• Henriette funch (6/5): Nice, but bring your ovn kitchen ware. - The bed were great. It is close to all kind of food stores. The kitchen missed things to actually make a meal. Eg a knife, a bowl, plates that could contain mere than a roll. We asked the reception and the answer was that there might have been a knife, but somebody took and that was not their problem.

Unfortunately the breakfast room had poor air circulation and no AC, but breakfast was only a small part of my day.

Offered to make fresh gluten free bread in the morning. Staff was very nice and made the stay even if the room was not the best to stay in.
• Anette (6/5): Small but clean room. Lack of service. - Small, but clean room and bathroom. No showergel at day 1 and 2 but after leaving the empty container in the zink it was finally changed. Service: one morning very loud music from the kitchen could be heard in the breakfast room and when we asked if volume could be lowered or if the door could be closed the answer where that they would ask…so thinking more on the staff than guests. When checking out I had to wait for the receptionist finishing her conversation with her colleague about there tax situation…but after that she was very helpful.
• Peter (4/5): - the date was booked in error to help a friend's uncle who did not speak german nor english much and was in there a few weeks ago. The link sent to me had altered the date, and I wrote to expedia and the hotel to explain the error and had no response. They had stayed one night and wanted another. Within 2 hours I wrote and asked for a change of date and explained the date had moved to october when sharing a link. Such a shame neither hotel nor expedia able to assist as normally so good. This was to help a friend's uncle and a human conversation would have helped.
• lisabS1619XF (6/5): Just OK - Hotel near the train station. Not much character, felt like an upgraded hostel. Room was small and clean. Bathroom was tiny with good shower. Breakfast provided was a plus though the coffee was disappointing. Staff was not at desk when we arrived and we could not get into hotel for several minutes. Would not stay there again.

Location was nice but that is the only redeeming quality of this property. Traveled all over the world and never had my own room robbed.. absolutly unacceptable

Room is functional, ok for overnight stay. Checked-in counter is located in a small corner on L2. Overall feel is like a dorm/motel. Not worth the price paid, maybe this is Munich!

• Erwin (6/5): - Property is closed to central train station but be cautious with surrounding area. Hotel is dated and needs some updating/ renovation. Stench in the bathroom is a concern. Hotel Staff are professional in dealing with guests and buffet breakfast is okay. Stayed for 5 days including a day extension just for convenience with busy excursion schedules. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel.

The room is small and the bathroom smells with no towels when I checked in have to asked desk staff for it. Windows were kept open I guess a trick to reduce/eliminate smell in the room. Booked a king sized bed was given a double bed and moved to a different room for a day extension despite requesting to stay in my room to compensate for not providing the right booking. I requested for my room to be cleaned the following day especially the bathroom was flooded with water after taking a shower but was not done. There’s few options for breakfast but good enough for me. The staff are polite/ helpful and professional. Kiyana (not sure about her name) daytime receptionist was very helpful. Overall unfortunately I can’t recommend this hotel. Hotel needs updating.

• Alisha (8/5): - The hotel itself was just fine. Mainly it was nice and clean, staff were friendly and I felt safe in the hotel. The room was easy to hear outside noise and people in the hallway. The area coming to the hotel from the train station was sketchy. We basically walked through the red light district/ adult entertainment area to get to the hotel. We were able to find an alternative route the following day. The breakfast was good and it was clean!

The host was terrible. Not only the made us check in late because of something broken in the room and needed to be fixed, they denied to make it up for us and provide late check out.

The hotel is 10 minutes from city centre, metro and everything. Have supermarket around if you need something but before check the closing hours.

However, the area is a bit sketchy and very noisy, and the rooms not soundproof in a noticable way. I really appreciated that soap and shampoo was only offered by means of eco-friendly dispensers. The mattress from my room should be replaced though, since it was hollow on its right side.

• Dimitry (10/5): - I stayed in a one-person room, which is unusual in my experience. The room is very small, but somehow doesn't feel so. Admittedly, I only had a backpack with me, so trying to open a suitcase in there might have been a challenge. The soap dispensers in the bathroom are very unusual, took me a minute to realize you just have to squeeze the bottle itself. Otherwise, a perfect cozy room with everything a solo traveler might need: closet, safe, comfortable bed, work table, excellent shower and so on, The complimentary breakfast was great, with plenty of selection even for a vegetarian like myself. Check-in and checkout were very fast and orderly. Wi-fi worked fine in my room, didn't try it in public areas. The location is also almost perfect - just a few minute walk away from the old city and from the central station. I say ALMOST perfect only because something in that area, possibly tree polen, gave me a huge allergic reaction (never been allergic to anything before), requiring medical assistance, so the whole trip was all but ruined, but I don't believe that the hotel had anything to do with it - it started after I left the hotel anyway.
• ELILANG (10/5): Excellent Choice - This was a great choice of a hotel for a first visit The hotel was about 10 minutes from train station and the front door for the first time u need to buzz to let u in as reception in on level 1 the lady there gave me outstanding service so helpful and very polite nothing was to much trouble for her there is small lift The single room was very clean compact but had all I needed for my stay the bathroom was a great size and the shower was the best I have had in a single room in a long time bedding was great very comfortable well located to city center Breakfast was included for me and there was a great choice hot and cold Very good value highly recommend

