Achei o chuveiro pequeno para o meu tamanho (1,80). Tive dificuldades de tomar um bom banho.

• Maria Anna (6/5): - Da bei Ankunft das Zimmer nicht bereit war, konnte ich mein Gepäck dort lassen und Rom erkunden. Das Zimmer war riesig. Auch das Bad war sehr groß. Frühstück war in Ordnung. Als ich von meiner Erkundung zurück kam, wurde ich vom Receptionsteam ignoriert. Als die Herren Zeit hatten bekam ich recht unfreundlich meine Zimmerkarte. Mein Zimmer im 6. Stock war nicht leicht zu finden. Erst nach Rückfrage konnte ich es finden. Es gibt 2 Lifte, und mit dem versteckten Lift hätte ich mein Zimmer gleich gefunden. Das Zimmer war unerträglich warm. Sehr hellhörig, hatte das Gefühl die Gäste aus dem Nebenzimmer sitzen in meinem Badezimmer. Nachts, selbst um 1:20 Uhr wurden Stühle auf der darüberliegenden Terrasse herum geschoben.

Tem um excelente ($$) restaurante ao lado do hotel que fica aberto até tarde. Só duas frutas no café da manhã (laranja e maçã), o banheiro com dimensões reduzidas mas aceitável.

I stayed in a single room of a decent size, with a quite large bed for a single room (good mattress) and a lovely bathroom with a window. The windows overlooked the courtyard (plus - quiet, minus - a bit dark). The room seemed to me to have been recently renovated and was clean. There was nothing I really didn't like. A few minor niggles (odd shower head, a bit dark due to the courtyard view) did not spoil the overall impression. I'd happily stay at this hotel again.

• Douglas (9/5): Comfortable hotel near the train station. - Location, helpful staff, and good breakfast. The room was small, but the bed was very comfortable.

Auch der Saft war wässerig. Eine Bitte noch: Ihr Personal könnte die Gäste bei der Ankunft davor warnen, dass viele Taschendiebe bei den Hotspots und im ÖV unterwegs sind. Wir selber hatten Glück, dass uns ein Einheimischer im letzten Moment gewarnt hat.

I've stayed here before, and it's become my go-to hotel in Rome. It's in a good neighborhood; lots of good restaurants; it's also near the bus, train and metro lines. The elevator didn't work for a couple of days while we were there, but we just used the other elevator on the other side of the building. Also, as I mentioned before, I wasn't sure where the restaurant was. I have no other complaints at all.

• Andreas (8/5): - Gute Lage, ruhiges Zimmer, sehr sauber. Die Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet war für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut. In der Beschreibung steht mit Parkplatz, das ist leider nicht richtig. Man wird auf ein nahe gelegenes Parkhaus verwiesen, kostet ca. € 30,-/Tag.

• Simone (9/5): - Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel (Nähe Bahnhof Termini), neu renoviertes Zimmer mit sehr schönem Bad, sehr sauber. Durch die Doppelfenster ist es trotzdem ruhig im Zimmer. Die Mitarbeiter sind professionell freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gutes Restaurant mit kleiner Speisekarte im Hotel. Frühstücksbüffet sehr vielseitig. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Hellhörigkeit, die wohl von den Türen kommt. Es hört sich immer so an, als wären die Personen mit im Zimmer, obwohl sie nur im Flur sind. Das ist vor allem nachts störend.

Quando fizemos o check out , tive que pagar 52€ por 1 garrafa de água, Coca-Cola, Fanta e um sumo de laranja (um roubo).
• Esin (10/5): Excellent stay with a perfect location, outstanding cleanliness, a safe environment, and exceptional service—especially - The location of the hotel is excellent, right next to Termini station, which made transportation very easy. The hotel and rooms were very clean, and our rooms were cleaned every day. The area is quiet and feels safe. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. I would also like to especially thank Francesco at the reception. He was extremely kind, helpful, and professional. Even late at night, he assisted us with our requests and did his best to help us with everything we needed. The breakfast was quite limited and repetitive every day. Even basic options like boiled eggs were not available, and there were no suitable alternatives for children. The croissants were not always fresh, and although we requested some simple additions, they were not provided. Another negative point was the lack of a common sitting area where guests can relax or spend time together. The bar area is only for paid consumption, and guests are not allowed to sit there with their own drinks, which was a bit disappointing. Also, apart from Francesco, the reception staff were generally unfriendly and not very welcoming. We felt that some staff members were rude and not helpful towards guests. This is something that should definitely be improved.

