Bestvishal (6/5): Its just a normal hotel not five star - The location is good, facilities like Gym Sauna, Swimming pool was really good. Breakfast is not so good as compare to other Radisson Hotel. Superior room was smaller and bed was not comfortable at all. There is no noise cancellation, you can hear your neighbors. I asked for change my room but receptionist was quite rude and said there is no room available and we cant change your room for 1 day. Overall its an average hotel.

Jonathan (2/5): DO NOT GO!! - They do not grand the golden discount, there is no microwave, they will not heat up food for you and they will not give you a fork, the place smells like a wet dog and the furniture is stained, I almost tore my thumb with the bathroom drain and when I asked to get it fixed. Still waiting 3 days for it. THE WORST!!!

It was true in both the original room we were assigned and another one (on a different floor) that we got when we asked for a change of a room. Apparently, the smell is coming from the ventilation, so there is no safe place. The room itself was small and old, even after the vip upgrade. The staff was attentive in attempting to accommodate us by changing rooms, but it did not help.

I believe the hotel has a renovated section and a dated part, empire room was I the latter so being a 4 star you’d think there is a standard. Room was clean, the bed however wasn’t comfortable.

Pool lockers are old and run down. Not what I would expect from a Radisson.

It has an excellent cost/benefit ratio, and is located near to metro, and - if you like to walk this great city - walking distance from a few tourist places. It also has an unusually well equipped gym, sauna, etc., which I use. The rooms are a bit dated compared to many other hotels in Moscow, but everything is functional and there is no smell or anything else like that. I also found that the security guys were a bit too intrusive ("do you leave here??"), on the other hand, they just do their job. Other service personnel are helpful and nice. Overall, this hotel is a great value, if you just need a place to stay for one or two nights. They often offer excellent deals. I will most likely to stay there again.

I finally expressed my disappointment in a firm voice during my final day and waited until they actually provided me with new coffees for the kettle. I like to wake up and first thing make myself a coffee even if its instant type. Anyways, I got dressed ea. day and went to the Hotel breakfast that I found to be rather amazing, so many choices. And left with 2-3 large triple espressos to get my blood flowing for another busy day.

Even when I left my room at 3pm in the afternoon, on my return the room was still cleaned. Plenty of places to eat. The swimming pool and jacuzzi and sauna made me feel like I’m on holiday even so it was a trip for work. The only thing I can criticize is that the swimming pool temperature was way too cold. I could only go in there for a few minutes as it wasn’t comfortable. Therefore I used mostly the jacuzzi and the sauna. Despite this minor issue, overall this was the most pleasant hotel in Moscow I have stayed in for a while. Nice price for a nice hotel.

Verified traveler (4/5): - the interior decorations are old, wear & tear conditions are found everywhere, wire cords are exposed from broken conduits, awful display of furniture, my first time to see that TV cabinet is parallel on the right side of the 2-seat sofa instead at the front of sofa, the passage to bedroom is in the middle. Corridor are dim and worn-out.

Vahram (10/5): Good hotel in a good location - A nice hotel strategically located near metro station. That's actually a very big plus for this one as metro station is 5 minutes of walk away and during the rush hour it's your best bet. And it's always rush hour in Moscow. The hotel itself is a Soviet hotel re-branded by Radisson. Job good done. Rooms are cosy and have everything you'd expect from a hotel, even with some modern things like USB charging ports that you don't usually find in hotels. From the window you get a nice look at the river. There are some shopping and dining option right in the building of the hotel, which is a nice plus. Generally - a hotel that I can recommend.

Verified traveler (8/5): Trust but be wise - Friendly staff. Enjoyable comfortable stay. No idea how they check the cleanness of the pool but I enjoyed it every single night after a long difficult day. In addition, there is hot sauna, steam room & icy cold pool to relax. Wonderful room service 24/7. All the requests regarding the room were taken care of at once! The staff seemed very trustworthy however would advise to use locks for the suitcases kept in the room.
Nouhad (6/5): a 3 to 4 old star hotel - Its really a 3 to 4 star hotel, in need of full refurb, basic breakfast, tiny noisy rooms even the premium ones, breakfast area, gym and spa in separate premises to walk to , too crowded, unpleasant reception staff ( a take it or leave it attitude).

Behzad (10/5): Highly recommended. Close to everywhere! - Breakfast hascfull of variety and delicious. Room service was nice.(They will charge you 200 Rbl for delivery!). Local area is the best. I came from Vnukovo Airport via Aeroexpress straight to the hotel( only a few meters from Kievsky station). also close to the hotel you may access to Atrium Mall.Swimming pool, gym, sauna and jacuzzi are clean and nice. Overall is highly recommended hotel with reasonable price for a Radisson hotel and Moscow.

Paul (6/5): - I stayed for almost a week at Radisson Slavenskya. The location is really good, close to train station and supermarkets. The customer service experience was way below my expectations. The reception staff were not friendly or polite especially when I was checking out. They were rude. The hotel needs to be refurbished big time especially bathrooms. It’s really old and it’s time for an upgrade. The morning breakfast was good. On the whole I would rate my experience a 6.5/10.

Ilya (2/5): Outdated - Got a room with double bed instead of two single beds as was reserved. Couldn't change it as hotel was fully occupied. Also waited in line for 15 min to check in. Rooms are small and outdated. The only good thing about this hotel is location. Subway is just nearby.

Verified traveler (8/5): Very convenient. - Location is very good, but there are better places in Moscow. There is a bit to much commotion on the first floor to my personal taste. It is essentially a small shopping mall with stores, nail salon, restaurants etc. It has an very large gym, pool and sauna, which is a big plus. Food (room service) was average, but inexpensive. Size of the room was good. I would stay there again.

Sachin (8/5): Excellent location and delicious breakfast - Excellent location with subway station, hop-on hop-off bus stop nearby, Any central place in Moscow is accessible within 30 mins by metro and not expensive even if take an Uber. Though interior is slightly old, it's very clean. Rooms are bit cramped but doesn't matter much when you spend most of the time outside hotel. Buffet breakfast is delicious with variety of options.

Naj (8/5): Decent hotel! - Good hotel with a shopping mall and Metro, close by. Rooms were clean. Air conditioning not working even though i stayed end of April. Was told by the hotel staff that its cold outside hence no aircon which is somewhat unhelpful as room was quite warm.

Verified traveler (6/5): Great location and friendly staff - The rooms were spacious and well equipped with breakfast capacity being the only real let down. The decor on the landing area felt quite old-fashioned but the location did compensate in part for these issues.

Nadezhda (6/5): Good location, a bit dated - Went to check-in desk to see if early check-in is available, nobody asked for name or room type, just no and thats it. We actually have called day before and advised we will be arriving a bit early, we were told no problem just come to reception and ask. Overall a bit dated hotel, nice location but probably will not be staying there again.
Verified traveler (4/5): Overall experience of 4 night stay - The soundproofing in the room I stayed in was appalling. For this reason I could not recommend the hotel. There was no tea or coffee in the room on arrival. One day the cups that had been used were not washed.
Ben (6/5): Pluses and minuses - I stayed here twice, and was happier with my room the first time. Overall a pretty good hotel and has a pretty good gym compared with most hotel gyms, plus saunas, a pool, and steam room. Lots of great restaurants right in the hotel too, although they are all expensive. The concierge was great and so was much of the other staff, but arguing over whether I had paid for breakfast or not when checking out (I had) when I was in a rush left a not great impression on me.
Greta (4/5): Disappointed - This property is looking tired and getting old. Service is poor, especially at reception. The best part is the spa.