Room was modern, interior set up in my fav. colors, combination of black and grey. Equipped with everything needed for the stay. Breakfast was very good, variety of food, being “freshen up” all the time. Coffee was below average though. Very kind personnel at reception, discount for a parking lot. Hotel surroundings were crowded by Arabien ethnicity.
• Jessica (8/5): - Hotel is good and front staff is pleasant but parking difficult and not on site. If you are driving a car be warned it is not easy or on site. They have a parking garage for you to use a short walk away. The block around the apartment is heavily congested took 45 min to go around the block to get to front of hotel and get our key for access to parking garage and almost another 40 min to go around again.
• Flyer25976829685 (6/5): Awful start but got better - would give a zero if I could. Currently in the reception with nowhere to go, where we've been for well over two and a half hours. Our rooms (which were paid for through Expedia in October, and have twice had written confirmation) have been given to other people. The receptionist says he can do nothing without authorisation from the Manager, who won't answer her phone. He's refused to do anything to assist. He is now going to lock up and leave is in reception with nowhere to sleep. Took 15 hours to get here from Heathrow today, and this is how it's ended up. Worst experience in a hotel EVER. Update: Reception found us rooms in a sister hotel at 12:15am. Only 200 hundred yards away, but surely these had been available since we'd arrived in Munich? Room was ok and were still able to have breakfast, which was fine enough. Manager of the Belle Blue was apologetic and gave us a suite for the rest of our stay, which consisted of two bedrooms (one with ensuite), a shower room and lounge with kitchen area. It was sparse but nice. Breakfast each morning was quite good for continental and the staff were friendly and always cleaning. As people have said before, the area isn't the nicest but it's not a big deal. It's not far to the Underground and bus station, and there is a fabulous microbrewery/restaurant next door. I would consider going again.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Awful experience - A group of us booked three rooms. These were all paid for in advance and booked separately on different days. We checked in online before we arrived and even emailed the hotel to let them know at what time we'd be there. When we arrived we were told that all three of our rooms had been given to somebody who had arrived earlier that day. They said there was nothing they could do about it. They told us to find another hotel.

• Joni (8/5): - We’ve stayed in this area before so we knew it could be a little noisy. That was fine. The location is what we wanted, the breakfast was good, the cleaning people made our room daily. Would recommend for tourist economical travel. We only slept in the room anyway.
• R1447CAjanetf (8/5): Excellent location, excellent breakfast - A brilliantly situated hotel only a short walk from the main train station. Breakfast was excellent and included in the room price - a wide selection of fruits, yogurt, fresh bread, cheese and cold meats. The only downside was that we asked for a feather-free room in advance due to an allergy and they had to sort it when we arrived. The staff were very helpful in swapping the bedding, however. The rooms are of a high quality and include safe, fridge and brilliant power shower. Spotlessly clean too. Highly recommend.

• Kelly (8/5): Excellent location and service! - Excellent location for Oktoberfest and seeing the sights around town! The hotel was immaculately clean and service was also top notch. Beds were comfortable, though the pillows could be better, and we slept well. Air con worked REALLY well and was a major reason for booking the room. The only thing we would fix is that the doors were dragging on the floor in some areas of our room, which left large scratches, but that was a very minor flaw for is.We would absolutely book here again!

