Паркомісце входить у вартість, можна з собакою, у нас був великий номер з великим балконом. В номері було все необхідне. Розташування на тихій вулиці, поруч зупинка автобусів, 5 хвилин і ви в центрі. Якщо вам складно підійматись пішки на 3 поверх, то просіть поверх нижче, бо ліфту не має.

There were some good common areas for laundry, visiting with other guests inside and on a terrace, and 3 jacuzzi tubs to use. Nothing to dislike.

Un peu plus difficile d'y revenir le soir, car les bus sont très rares. Les bouchons d'oreilles sont nécessaires ! Les sols de la chambre et les tables étaient collants... Assez étrange, car le reste était bien propre.

- IULIIA LAPSHOVA (7/5): - Персонал дружелюбный, заселение прошло быстро и понятно. Апартаменты очень скромные, но очень чистые. Сантехника в отличном состоянии. Если хотите экономить и не рассчитываете на комфорт, то да, можно жить. Есть парковка. Также нам разрешили оставить вещи до обеда.

- Hayir (9/5): Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, sehr schöne Wohnung, wir würden wiederkommen! - Das Zimmer und die Unterkunft an sich waren sehr sauber und es war nichts defekt oder schmutzig oder sonstiges. Ich glaube, wir wurden auch im Stillen geupgraded, was natürlich ein riesen Plus ist. Die Dachterrasse ist auch wirklich schön eingerichtet, man bekommt ein Willkommensgetränk und die Aussicht (nicht auf Florenz, aber auf die umgebende Landschaft) ist der Hammer! Das Personal war nicht aufdringlich, aber immer präsent, sodass man sie immer ansprechen konnte. Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.

Terasa vypadala moc dobře, večer hezky osvícená, škoda, že nám pršelo. Ubytování je dál od centra, nenašli jsme žádnou fajn kavárnu/pekarnu, kde by se dalo posnídat ani obchůdek s potravinami, vše jen ve městě. Přistýlka byla hodně u země a celkem proležená. Nevýhoda ubytování bez výtahu ve 3.patře.

The neighbourhood is very quiet and convenient with a bus stop within 200 m with busses that take 11 to 20 minutes to go to the centre of Florence. A nice place to recommend.

- Ruiz (9/5): Encanto, tranquilidad y precio competitivo. - Para algunos la ubicación podría ser un problema, ya que se encuentra alejado del centro como ir a pie, pero tiene la parada del bus casi delante, y el bus se puede pagar con tarjeta, o mediante una app en el móvil. El transporte público en Florencia funciona muy bien. Los autobuses son puntuales, aunque no tanto económicos porque cuesta 1,70 cada trayecto, da igual desde donde lo cojas. Lo bueno de su ubicación es que no hay masas de gente ni mucho menos, es una zona tranquila, donde se escuchan los pajaritos por la mañana, lo que supone un gran descanso respecto al trasiego de personas y ruidos del centro. Además, andando 5 minutos desde el alojamiento hay una cafetería-repostería buenísima, con precios asequibles para la calidad que ofrecen, además de un restaurante también buenísimo. Respecto al alojamiento, he de decir que la habitación y el cuarto de baño eran más amplios de lo que esperábamos. Las camas eran muy cómodas. Y el funcionamiento de las puertas de entrada de abajo y de la habitación fáciles de usar y cómodos también. Tienen una máquina de café por 0,70 centimos que funcionaba bien y hacía buen café. La habitación estaba muy limpia. Poseen además una terraza y un comedor comunitarios muy amplios. La escalera olía siempre genial, y tenía una decoración de muy buen gusto. Si volvemos a Florencia, volveremos a este lugar. Gracias. Por decir algo, la terraza privada que tenia el alojamiento, poseía unos sofás con cojín que estaban un poco sucios, aunque es de entender teniendo en cuenta que están en el exterior. El último día de nuestra estancia no había agua caliente por la mañana temprano, cosa que no pasó el resto de los días. Y hay muchos mosquitos, aunque creo que es cosa de toda Florencia.

Just a positive suggestion - please put some more essentials in the kitchen of 1B. Like kitchen towels, tea strainer etc. 🙂 The spare comforters need to retire.

