- bostongal (9/5): Pleasant oasis in the middle of the City. - Beautiful, very large suite, very clean and quiet. The AC is quiet and effective which is a rarity in NYC hotels. The proximity of a lovely rooftop bar (not affiliated directly with the hotel) was a pleasant surprise as was the cafe next door. The staff is terrific --the valet helped me hail a cab which I appreciated. The location is perfect--a modest walk to many sites and/or the subway. I liked being in a slightly calmer, more residential neighborhood (Murray Hill). It was definitely pricey but so is everything in NYC. This was one of the more affordable options I found online.

Leido pasilikti lagaminus tiek kiek reikia, Nemokami du buteliukai vandens į diemą Atvykus davė dvigubai mažesnį kambarį nei buvo užsakytas ir su vaizdu į kitas sienas kur kiek žemiau kaukia kondicionieriai🫣 Paprašius pakeisti,kitą dieną pakeitė jau į panašesnį,bet tikrai ne tokį kokį matote nuotraukose ir nuo 11 iki 16val buvom be namų. Lambariuose ir vonioje labai tamsu kambary tik trys stalinės lempos,nėra lubose nieko.

- Romana (9/5): Perfect location, clean and comfortable - Excellent location - walking distance to sights, restaurants, shops… The room was very spacious, clean, comfortable bed, didnt hear any noise from the street. Friendly staff, easy check-in and the deposit was returned in full on the same day that I checked out! I will definitely be back. The wifi in my room was not working well, otherwise 0 complaints.

Electricity kept tripping. No facilities in kitchen, like plates, cutlery etc. Really awful coffee and coffee machine. Very small things to get right that they simply didnt.

Fotoğraflarda ki oda manzarası yoktu ama yine de oldukça iyiydi. Günlük 75$ otopark ücreti yazıyorlar. Resepsiyonda ki JASON diye sanırım zorla çalıştırılan bir personel var. Denk gelirseniz diğer sırayı bekleyin derim. Yoksa elinizden bir kaza çıkabilir.

I have stayed in many different NY hotels and this is one I would return to. - Loved the location and the fact it had a facility for breakfast - and the roof terrace. The rooms were a great size especially in NYC. The rooms were a bit tired. And the bathrooms. But they were kept very clean

Room had a broken sink and bellman brought the wrong luggage to our room. Way better hotels to stay at in nyc, definitely would not recommend.

- Katharine (7/5): Comfortable enough and bigger than typical rooms, but otherwise not great value - The hotel is well located and has sizable rooms for New York. The bed was comfortable and the staff were lovely. Staff are absolutely fantastic. facilities are signifcantly more dated than they photograph. The pipes and fan in the hotel room ran for hours, despite attempts to adjust them, which was very loud. The bathroom was clean but dated, with a scratched tub, cracked tiles, etc. Most importantly, the resort fee this hotel charges - check the itemised breakdown before you book - is really pushing credulity. It includes, for instance, a mandatory $10 charge for junk food from a cabinet that you're entitled to take two items from (warm gatorade, small chocolate bars, chips, etc) but will be charged whether you use it or not, as well as $15 for dry cleaning...whether you use it or not. The room service advertised is incredibly limited (fewer items than advertised online) and (recognising this is a little petty) it comes packaged like uber eats (ie no real plates, cutlery, etc). If you stay here, just order in. Having stayed at another, cheaper 4star hotel near grand central on this trip, I broadly say continue to search, as you can likely do better.

- Scott (9/5): Lovely stay in Murray Hill; be ready to walk or take transit to many popular Manhattan locations! - The hotel itself is very nice and welcoming, our rooms were bigger and roomier than expected, and we liked that the area around the hotel was quieter and had a "more local" feeling to it rather than being in a busy tourist area. We had stayed in a more central hotel in Midtown on a previous trip, and found that room to be functional but quite small and always busy and noisy. We were there for a special trip for our daughter and it so happened that her birthday took place during our trip as well, and we were delighted to find that the hotel had left a lovely gift for her on that day as well! A very nice touch indeed! Our only issue with the hotel was its location for our purposes. This location was booked for us by another organization and it was a lovely choice and we were very happy to stay there. We had a lot of Broadway activities planned and did find that the hotel was a bit farther away than was ideal for our needs. If we had more time and or were less focused on events around Times Square and Broadway, this hotel would be ideal for the size of the rooms, proximity to Grand Central, and a quieter neighbourhood surrounding it.

- Elizabeth (8/5): Fantastic and memorable - Location space That only two waters per room irrespective if you were in a two ned one bedroom apartment with four people, everyone should have a complimentary water daily. Location was great they were accommodating to give extra towels and hangers for the stay for four of us as there wasn’t enough initially. It wasn’t cheap. But we loved our stay there.

First night room facing 37th st is very noisy, even though we have a great view of Empire building. But I can’t fall asleep since I am a light sleeper. We requested a room change, the rest of the stay was better, but no view.