The garage is poorly lit and lift wells are occupied by some people using drugs. When i mentioned this to the reception staff they explained that the garage is not run by the hotel. The manager came and recomnended that i cancel my reservation if i did not feel safe. They called the booking service and i received a refund.
• 546sedefu (2/5): Horrifying experience, dangerous owner! - I had a horrifying experience at this hotel, and I urge you not to make a reservation here without reading this message. I requested two small packages to be delivered to the hotel in my name from Amazon.de on June 20-22, 2023. On June 22, as I was checking out, there was a staff member named STEFANIA PASSAFARO at the front desk told me that the packages hadn't arrived and advised me to call Amazon (apparently, she is also the owner of the hotel). I showed her the email from Amazon. She raised her voice and insisted that she was not lying and that there were cameras around. At that moment, another guest arrived, and I said to her, "Please calm down, I'm not accusing you." She attended to the other guest, then turned back to me. I said, "Please look around again." She went into another room and came back with my packages in her hands, and I said, "There you go." She threw the packages at me and started shouting. She then came around her desk towards me, shouting in my face, even twisting my wrist and trying to throw my suitcase towards the door. I tried to take my suitcase back from her. She threatened to call the police, and I asked her to go ahead and make the call. She called the police, but she spoke in German, so I couldn't understand what she was saying. I wanted to wait there for the police, but she was talking on the phone and telling the staff members who were gathering around to throw me out. One of the employees kindly invited me outside, and when it became clear that the police were not coming, I had no choice but to leave. It has been three days since the incident, and my wrist is still bandaged. I haven't been able to file a complaint against this woman anywhere. All the records of the incident are captured on the surveillance camera on the reception floor of the hotel. PLEASE Please investigate this matter!

• Andrew (2/5): Avoid this hotel at all costs - Awful, room was not available when I got there. Had to stay on a couch in the hotel next door. When the reception was eventually open, they used a master key to get im my pre-paid room and someone was in already in it.

• EFHK123 (4/5): Dirty and poorly maintained - This hotel needs better housekeeping and maintenance. The room was dirty, and there wasn’t sufficient ventilation (except for a window to the street side). Many things were broken, including a hole in the bathroom tiles filled with paper – yuck! The rain shower was just partially letting water through, and also, in the bathroom, a few things were broken. There was lots of dirt on the window curtains. The reception is on the second floor, behind a corner. And it’s not very welcoming. You feel like being in a back office area. The breakfast was OK. Internet connection was average.
• Wing Wah (8/5): - The surrounding area looks a lot like a busy area with mixed ethnic crowd who looks intimidating with lots of mens standing around outside the street. Smoking was also very common in this area

• Jason (8/5): - Booked a conference trip last minute and had reasonable rates. Was pleasantly surprised at cleanliness and service. Served a great breakfast and an amazing coffee shop on the corner. good spot for dining and close walk to old town. Served purpose well and would stay again.

• George (8/5): Great small room for one! - The place was nice and clean, fairly new. The only thing the room was very small barely enough for one person, but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was big enough, clean and having everything you need. The breakfast was great, clean with a variety of foods, very pleasant. I will stay there again next time. I believe A/C was listed, but there was none, so in the summer it could be a little hot. The window opens to a courtyard that is not the best view.
• E4312NRmariab (2/5): Avoid if you can - Avoid if you can. We stayed here and the room was OK but service is extremely poor. To be fair, the bedroom was clean but in the morning the shower was cold. The breakfast was very disappointing with most of the options run out when we arrived with plenty of time to spare. All of the plates at the breakfast bar were dirty and there was no staff available to help. Also there was no butter for the bread nor spoons available. We checked out and left our luggage at the hotel but when we returnee to collect it there was no staff member to open to door so we nearly missed our flight because we were waiting 30 mins for someone to come to reception. When I mentioned these issues at the reception no one seemed to care. If you wish to have a smooth stay in Munich I would avoid this particular hotel which seemed short staffed to say the least.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Blue Belle Hotel Munich - The hotel was within 5 minutes walking distance of Munich station. The area surrounding the hotel had many restaurants and cafes. The waiting staff at breakfast time should learn to smile, they had a miserable look through out my stay
• Ramalingam (10/5): Perfect 3 star hotel at an affordable price - Great place, near munich central station. Lot of restaurants nearby. Even Uber eats were fast and efficient. Clean room and great room service. Worth for the price
• audrey (8/5): Comfy and great location - The family suite was very spacious and comfortable! Each area has its own temperature control which we loved and was also in the heart of the city, So we walked everywhere. I entered with a different customer and check in was a little confusing as to how to enter the building and find reception, but the manager Stephanie was very friendly and helpful. parking was also a bit confusing because there seems to be only one stall for on site. The property was clean and comfortable, I would definitely stay here again.
• Kimberly (6/5): - Location was good, but it’s not in the best neighborhood, which we knew before booking but were lured by the price. I reserved a room with 2 beds, but upon checkin was told none were available…this made for uncomfortable sleeping arrangements. My other complaint was with our shower, which leaked terribly and flooded the bathroom. There was no seal at the bottom of the shower door. Rooms at the front of the hotel get all the street noise, so would suggest you ask for one at the back.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Overall the hotel was good. The location was not so pleasing but the front desk staff was great at check-in. Parking was difficult and not on site. The parking card didn’t work and the front desk person the following morning was rude about the card not working but he did refund my deposit
