- Bee-Lee (10/5): - When I stayed a whole week at Patagonia Villa Lodge, I was looking for the ultimate escape from the maddening crowd and I got everything I wanted. Situated in the romantic Bosque del Faldeo (Faldeo forest), it was hidden enough to afford me the privacy I needed to really get away from it all, but still be a convenient remis ride away from the navigation tours that departed from the Ushuaia tourist port. I loved being surrounded by the trees, listening to the birds every morning, and getting lots of daylight in my little treehouse cabin to read, write, and paint in. When I got in, I received an extremely personalized check in from Pilar who was at the gate the moment by taxi arrived from the airport. I got a tour of the place and all its amenities as well as a detailed run down of nearby food deliveries and tour/independent options for my hiking trip. At all times, she was available by Whatsapp should I need anything, I always felt very taken care of, for that I am extremely grateful. The central heating under the floors kept me warm and toasty every night, and there was a bottle of champagne in the fridge, which was a lovely surprise. Patagonia Villa Lodge is easy to find, there are smart signboards every major road uphill into the woods from the city so my tour buses had no problems finding me at the crack of dawn to take me to Tierra del Fuego, etc. Highly recommend, especially for travelers looking for the healing power of nature and the luxury boutique experience.
- David (10/5): - Log cabin villa with heated concrete floors was a great spot while exploring Ushuaia and its beautiful parks and sea life. Easy to find and a simple drive into town.
- Gustavo (2/5): - Las condiciones de la cabaña que nos dieron es extremadamente pobre. Las fotos en Expedía no reflejan la mala condiciones del sitio. El precio debería ser la mitad. Los muebles se están pudriendo. Las sábanas en muy mal estado. Las cortinas tienen huecos y no se pueden subir o bajar. Realmente el estado está muy mal. Georgina es muy amable y atenta, pero las condiciones del lugar no cumplen los mínimos.

- kevin (10/5): - We stayed here for two days leading up to our cruise. We rented a car for better autonomy and this place was a perfect getaway just on the edge of town. We were greeted warmly and thr hosts had great recommendations for food and things to do locally. It was well appointed for 2 nights. Toiletries are provided, the towels are nice and thick, and our view of the woods made this a cozy haven. It was a perfect way to decompress.

The floors of the cabin were always warm, so that was a big plus. The cabin just needed a little upgrade but that's all it needs. Great location, right on Tierra de Fuego, it can't get any better.
- Eric (6/5): - The cabin was ok, smaller than I thought but perfect for hiking and skiing for the price. The staff personal was nice. They had breakfast but it was unclear where to get it for $8 USD. No bidet or flexible shower heads

They also allowed me to store my luggage after checking out whilst I went about and enjoyed the town. Would definitely recommend this villa to anyone visiting Ushuaia.

The place itself is outside the city of Ushuaia, so it’s you’ll need to rent a car or order many taxis while there. We highly recommend!

- Jim (10/5): Comfortable two story cabins. - Kitchen, bath and small living room with a single bed a couch below; bedroom with king bed, closet and dresser above joined by a narrow stair (which is not ideal for the less surefooted). Breakfast of bakery croissants, rolls, and small packaged cupcakes and cereal, with butter, jams, etc. and milk in frig. Coffee and coffeemaker + instant provided. Frig and wine rack stocked with wines, soft drinks, beer, cookies, chips, etc. at prices not much above local stores. Wonderful help with tours and things to do from Luciana and family who are friendly, competent and very interested in insuring guests' comfort. Ushuaia food is expensive, but manageable for pasta, trout, etc. which will cost $40-50 US for two with wine, salad and tip (10%). For king crab, Chilean sea bass (merluza negra) and top restaurants, expect up to twice that. Excellent lamb (La Estancia recommended) will be somewhere in between, and empanadas, burgers & pizza for $20-30. No hotel restaurant but delivery is available with menus in rooms.

Continental breakfast provided. Luciana and staff are very, very friendly and helpful. Nice, quiet and charming. Definitely a great value.
- Carolina (10/5): Great place - The villas are cabins in the middle of a forest, just out of town. Our cabin had a balcony with a view to the forest and snow-covered peaks, really pretty. Our host, Luciana, was very attentive and helpful, providing insights, recommendations about things to do, where to eat, coordinating our excursions. She and Maicaela went out of their way to make our stay a great one. I hope we can go back somday!

- as (6/5): Nice wooded property but not luxurious - The neighborhood is outside of the center so it's nice for that reason. Wooded, quiet property. Lots of privacy. Cabin large and good for a family who wants to do very basic cooking/stay together in a bigger/multi-level space. Warm floors and beautiful views from huge windows. Negatives: breakfast food provided is the cheapest white bread, packaged junk food, old little packaged condiments. Wish they provided fresh rolls and fresh fruit, something better since the price for accommodations is on the higher end. Also, the furnishings and decor are just random/no thoughtful design feel. Like an assembly of second hand store purchases and sparse/non-cozy. Could be very lovely with some interior design work, throw blankets, pillows, etc. Slightly dirty walls in bathroom. Positive: super friendly and attentive staff. Beautiful setting.

