• Darrin (6/5): Was conveniently located to the hospital. - Close proximity to the Hong Ngoc hospital Was old and outdated. We booked what I thought was a non smoking room but could smell stale cigarette smoke in the room.
• SangJin (8/5): My stay at Reyna Hotel this time. - Very nice breakfast, service, and room quality. This may not be the best hotel if you compare it to 5 star expensive hotels. But if you're a person looking for adequate hotel quality at reasonable price, I strongly recommend this spot. In my past 2 reservation and stay at Reyna hotel, I sent an email to their official email to see if my booking.com hotel was confirmed in their system. I also sent booking.com chat also because they were not replying. They didn't answer anything at all. I was unpleased and at my latest visit, I asked the reason why. The staff at the front didn't understand what I am asking at all. I didn't want to waste time so I just said yes he understood it and just went to my room.
