couldn’t get hold of anyone who had the code so no TV. But apart from the TV issues I would definitely recommend Hotel Roma .

My only complaint would be the noises from upstairs and also the plumbing from other rooms can be heard throughout the day especially in the morning. Besides that, I was very pleased with everything else.

In a great area to explore Old Town and Nove Mesto by foot - I didn't even use transit until I went to the outlying areas. The room I had was spacious with a fridge, good quality bed and a nice view from the window. The bathroom was large as well, fully stocked with toiletries and even a powerful bidet. The property is very quiet but has tons of restaurants and specialty food places to try. Lots of convenience stores as well. Staffing was friendly when they needed to be. They even gifted me a bottle of Prosecco on my first night which was a nice touch. The only aspect I didn't like was the small selection of channels on the TV available. Otherwise a great stay!

- david (8/5): Great Hotel - Great welcome from Tomas at reception. Most of the staff were good and efficient, except for the lady who worked the reception on the Thursday evening, who told us we could not sit in the main lounge because the bar did not open that evening.
- Lisa (8/5): Nice but could be a little better - We really enjoyed our stay. Hotel was very clean, some of the staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were really comfortable if you werent in a room overlooking the trams. The only downside for us was there was nowhere to buy a hot drink in the morning or afternoon as the bar didnt open until 6pm if you werent staying as breakfast included. Your website and Hotel Information in the room definitely needs updating and maybe give coffee and the milk sachets in the room aswell as tea bags
- Michelle (10/5): Mini Break March 2025 - Fantastic Hotel, loved where it was situated, Room 102 was. Superior room, Only issue was the noise of the Trams and scraping down stairs of chairs, Tv not very good overall Will definitely return, booked Uber on Phone whilst outside airport departures and you get in any uber car giving them a PIN walked everywhere, loved it, bars are cheaper this part of Prague, food places this side close around 10
