• Daria (8/5): - Stuff is very professional, great price and location hotel is old and needs work. showers and doors should be improved. you can not connect anything on TV (you cant log in to your accounts due to some privacy laws). this makes tv just a big useless thing on the wall.

Y adentro las habitaciones aún peor , huelen muy mal no funciona el aire acondicionado no funciona bien la TV nada y la cama de resortes Nada me gustó , pedí la devolución y cancelación de la reserva ya que no pude estar dentro de esta habitación más de dos horas y eso que me cambiaron a otra fue lo mismo, huelen muy mal y sin aire acondicionado funcionando es horrible estar allí adentro

• Ameliq (1/5): The "Door" - The location is good. The absurd and, to say the very least, poorly thought-out design for the bathroom "door"! We are talking about a sliding panel that is absolutely impossible to close tightly. No matter how hard you push or shove it, there is always a massive gap left between it and the wall. This isn't just an inconvenience—it’s a total discomfort and an absolute mockery of the guests. You pay for privacy, not to be put in awkward and embarrassing situations in front of your partner just because someone decided to cheap out on a real, proper door. An incredibly disappointing and aggravating execution!

• ΕΛΕΝΗ (1/5): ΔΕΝ ΤΟ ΠΡΟΤΕΙΝΩ - Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ καλό και ευγενικό, ειδικά το παιδί που μας υποδέχθηκε ο ΜΑΤΙΑΣ και η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή, κοντά σε όλα και είχε συγκοινωνίες. Για τα χρήματα που δώσαμε ήταν πολύ κακό σε καθαριότητα και πρωινό. Τέσσερα βράδια που καθήσαμε δεν άλλαξαν ούτε μια φορά τα σεντόνια εκτός του ότι κάτω από τα σκεπάσματα δεν ήταν στρωμένο το κρεβάτι.Οι πετσέτες είχαν τρίχες πάνω και το πάτωμα αμφιβάλω αν το σκούπιζαν διότι όλες της ημέρες ήταν ένα χαρτάκι στο ίδιο σημείο. Το πρωινό δεν ήταν ικανοποιητικό για τα χρήματα του, καλύτερα να τρώγαμε εκτός.

• Carolina (4/5): Decepcionada del personal - Solo puedo rescatar la ubicación El personal, poco amable , poco empatico, uno viaja de otros países horas y horas para al menos llegar a un lugar donde te saluden por cortesía , lo poco que les pregunté terminaba buscándolo por mi cuenta , las únicas personas que saludaban las señoras que hacían aseo muy amables , el resto cero pero cero empatía y preocupación incluso la toalla que me tocó sucia , en un momento fui al restaurante (estaba vacío ) tuve que esperar y esperar

We had trouble figuring out how to use the safe and they sent someone to our room immediately. Very good customer service! I can’t think of anything I didn’t like. • Erdinc (3/5): Einfach sehr schlecht bis auf die Lage. - Die Lage war Top. Die Einrichtung ist sehr alt. Das Badezimmer ist sehr u gepflegt und es richt nach Abfluss. Das Frühstück ist ein Witz die mehr Kosten lohnen sich nicht dafür.

• M. Angels (7/5): Hotel bien ubicado pero ojo con las habitaciones interiores - Buena ubicación. Opción de parking en el mismo hotel. Buenas camas, ducha y desayuno. Nuestra habitación era una habitación muy pequeña, interior, sin casi ventilación, solo con una mini ventana oscilobatente con vistas al patio de luces y al pasillo del ascensor, intimidad cero. En la reserva no especificaba que sería así la habitación. Además la habitación presentaba bastantes defectos para ser 4* en paredes, suelo, ducha, puerta del wc no corría bien, por no hablar de la calor que hacía y sin poder ventilar....

• Mila (2/5): Guter erster Eindruck, aber unhygienisch, laut und mit vielen Mängeln. - An sich macht das Hotel auf den ersten Blick einen ganz ordentlichen Eindruck, und auch das Personal ist freundlich. Jetzt kommt allerdings ein großes ABER. Was uns direkt gestört hat, war die Bettdecke: Statt normaler Bettwäsche gab es nur einen Bezug oben und einen unter der Decke,eine sehr ungewöhnliche und unangenehme Lösung, die wir so noch nie erlebt haben. Leider hörten die Probleme dort nicht auf. Der Duschkopf war defekt und hat Wasser verloren, und auch das Waschbecken lief ständig aus, sodass sich Wasser auf dem Badezimmerboden gesammelt hat. Zusätzlich ist die Geräuschkulisse ein großes Problem. Man hört wirklich alles durch die Wände. Unsere Freundinnen, die im Zimmer neben uns waren, konnten wir ganz normal reden hören, so deutlich, dass wir sie problemlos verstehen konnten. Privatsphäre ist hier also praktisch nicht vorhanden. Am schlimmsten war jedoch, dass wir im Bett unter dem Bezug zwei kleine tote Würmer gefunden haben. Was genau das war, können wir nicht sagen, aber das geht gar nicht und ist absolut inakzeptabel. Insgesamt leider keine gute Erfahrung, hier besteht definitiv Verbesserungsbedarf.

Instal·lacions de qualitat en una zona propera a punts d'interès turístic però amb més tranquil·litat. El buffet-esmorzar és espectacular. Personal molt amable i professional, que ens atenen en català. Algunes habitacions no són exteriors, sinó que donen al celobert central de l'edifici. És un bona solució arquitectònica però menys bonica que l'exterior. Tanmateix, si l'habitació només és ocupada durant la nit, aquest detall no és important. La retolació de l'establiment és tota en castellà i anglès, el català és absent. Tot i això, el personal mostra la seva professionalitat també atenent-nos en català.

Sessiz sakin bir tesis. Kahvaltı hizmeti veren çalışanlar müthiş. İşini iyi bilen harika yapan insanlar. Erkek olan işini çok iyi yapıyor. Sanki o iş için yaratılmış. Müthiş dikkatli. Oda da su olabilirdi.

Predomină camerele cu paturi pe roți, alăturate, nu paturi matrimoniale, deși am observat că în hotel majoritatea turiștilor erau seniori sau familii iar curatenia a lasat de dorit, desi a fost unul dintre criteriile principale in alegerea hotelului.