- MATT (10/5): Great property! - We stayed at the Patagonia Villa before an adventure cruise through southern Patagonia and Cape Horn. It is a beautiful property set up on a hill within walking distance to the Ushuaia city center. They couldn't have been nicer and even helped us make plans for a fun excursion before our cruise. I highly recommend staying here!
- Jonathan (8/5): A peaceful retreat, with extremely helpful staff. - We stayed with our two boys (7 and 4) for four nights at Patagonia Villas. At first I was a bit concerned we were too far out of Ushuaia but the peace and quiet more than made up for it. The cabin was very comfortable and the inclusion of a selection of wines to buy was a nice touch. The beds were extremely comfortable. The stay was made, however, by Marcela who couldn't do enough to help. She booked us tours, gave us advice and arranged an airport transfer which picked our luggage up first and then us in town. Made our last day fun rather than a hassle.

- Thomas (10/5): Ushuaia - I was upgraded to a beautiful suite. The setting was beautiful in the woods above the city. The people very friendly and helpful. The only detraction was the walk to and from Ushuaia, downhill into the wind and uphill on the way back.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Ushuai hotel - Great little hotel just a bit out of the action on the outskirts of town. A bit more difficult to get too but it made for a different experience. Staff was great a so was the room.
- Bogdan (8/5): A warm and friendly place at the end of the world - We booked this hotel based on internet reviews and we did a very good choice: it is a small, quiet, confortable hotel ( cozy chalets in the woods), with very helpful staff ( Marcela's recommendations were excellent for the trips we had - Canal Fun for the off road adventure to the Lake Fagnano). The only "drawback" and only if you are on a very tight schedule is the relative distance to the town center ( 20 mins walking along the main circulated road), which makes taxi the first option. - Judy McReynolds (10/5): Nice big log cabin in the woods - We arrived at hotel around 9:30 am and was able to check in around noon. We got a nice and big log cabin with upgraded Jaccuzi. Breakfast inc. a loaf of bread, butter and jelly, milk, yogurt, cereal is in the kitchen so you can prepare your own breakfast comfortably in your room. Kitchen has refrigerator, microwave, toaster and cooking hot plate for cooking simple meals. Living room has a real wood burning fireplace that made us very cozy. Staff was friendly. She helped us getting a taxi to the airport with reasonable rate. The Villa is located 7 or 8 minutes by taxi from downtown. The taxi only costs around US$4 - US$6 between villa and central.

Our host was very friendly and helpful - she helped us book 2 tours and our transfers to the airport. We were upgraded to a cabin with kitchen and fireplace, complete with radiant heat floors.

- Z (8/5): Lovely unique cabins 20 minute fast walk from town - Really love the rooms. Log cabins with heated stone floors, lots of space. Fridge and microwave with toaster, loaf of bread, water heater and full selection of teas and hot chocolate in your room. Room got a little hot and I couldn't control the temperature so would try to leave the bathroom window open to not overheat. Also the free bikes are not always available, as that is why I booked this place (being so far from town) but the bikes were being repaired for a couple of weeks. Reception spoke good English and very helpful booking tours for me. She even found a mountain biking guide who also as part of the adventure, hiked me up to the base of the glacier AND then let me borrow the bike the rest of the day. That was a great excursion!
- Erna (10/5): Like home, but than with all service of a 5* hotel - The welcome by Javier was very friendly and empathic. He helped us with finding nice tours, bikes and the next trip by bus or boat. Also during our stay Luciana was extremely friendly and helpful. The room is warm during cold days, due to the floor heating. It has everything we need and the kingsize bed sleeps very well, just as at home. We are happy that we stayed here more than a week in this lodge.
- A (10/5): An idyllic treehouse at the end of the world - Loved my stay here. Will definitely stay here again if i visit Ushuaia again. The owners (Javier and Luciana) are very friendly and extremely helpful. Javier also speaks great English for those whose Spanish is sketchy. It was also nice to be out of the centre of town (but just a short walk or a cheap fast cab-ride away.
- Gagan (8/5): Nice family run place with nice lodges - The place is run by a family and they treated us quite well. There are 4 or 5 independent lodge cabins with fireplaces - very romantic but ask the hotel staff to light the fire in the right manner (which we did not know), otherwise the lodge can fill up with smoke. The bathrooms are with jacuzzi and picture windows overlooking the forest - very nice. The heating broke down in the night and made the cabin very cold, but other than that, a nice experience.
