Житло, на жаль, залишило неприємне враження. По приїзду нас зустріла непривітна адміністраторка. У номері не було навіть води та тапочок, а підлога була дуже холодна і в номері відчувалася сирість. На другий день нас ніхто не попередив, що не буде води. Коли я запитала про це на ресепшені, ніхто навіть не вибачився, а просто сказали, що вода скоро з’явиться. У результаті я чекала дві години, але води так і не було. Єдиний приємний момент — при виїзді на ресепшені був дуже привітний хлопець.

• Colleen (6/5): Teeny tiny, but a great location - This is a fantastic location for a jumping off point. This hotel makes for a great home base if you're not too fussed with rooms and amenities while traveling. It's probably most ideal for a solo traveler based on the single twin bed room I had. I don't really know how one might navigate a room set up the same way mine was with multiple people you aren't intimately acquainted with. Okay so the room is basically also the bathroom. There's the main little rectangle of floor space with the bed and then a shower stall with a glass door right next to the bed and a toilet and sink area separated by a glass sliding door across. Thankfully I was traveling alone so I didn't have to watch someone else use the toilet or shower while just trying to chill on my bed or anything, but basically there is no where to hide in this place. The toilet area was also incredibly narrow. Having a sliding door meant that at least one side of the toilet/sink area was always blocked by the sliding door. If you wanted to fully close the door while using the space it was like 6 inches of space left between the appliances and the glass of the door. I'm short and my knees were hitting the glass when I was trying to sit. So I kept just moving it to the side I wasn't using at that particular moment. And either way it's just glass so you're very exposed. I had read enough reviews to understand (more or less) what I was getting into, but it was still a bit different than experience it. Also, good to note that you have to pay the city tax in cash. Other hotels you can pay with card, so I wasn't fully prepared for this, especially since it was at the end of my trip and I didn't have enough on hand. There are ATMs near by, but that was slightly inconvenient since I was about to leave.

Вода текла в унитазе, сейф либо не работал, либо не смогли освоить, отдельно стоит упомянуть о свете в туалете, он работает на датчик движения и пока вы моетесь он постоянно гаснет, но если высунуть руки и помахать сработает, просто дверь душевой надо открыть))))

There are some designers fails (like for comfy wardrobe) but in general all good. There was even small balcony, but to seat, was just good for fresh air ) The hotel doesn't offer good breakfast so don't plan it there.

We had a room with a private bathroom that wasn’t in the room itself. That wasn’t an issue but the room and the bathroom were at opposite ends of the corridor which didn’t make sense and wasn’t ideal.

Top Auch wenn Zentrumsnah war der Preis für das Zimmer ohne Frühstück schon sehr hoch. Ein ganz einfaches Hotel. Ganz einfach Zimmer. Das Bad war sehr klein. Nicht mal Platz um einen Zahnbecher zu platzieren.

Camera iniziale molto piccola con zona sanitario e lavabo molto piccola e separata dalla doccia. Poi ci è stato permesso di cambiare camera con una di dimensioni standard, comoda e con bagno funzionale. Zona reception con bar caffetteria sempre aperta. Non c'è il bidet in nessuna delle due stanze in cui ho soggiornato. Zona di ingresso con tavolini e sedie molto piccola. Bar con possibilità solo di bevande. No snack.

• Zied (1/5): - Pessima esperienza all’Hotel London di Milano. Le stanze non sono assolutamente come nelle foto: molto deludente già all’arrivo. Il problema più grave però era il bagno: il WC perdeva acqua e faceva un rumore continuo, impossibile dormire. Ho parlato più volte con la reception chiedendo aiuto, ma mi è stato risposto che purtroppo non potevano fare nulla. Ho insistito diverse volte, ma senza alcuna soluzione. Alla fine non sono riuscito né a dormire né a restare in camera, quindi sono stato costretto a cercare un altro albergo, pagando comunque questo, perché ovviamente i soldi li hanno presi. La cosa assurda è che, mentre facevo il check-out dopo circa un’ora dal mio arrivo, ho visto il personale della reception discutere animatamente con un’altra coppia di americani. Questo fa capire chiaramente il livello del servizio. Esperienza davvero allucinante. Sconsiglio vivamente. --- Terrible experience at Hotel London in Milan. The rooms are nothing like the photos—very disappointing from the moment I arrived. The biggest issue, however, was the bathroom: the toilet was leaking water and making constant noise, making it impossible to sleep. I spoke to the reception several times asking for help, but they told me there was nothing they could do. I asked again and again, but no solution was offered. In the end, I couldn’t sleep or stay in the room, so I had to find another hotel, while still paying for this one, as they obviously kept the money. What’s even worse is that while I was checking out—about an hour after arriving—I saw the reception staff arguing with another American couple. This clearly shows the level of service at this hotel. A truly shocking experience. I strongly do not recommend it.
