• Reike (4/5): - Location was ok. The rooms had a urine smell with stained carpet and sheets that were to small for a old dirty mattress with flees/bed bugs. It was very noisy with a lot of homeless people on and around the property.

Die Betten waren dreckig und klamm Das Waschbecken stand Rand voll mit Schmutzwasser. Die ganze Unterkunft war unsauber stank nach Gras. Überall kleine Tierchen.

• Edwin (1/5): Wouldn't book this locating again. - Staff was nice Room was disgusting. There was Hair on the bathtub, the room was dirty, sheets were stained. We didn't realize it until the next morning from how tired we were.

• O'Leary (1/5): Never again. - Nothing. The room stank of mildew, the desk attendant was incredibly rude, and people were smoking crack in the parking lot. I ended up leaving and getting a much better hotel on the fly.

• Mariel (1/5): I could have stayed somewhere else for the amount of money being spent . - The convenience of how walking distance to the walk of fame , nearby vendors The room was falling apart , smoke alarm was uncovered, wires expose - there was no smoke alarm , which is against the law . The pillows were dirty with make up and hair , the toilet seat had dried urine , the windowsills were moldy , the blinds were broken , the mini fridge was rundown and noisy , the bedsheets were smelly like old oil, the bathroom door didn’t close all the way , the door was broken , hen reported the staff could not accommodate another room , and we were told they didn’t have anymore pillow cases . The staff found it inconvenient to help to make us feel comfortable and we were told to leave for a full refund , this was at 4amin the morning. I was also charged a deposit of $137 dollars for check in and parking

• Roxanne (3/5): Would NEVER recommend! - It’s only a 10 min drive from universal studios Room smelled like fish. Bathroom door jammed when opening and closing. Bathroom ceiling had black mold across half the ceiling. I had the staff come and see it. Staff said “yeah I know, ur only staying 3 days you will be fine” SMH ! White towels with stains on everyone. Stayed on top floor and staff knocked on my door asking for me to be quiet because the people below us were “sleeping” it was only 7:30pm (I have 3 kids) that’s WAY TO EARLY for bedtime. There was also little nats flying around the room.

• Jose (1/5): They need to work on cleaning and offer customers clean rooms. - The location is good because it's close to the Walk of Fame, but the room I got smelled like urine and had many things in poor condition. It was a bad experience putting up with the smell of pee.

The trees over the parking were terrible. I came out the first morning with my car covered in bird poop. OMG. then it rained the second night and my car was covered in leaves amd tree debris. And the walls were so thin you could hear everyone. It was difficult to sleep at times

The street outside the motel had litter and drug addicts - The motel was safe, but I would feel very unsafe walking down the street at night. I was only there for one night and hardly in the motel, so I could cope with this

• Danovia (7/5): Honest is the key. - No disturbance. There were hidden fees that weren't discussed over the phone. I booked a room and paid almost $300. I came to the hotel and was charge an additional $100 deposit and $15 parking fee. Again very poor communication. Not looking for a free hand out but being honest will get you better ratings and customers Who would return to you establishment.

The window looks very old I'm not glad I was there only one night . The receptionist was very rude. Hotel charge car parking per vehicle $15 dollars its not included in hotel bookings

• Likelli (6/5): Smelly room - Location is great, close to the walk of fame and many restaurants. Staff is polite and nice. Mattresses are comfortable. The room was humid and not very clean. Old, dirty air conditioner and a very weird smell. Towels and sheets with stains. We reserved the room for 5 people but had to keep asking for more towels and toilet paper. Parking is paid and not very easy to park if you have a bigger car/truck.

• Isaac (3/5): - The location of the hotel was convenient. We found a bed bug the next day when we got home in my bag. That same day we checked out I had woken up with a little bite on my ankle which once we saw the bug in my bag, we knew it must’ve been a bedbug on the bed that bit me. We checked out as soon as possible and just wanted to get out of there. The room smelled a little like urine. We didn’t use the shower, but the shower inside was dirty like black gunk stuck to the bottom of the tub overall for paying $200 for a one night stay we expected the room to be a little bit cleaner and to not have so many damages inside the blinds were damaged. The door was damaged. The bathroom had damages as if it’s not maintained properly by the landlord.

• Rachael (2/5): Lovely staff, convenient location - Close walk to walk of fame and the tour buses. Lots of food options nearby. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Dated rooms. Bad odour to the room, had to spray deodorant regularly to cover smell, thankfully we were out most of the days. No plugs for bath/basin, no face washer. Only two pillows on each twin bed, and extra two would be nice. Quite unsafe feeling on the street from dusk (not the hotels fault, all the hotels in the area would be the same), due to homeless.

It cost $17 - Convenient to the restaurant event that I attended, but I didn’t like that this place was advertised with free parking. They charge you $17 for parking! Sketchy. I did not get any sleep at this hotel. When I parked my vehicle, the man across the parking started yelling at me. Trying to start a fight for no reason. Then I stayed in room 117 and heard a boombox playing outside my room. When I asked the man to turn it down, he started hurling racist insults. This hotel needs better security and enforcements. It’s also dirty. Why can’t they clean the doors? A simple bleach could make this cleaner.
