Stanza ampia e ben disposta, bagno piccolo ma funzionale, letti davvero comodi. Il divano letto era un po’ meno confortevole. Le foto degli annunci sono molto fedeli alla realtà. La pulizia della stanza poteva essere migliore e alcune finiture dell’hotel risultano un po’ datate. L’insonorizzazione dalla strada era scarsa, ma dopo aver chiesto un cambio stanza siamo stati spostati dal 6° al 23° piano e la situazione è migliorata. Lo scarico della doccia tendeva a intasarsi spesso.

- Sarah Balqis (9/5): We will book this hotel again - We loved the room, the location, the friendly staff, and the doorman. He helped us with the luggage and greeted us whenever he saw us. The room was spacious enough for 2 of us, bigger than average. We wanted a spacious, comfortable stay when we visit for over a week, and this property fits everything. We booked this property mainly because of the kitchenette which we used, however, the coffee machine was quite dusty, and there was no way to clean it as the water tank was attached to the machine itself. One star off due to this reason.

- Pauline (9/5): Séjour incroyable, très bel etalissement et très bien situé. - Très bel établissement, le personnel est charmant, les chambres sont très belles, décorées avec goût, et très confortables. L’établissement est très bien situé, juste à côté du métro. Nous avions demandé à la réservation de pouvoir être 2 chambres côte à côte. Finalement cela n’a pas été possible, dommage. Et le prix du petit-déjeuner un peu élevé.

- Greg (10/5): Great location, friendly staff, very good value for a large NYC room. - Clean large room with window's on 2 sides. Bed was very comfortable. Able to keep room at desired temperature. Enjoyed the mini kitchen with refrigerator and microwave and needed kitchen plates. Free coffee in the morning with Nespresso machine in room. Larger bathroom. But the bathroom was adequate.

- Erkan (6/5): Das Hotel bleibt hinter den Erwartungen zurück. Das Personal ist völlig in Ordnung. - Die Unterkunft ist in einer Top Lage. Wir hatten eine 45 qm große Suite. Die Platzverhältnisse waren entsprechend toll. Es gab auch genügend Möglichkeiten, Kleidung und Einkäufe zu verstauen. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein. Die Positionierung der Steckdose im Bad ist nicht schön. Unser Balkon hatte eine fantastische Aussicht. Nur der Balkon gehört ( insbesondere Fliesen ) ordentlich auf Vordermann gebracht. Das Hotel hat zwar laut Booking.com 5 Sterne, aber ich würde nach internationalem Masstab maximal 4 Sterne geben. Wenn man den Preis heranzieht, dann gilt das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis eher mangelhaft aus. Ich würde mir das bei meiner nächsten New York-Reise gründlich überlegen, ob ich dieses Hotel wieder buchen würde.

- Eddie (10/5): Lyxigt hotell med fantastiskt läge - Hotellets omgivning var bästa tänkbara. Från hotellet är det tio minuters promenad till exempelvis Rockefeller Center. Standarden på hotellrummet var också hög och personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam. Jag uppskattade också att det inte var heltäckningsmatta på rummen. Rummen var dessutom större än jag väntat mig på ett hotell mitt i centrala New York. Det centrala läget ledde till vissa störningar från trafik, särskilt sirener nattetid. Fönstren var inte särskilt väl isolerade så det förekom visst drag från fönstren, särskilt i badrummet. Svårt att komma på några fler nackdelar, faktiskt.
- PRISCILLLA (10/5): Hotel fantástico em todos os aspectos, em localização sensacional - Hotel fantástico, em todos os aspectos. O quarto é enorme, dispõe de uma mini-cozinha, a decoração é lindíssima e o banheiro é muito bom, com ótimo chuveiro, aquecimento e iluminação incrível. A roupa de cama e as toalhas são incríveis (e fartas). A equipe é super cordial e atenciosa (nos ofereceram um early check-in sem custo) e o restaurante The Parliament é ótimo. A localização é espetacular, literalmente a 50m do metrô da 51th ST com a Lexington e a uma curta distância do Rockfeller Center e imediações a pé. Muito próximo também da Grand Central. Apesar de muito bem localizado, está num ponto tranquilo e silencioso, principalmente à noite. Recomendo com veemência a quem deseja uma experiência bacana em New York.

- GREGORIA (8/5): Es un hotel muy bien ubicado con una cuidada decoracion y un bar restaurante bueno . En el personal hay de todo - El espacio de la habitaciones , la ubicación del hotel , la decoración y el desayuno a la carta bueno El nivel de limpieza no es muy alto, se dejan muchos puntos en las habitaciones por limpiar. Además los pasillos de acceso a las habitaciones olían mal, a comida , a rancio … El suelo de imitación a madera muy plastificado

- Gaia (1/5): Not a 5 stars hotel .. it is a 3 stars maybe - The bed was comfortable. Pretty central All the rest. Dirty, not a 5 stars hotel. For them cleaning the room is changing towels and making bed… one day we left the room at 10 am and at 5pm it was still not done. We had to ask and they said we were in 21st floor so maybe didn’t have time to do it yet!!! (In a 5 stars hotel??) we had breakfast in the room and the dirty tray stayed for 2 days! When I asked to take it they said if it is not outside the room in the super narrow corridor they did not touch it!! (Again in a 5 stars hotel???) bathroom was super super tiny and we had one of the biggest room. No double window so even in a high floor very noisy. I asked to talk to the manager and she absolutely did not care about anything. We arrived at 11pm after a long flight and we had to carry our luggage’s inside the hotel before they took care of it. It is a 3 stars hotel not a 5!

- Abril (9/5): - The rooms are very spacious and clean, the staff were very friendly and we were able to get a late checkout till 2pm for free. The kitchen was a little bit incomplete, also the air conditioner was noisy but overall everything was nice.

O staff é simpático e atencioso. Ficamos na suíte com 1 quarto, era muito espaçosa e confortável. o sistema de café da manhã é um pouco confuso. Fizemos a reserva com o café da manhã incluso, porém, ganhamos um voucher de USD 60 por dia para consumo no restaurante do hotel. Éramos um casal, pedimos 2 bebidas e 2 pratos, e sempre tivemos que pagar cerca de 10 dólares extra por dia, pois também tínhamos que pagar a tip para o garçom. Por outro lado, a comida do café da manhã era ótima.
