I have high praise for the staff at this hotel for how they treated me during my stay. The staff at the front desk were kind, compassionate and extraordinarily helpful as I tried to figure out where my daughter was located in the NHS system. They went above and beyond as they helped me find the hospital my daughter was moved to. Front desk staff continued to check in throughout my stay. Kudos to this highly professional crew, they were wonderful. I was distraught and alone in a foreign country, staff members were exceptionally kind to me in a very difficult moment.

I stayed in Room 601 and woke up with a severe bed bug infestation. My body is covered in approximately 15 painful, itchy bites (I have kept full photographic evidence with timestamps). When I contacted the management to report this serious health and safety issue, they completely denied responsibility, claiming their internal investigation found nothing. To make matters worse, they unrealistically suggested that I—living in Greece—should arrange and pay for a third-party pest inspection in their London hotel. Absolute lack of professionalism, zero respect for guest health, and terrible customer service.

We were a group of 23 adults touring the surround London area, and used this hotel as our hub. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and greeted us warmly everytime we made contact. The breakfasts were the best I've had at any Holiday Inn. There was someone who greeted us so kindly every morning as we entered the dining room for breakfast, and I lost the document where I recorded her name. I sincerely wish I could give a shout out to her. Naveea was also most helpful and kind. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We kwamen achter in de avond achter dat ze de handdoeken weg hadden gehaald maar geen nieuwe hadden neergelegd. Ik ben rond 22;00 uur naar de receptie gelopen om dat te melden. Ze zouden het meteen komen brengen. Een uur later maar weer naar de receptie gegaan want ze hadden nog steeds geen handdoeken gebracht. moest ik het hele verhaal weer uitleggen aan een andere receptiemedewerker. Kreeg daarna weer 20 minuten later eindelijk de handdoeken. Dit was weer jammer aangezien het voor de rest een prima hotel was.

• POILVET (7/5): Bien pour dormir - Nous avions une chambre executive qui était très bien. Nos 3 enfants avaient une chambre standard et c'était un peu juste pour eux. Compliqué de prendre le petit déjeuner à 5 (maxi 4 places part table). Dans l'ensemble ça s'est bien passé. Nous avons eu une grève des métro le jour de notre arrivée et avons dû faire pas mal de détours. Comme l'hôtel n'est vraiment pas dans le centre, ça n'a pas été simple. Nous avons eu du bruit la nuit avec des personnes peu respectueuses des autres qui fêtaient de la marathon de Londres. Côté environnement, ce n'est pas très beau. Situé le long d'une autoroute urbaine et au milieu de hangars.

• Go42144165636 (10/5): The best experience - The hotel was incredibly clean and functional, we had an amazing stay! our room was spacious and super comfortable, also thanks to Tabhi who helped us find the best room for us! He was super helpful along with all of the staff, they really made our stay even better. Also, we had dinner a few times and shout out to the kitchen, because it was terrific. We will definitely be back!

He arranged a lovely breakfast for us at the hotel, which was fresh and delicious. His hospitality really made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Highly appreciated!

• Relax03683764640 (10/5): Weekend stay - Had a lovely stay at this hotel over the weekend. Very clean room, housekeeping on topmof things. Thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast experience, fresh and hot with a great selection. The staff were all polite and kind, however one staff member really stuck out for us, her name was Vaish and she had that smile that you all look for. A genuine confident and caring personality, please give her a thank you from us. She told us that she was just starting so I hope management seems this and appreciate her. Making people smile is difficult these days. Thank you
