• Matthew (1/5): The lady at the front desk was absolutely rude. She kept saying that she was the only one there she refused to let us us - we found it. That's the only thing I liked about it. It's a value resort so I was OK with this, but when we finally got to our room, there was cockroaches crawling around the bathtub. I have a video of that if anyone wants to see it I also have a video of the food splattered all over the front of the refrigerator and children's handprints. I ask for a refund and told them that there is no possible way. I'm staying in a nasty hotel. It was told they don't do refunds. I stayed there until she agreed that she would refund me on Monday that she could not do it now I have yet to see a refund. Do not stay at this place. It is disgusting.

The air conditioner did not work when I decided to check out a night early they still wanted to up charge me ! and then charge my card again after I checked out 13 $ for nothing for bed bugs and cockroaches Horrible

Young lady was very welcoming. Looks like she works real hard at her job, very close to seaworld. Hate to leave, but I have to go back to Miami.

Let’s start with the signs on the front. Very confusing to even find - it was behind the sister hotel, with the same name? The first room was one of the grossest hotel rooms I have ever been in, and I’ve stayed in some shady hotels. Red stains on the comforter, the rug was tattered and stained throughout, mold in the bathroom, strong musty odor, among other blatant issues, like insects! I was also not given a receipt for my one-night stay, or written proof that the remaining nights were refunded. And I still do not understand why the employee at the front desk could not email me a digital copy either. I will never stay at an Extended Stay ever again. The pictures are of the second room, which was better, but still wildly unsatisfactory.

The guy working was trying but the place is a shithole and he's surrounded by meths heads I didn't even stay a night. I went to check in and he couldn't get me a room. The place was full of meth heads. I waited for an hour at 8pm after my room was meant to be ready at 3.30pm and he still couldn't get me a room. I ended up leaving. I have been telling everyone to never stay at Extended Stay, or book through you guys for that matter, because it was so bad and miss leading.

• henishaw2025 (2/5): Very bad hotel - I have stayed in an Extended Stay hotel before and didn’t have a problem but this one is very bad. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was that it smelled like straight up weed. I chose to ignore it because maybe it was just from a guest that walked in. I checked into the room but I noticed there was damages in the bathroom that I did not want to get blamed for so I asked for another room. The second room wasn't much better as you can see from the pictures I've attached. I tried to cook dinner on the stove but the burners never got hot enough to cook it. I tried to cook it in the microwave instead but no matter what buttons I pressed, the microwave wouldn't work either. The hallways still smelled strongly of weed and I had trouble sleeping. My friends and I didn't think it was safe to stay there so we booked another hotel for the rest of our stay. It was a good thing we did because when we were coming back from the store to get a cooler to put our food in, there were several cop cars in front of the building. And, when I asked if I would get refunded for the rest of my stay because I only stayed one night, I was told I wouldn't because the nightly rate went up. I know that wasnt true because I was looking at alternative rates and the rates for this hotel were cheaper than when I first booked it. So, no, I do not recommended this hotel. It shouldn't even be a 2 star hotel, it should be a 1 star at best.

We couldn’t get a microwave in side the room so we ebbs up having to travel 40 minutes to family buzzy to be about to cook and warm food. The kitchenette was terrible. There was no breakfast provided. We all end up sick due to the mildew smell.

She tried her very best to accommodate me but it was beyond her control! Bad location in the back of another hotel with dim lighting. Smell so bad the smell gets stuck in your clothes. Smell like old cigarettes and poop and mold all over. Very dirty. Need to be remodeled. Not clean AT ALL. I cannot express this enough. Almost everything is broken.! Tv broke ! Bathrooms broke! Appliances dirty! Windows broke not safe !Can tell people climb in and out of it. Bathrooms unsanitary. Nothing about this place looks like it does online. Description very misleading. Elevator stink/dirty. They allow pets an it shows real bad. Animals hair all over the furniture and counters. Scare to take off my clothes. Laid in coat fully clothed. Scared of safety. Was told they short on house keepers. Went to 4 different rooms before I settled for very below average room 105 and still left early. Smell wakes you out your sleep. Also ppl live here a they were running up a down the hall as if it was a single family home an we was visiting. I do NOT recommend even if it’s just for 1 hour. It gives Roach motel vibes. This place should be cited! Place needs a MAJOR UPDATE!!! I wish I took more pictures.

Horrible hotel, sucio , lleno de cucarachas por todas partes incluso en la cama , no pude dormir ahí me tuve que ir y con todo y que me fui me cobraron la noche. El cuarto con olor a marihuana y cigarrillo y era una habitación de no fumadores y cómo quita tenía el olor por todas partes. No lo recomiendo es lo peor

I would most definitely go there again. Its exit 71 if coming from Tampa and 2mins to Holiday Inn Express. Starbucks is across the car park 2 mins, plus other restaurants. $15 to park my own car!

• Verified traveler (4/5): Will not rebook here. - When we arrived, the air condition was leaking on the floor, the bathroom was dirty, the microwave was leaking dirty water. I called the front desk about the air conditioning leaking and the first thing they asked is it was working. I told them it does not matter I have a 2 year old in here. They switched our rooms and the tv wasn't working all the way and the room was dirty.

The door itself has to the door has its loose the handle and inside the door itself where the actual latch is there were some buffers put up so that the door wouldn’t close. OK I don’t have any idea why everything happened the way that it did, but I’m saying the thing about the buffers because the manager came up and took them off and then tempted to do the same thing and yada yada yada was telling me that I don’t know what I’m talking about And I told him I said I think it’s the door handle itself and eventually he goes and shows me that only I have to do is pull on the door handle like in in a way, but he doesn’t explain it OK and on top of that they just something really screwy was going on with the staff and Really lay into them, but if you believe that Jeff Bezos and Amazon around to take over the world well they were trying to take all of my belongings and put it right next-door in their little CubeSmart. I wouldn’t stay here if you care about anything that has to do with anything But the thing is the place is kind of clean however it’s a tender box that’s the one thing that really is disturbing the fact of them they are being that this is such a surely constructed establishment that it literally could be like flamed in like five seconds flat