Facile d’accès en voiture, nous avons ensuite laisser notre voiture sur le parking sécurisé et nous sommes déplacés en bus pour rejoindre le centre ville. La chambre était propre, spacieuse et confortable. Et nous avons beaucoup apprécié les terrasses sur les toits, bien aménagées et agréables. En prime nous avons été très bien accueillis et lorsque la dame de l’accueil a vu que notre chien était grand elle a nous a proposé une chambre plus grande avec une grande terrasse. Franchement, un accueil au top ! Merci encore.

- Pio (8/5): Consigliato - L'appartamento con loft è luminoso e ben distribuito negli spazi. Molto positiva la presenza del parcheggio e la piscina nella terrazza comune. Pulizia discreta e personale molto gentile. Consigliato. Nel complesso è una discreta sistemazione ma necessiterebbe di essere mantenuto un po' meglio; il box doccia era rotto, il tavolo della cucina era poco stabile così come l'armadio. Suggerirei anche qualche dotazione in più in cucina.

- Sabina (8/5): - Posteggio auto gratuito, tranquillità. Vicinanza fermata bus n.11 per la città. Terrazza con idromassaggio ok, noi non l'abbiamo utilizzato perché il tempo era troppo fresco. Cucina appartamento poco attrezzato, mancavano asciugapiatti, carta da cucina, coltello del pane... tutto un po' vecchiotto, basterebbe poco per far meglio! Per il resto ok.9

- Kadriye (9/5): Fayda maliyet bir otel - Merkeze giden otobüs (11 numara) yürüyerek 2 dk koşarak 40 saniye 😅 15-20 dk da bir otobüs var. Odamız güzeldi fayda maliyet. Temizliği gayet iyiydi. Hiç bir sorun yaşamadık. Sanki yalısı olan bir arkadaşımızın misafir odasında kalıyor gibiydik 😅 çok samimi bir ortam vardı. Mutfağı ortak. Bardak, mikrodalga, içecek otomatı herşey var. Bir sorun yoktu. Sadece valizleriniz fazlaysa asansör yok ya da ben görmedim 😅 üst katta olursa odanıza valizler çıkarmak biraz zor olabilir
- Nicole (8/5): Nahe der Innenstadt, ruhig - Die Lage war seht gut, vor allem im Frühjahr mit mehr Sonne kann die schöne Dachterrasse genutzt werden. Kein Wasserkocher oder Küchenutensilien. Wir waren mit unseren Zimmer aussen gelegen. Dadurch ist der gemütliche Speisesaal im 2. Stock unerreichbar., wir frühstücken somit immer in einem Café.

- crischarmall (8/5): - Appartement familial grand, belle mezzanine ouverte où se situent les lits, propre. Terrasse commune au second étage. Parking gratuit, très bien situé pour accéder au centre de Florence avec les bus (L11) entre autres arrêt à 5' (paiement dans le bus avec CB) Le bruit sans cesse de la clim, manque 1 canapé ou fauteuil d'autant plus qu'il y a la place

- Seyedhossein (7/5): Good for the money and a bit outside the city center - The staff were friendly and responded quickly and jacuzzi was also very good 👍 The cutlery stuff were not enough and commuting to the city center only had one bus not on the planned timetable.
- DE FELICE (10/5): Favoloso! - Mi è piaciuto quasi tutto. Lo staff, l'accoglienza, la pulizia, se ami camminare in 30 minuti sei a Ponte Vecchio e soprattutto la Spa sul tetto! Pochi pentole in cucina e soprattutto coltelli che non tagliano.
- Benedetti (10/5): - L'appartement est super les filles nous on très bien accueilli, la terrasse avec le jaccuzi était super Nous avons passé un excellent moment. L'arrêt du bus à proximité était un plus.

- Mariia (10/5): - Очень уютные комнаты, чисто, высокие потолки, есть холодильник в комнате и посуда на общей кухне. Отличная терраса с видом и джакузи с горячей водой. Администратор была очень милой и на все вопросы быстро отвечали в вотсап
