La limpieza de las habitaciones son a partir de estadías de 15 días. Y si la solicitas con costo adicional que es $50 por día tampoco lo hacen por falta de personal.

Loved the pool and hot tub. Overall. The price was good and the apartment was huge and everything was brand new. Great location. Need a new plumbing system, toilets would not flush in V10.

• Natalie (10/5): Awesome place to stay we will definitely come back! - Perfect location, SUPER clean and updated, had everything we needed, poor area & hot tub are great! Sat at the gate for a couple minutes before staff let us in for check in because we didn’t have a key yet. The gate is a great feature but makes it difficult for first time guests checking in to get in.

Agora eles cobram pra receber mercadorias que compramos pela amazon, este servico que nao era cobrado era um diferencial pra mim, tanto que fiquei neste hotel por 5x, mas vou avaliar para a proxima.

Having a washer/dryer, full kitchen and 2 baths makes our stay perfect We needed a downstairs room due to snow injury I'd had. The only thing available was a handicapped room. Didn't love the washer/dryer single unit in there, it didn't have instructions and was difficult to figure out. And the showers were obviously different, where the floor got very wet and I felt was a slip hazard. I

Hablo inglés, aún así en recepción hablaban tan cerrado que era difícil entender lo que decían y no hicieron ningún esfuerzo en modular para que fuera más fácil entender lo que estaba pasando. Claramente un punto a mejorar.

Infelizmente os funcionários são muito desagradáveis . 1 dia antes da minha diária vencer “esmurraram “ minha porta para sairmos do quarto , por erros deles . No dia seguinte que seria nosso último dia , pedi para estender um pouco a diária em vista ao ocorrido anterior . Não fizeram a gentileza e ainda nos escorraçaram do local com ameaças de cobranças de 100 dólares se não saíssemos em 5 min . Além de não limparem os quartos . Uma pena pq de uma experiência maravilhosa foi marcada por uma situação tão desagradável

• Ran (7/5): good for budget stay, don't expect much. - The hotel grounds are pleasant, there are 2 pools, couple of beat up tennis courts, and a fitness center with no aircon. the location is good, easy to get around to disney parks and nearby restaurants. pool was very fun for the kids, also a hot jacuzzy so this was pretty nice. The fitness center had no aircon (didn't work, staff pretended it "just broke" throughout our entire 7 days stay). The showers are not comfortable at all. big and old jacuzzy with very weak water stream that can not be used a shower conviniently. There is some engine in the room, that makes noise even when the aircon is off. horrible sound like living on top of a train station, or some fuel powered generator. I have no idea WTH this was, horrible noise. ALSO, place is currently under construction, so expect some morning trucks to shake you up as well.
• Nancy (6/5): - The pros: pretty close to Disney parks, clean, large room, nice pool and hot tub, newer looking room, loved screened in balcony. The cons: no elevator so had to carry luggage upstairs, no housekeeping (we called for emptying trash and were told to leave it outside the room), we had only two bags of coffee for 4 nights and I had to call three times to request more, and the ceiling in our room leaked during a rainstorm. Wish pool was open later. No breakfast or restaurants on site.

• Stephen (6/5): - We like this hotel, this is our fourth stay here. On this visit the hotel is going through major refurbishments. There are four separate blocks of rooms, we were in a newly renovated block. Nicely done
• Michelle (8/5): - Mostly quiet except construction started up early on a Monday morning (our only day to sleep in during our stay). Felt like a safe area. Not very busy during our stay. Close to parks. Parking was close to room. No elevators though. Our room was older but still nice. Large rooms and full kitchen was nice! Didn’t use the pool- I wish it was open until 11 so we could’ve put our tired legs/feet in there after getting back from the parks at night. I’d stay here again
