Right behind the facility is a row of small apts we turned around using the drive way..honestly it looked more like a homeless encampment...it scared me that we were in a very unsafe neighborhood. Very concerning. We got up several times to ck on our vehicle to make sure no one was breaking in it. Again room was clean..needed a few wall repairs and door on bathroom looked like someone kicked the door in. But bed and room were comfortable.

Susan (7/5): - Interaction with staff was exceptional, very personable. Smoking rooms were available. Bed was comfortable. Great location for what I needed. Stained bath towels and washcloths (was provided with new ones when asked). Stained ceilings. Desk chair completely worn and dirty looking.

Our locked door blew open in the morning. We had some guys show up knocking at our door, wanting them to let them in. They sis not work there. Had to pay a $25 deposit on top of the price. How could we have made that room worse!?!

CaliBoy (3/5): Cheap but be sure to pay one night at a time only. - It was cheap. Room was clean but it was dated - the pictures don't reflect the current conditions. Cleaning staff responsive. Booked through booking.com. Charged for two nights at check in. Property manager refused to refund second night when we only stayed one night claiming it was "as per the policy" but could not specify whose policy. Unable to resolve it through booking.com or directly with the property manager. Thankfully, I was able to dispute it through the credit card company.

Tim (1/5): Just don’t. - Location? -Yes I put a question mark on purpose… The AC was top freakin notch. The door had been broken in so many times, you could see out of the cracks in the frame. The spider outside our door was incredible-like incredibly HuGe. Eek. And returned nightly, building a giant web across the whole walkway. The police were there more than once… We like the old Route 66 throwback hotels. Sadly, this one has been rode hard & out up wet too many times over the past 50 years…

Rex (1/5): Nightmare. Sleepless night without coffee in the morning - No breakfast. Not even coffee! And in the middle of the night, someone was trying to break into our room. The office gave them a key to our room (mistake/neglect), and a little stopper on the door was the only thing that prevented that stranger from walking into the room. It was a nightmare!
Maria (10/5): Great place at a great price - I had a nice king bed room, with microwave and fridge. I love the vinyl plank floors rather than carpet. So much cleaner. Plenty of hot water and pressure. Bed was comfortable. The host was kind enough to give me 2 bottles of water when I asked where I could purchase some water. I had to lift the door to engage the dead bolt. Simple adjustment, not really a problem, just an observation
Verified traveler (4/5): Not as advertised - Charged $50 deposit AFTER i had in full when reserved online. NOT personable, they are somewhat dog friendly. Saw cockroaches when there. NO washcloths when room service cleaned, had to constantly all. Their reply was people steal them. 😡😡😤

Holly (2/5): - I'm sure the room was clean, but it wasn't a very nice area to be in. I never got to go in because a fight broke out between 2 men close to my room right as I got there. Also, a man in a van was watching my every move. I was a woman traveling with just a small dog. I didn't feel safe at all. The people at front desk were nice at check in, but i was too scared to leave my truck to go in to tell them. I left and went down the road and paid way more. I guess I've lost the money I paid at this place, but I was worried about my safety.

However, I do think the name of the motel is not correct, as it is certainly not Deluxe. Parking was easy. The young man in Reception was very helpful.. The outside of the motel was not very bright and welcoming.It could do with some lighter paint. Reception was very small with the reception person behind a screen.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff was very friendly and we will be definitely be staying there again.

The lady and young men who work the front desk during the day are amazingly nice!! I had one issue where I needed assistance and called the front desk. The response wasn't the best (it was late night staff maybe?). Everything else was great! I'll be staying again if I need to be in town for anything.

Kenneth (4/5): Stinky Room, Drunks About, but very Friendly - The room had a stink in it and did not feel clean. The police arrested people across the street twice, once required multiple units. The hotel is a horseshoe shaped setup with a LIQUOR STORE in the middle, brining in all sorts of people non-stop...did not feel physically threatened, but was concerned about break in of car. The staff was super friendly! Hotels.com users rating was way to high!!! If it was more honest I would have skipped it and booked elsewhere. The people were so nice that I feel bad giving such a blunt and honest review.

Another big spider in the morning. Water in tub was black when first turned on. Tub didn't drain. We will try again but will check room first

Kainen (4/5): - So first things first apon arrival I was told I had to make a $50 deposit to be able to get my room key and when I said “Oh I wasn’t aware of that give me just a second” (I was in no way refusing to make the deposit I get sometimes it’s necessary) I was met with attitude from the man at the desk “It’s very obviously on the website that it says this” in the middle of explaining I booked on Expedia not their website I was interrupted by the man explaining the same thing again. Anyway after an unpleasant experience with the front desk I get my keycard and venture towards my room and quickly realized this property was very sketchy. To my surprise once I got to my room I seen that it was for the most part really nice except for some peeling paint on the walls. I left for a little bit and went to some of the near by casinos and when I returned for the night and layed down I realized the appeal of the room was DEFINITELY not the bed for lack of better words it felt flat. Sleeping through the night was not only a struggle because of the discomfort of the bed but every single sound that happened outside was audible in the room. After getting very little sleep I went to check out early and the lady that was at the desk was actually super kind and sweet which was a great change from the checkin experience.