• Diana (9/5): Nice hotel in a good neighborhood, within walking distance of Termini. - Breakfast, the bar on the top floor with the very pleasant attendant, the staff's willingness to help when needed, and the very convenient location by metro, buses and trains. This is the third time I've stayed at this hotel for these reasons. The bathroom drain in room 666 was a little malodorous (hopefully that's already been addressed!) Also, I'm not sure where the hotel restaurant was, or when it was open. It could use a little more publicity. Otherwise, everything was as good as usual!

Room basic but clean and roomy enough, not in them long when it's a city break. Little fridge for water etc, don't use theirs too expensive. Reception and concierge lovely, so helpful. Weather was very wet, they offer umbrella fir a deposit, we had no cash, receptionist gave us his to use to get to resturaunt very impressed with them. The local resturaunt they recommended was lovely worth a try. Location of hotel 5 min walk from termini great location, right bearvthe hop on off bus tours too. I'd go back to the hotel
• Michel (5/5): “Un bon emplacement et un bon confort, mais des infrastructures et prestations qui mériteraient d’êt - Ce que nous avons apprécié c'est : 1) l'emplacement à 100 m de la gare (la gare est super vous pouvez y trouver un genre de Hall ou vous pouvez manger italien, asiatique, vegan, même une cote de boeuf que vous choisissez dans la vitrine à des prix raisonnable) ce qui évite de courir a droite à gauche, vous y avez aussi plein de boutiques parfum vêtements de Marques ETC et très securisée. Vous avez aussi de nombreux petits restaurants autour indien italien. 2)Insonorisation, literie très confortable et grande. Hôtel vieillissant au niveau des infrastructures exemple, baignoire très étroite et petite donc pas de douche, bouchon qui fuyait, tuyau de douche un peu court. Petit déjeuner un peu répétitif, tous les matins oeufs brouillés saucisses, céréales et tjrs les mêmes fruits pommes et oranges, pas d'oeufs à la coque, jus de fruits à la machine hyper sucré, par contre bcp de viennoiserie très bonnes mais se serait bien de penser aux personnes diabétiques,
• Alyka Deborah (9/5): Great and Comfortable Stay Near Termini - Great hotel. This is my second time staying here and, honestly, it was a very good choice again. The hotel has undergone some renovations and feels more pleasant. The staff are very kind, and the breakfast is excellent. The triple room has two separate areas, which is a great advantage. The location is also great, close to Termini, with easy access to Rome’s attractions. The bathroom does not have an exhaust fan, which is a downside for me. The shower is also not very good, with low water pressure. Additionally, the bathroom door does not have a lock, which was not ideal for us.

• Jan Karl (10/5): Posizione eccellente, Hotel accogliente. Consigliatissimo - Seconda volta che soggiorno in questo albergo. Hotel in posizione strategica, a un paio di minuti a piedi da Termini e vicinissimo alla stazione metro Repubblica e a via Nazionale, ma allo stesso tempo lontano dal degrado e dal trambusto. La via è tranquilla e illuminata, silenziosa e pulita. Lo staff è gentile e molto disponibile e la struttura è ordinata. Pulizia impeccabile della camera che veniva rassettata tutti i giorni. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. niente

• Trevor (8/5): Convenient for train and walking to sites. - Breakfast was excellent with great selection starting at 6:30. Only problem is that if you go after 7:30 you may have difficulty finding a seat. My second morning breakfast at 8 am was standup and pointless as no where to sit for many people. See breakfast venue limitation.
• Elisabeth (8/5): Netjes en schoon prima hotel op een geweldige locatie met zeer vriendelijk personeel. - De ligging vlakbij Termini en de Metro maar ook op loopafstand van het Colosseum en andere mooie bezienswaardigheden. Het ontbijt was goed, maar zou wat beter kunnen bv kaartjes bij de yoghurt (soort), vers gesneden fruit ipv hele appels en duidelijker laten weten dat je ook een barista cappuccino mag bestellen. Daar kwamen wij helaas pas op de laatste dag achter.
• Cunha (8/5): O refúgio perfeito no meio do caos delicioso de Roma. - Hotel agradável, limpo, extremamente bem localizado. Camas muito confortáveis. O staff é super simpático e atencioso. O pequeno almoço tinha pouca variedade. Ficou a faltar fruta fresca.
