• Mollie (6/5): It’s quite expensive and probably not value for money anymore. Saying that, it’s a beautiful and comfortable hotel in a - Gorgeous design and great location. Chic and clean. Very comfortable This was my third stay at the property and the second visit since they removed staff from checking you in and replaced with screens and a self check in process. We arrived late and there was a member of the team to assist us through the process of checking in and paying the bill. I noticed the total sum wasn’t at the rate I reserved at and that’s because they’d added a 5% service charge. At this point, I’ve barely been given any service. It seemed odd asking for a service charge before receiving service. Surely if this was for room cleaning (which once in the room they dissuade you from having) then it would be included in the room rate initially. The staff member seemed a bit miffed so we didn’t get our trip off to the best start.

Rooms are well designed and spacious, general facilities (cafe. gym, restaurant) are all excellent. Ideally, there could be some more storage options for clothing/unpacking.

Das Restaurant auf Niveau der Strasse war super -> die Fenster waren Screens des Strassenlebens. Das Milchglas im Zimmerfenster war wohl der zentralen Lage geschuldet.

• Paula (10/5): Spotless: Friendly: Great nights Sleep: - We were greeted by super helpful friendly staff. All staff super throughout our stay. The hotel was spotless and inviting. The rooms were very comfortable, great bed linen and pillows. Bathroom was spotlessly clean. Excellent to have cold water available on every floor. We are on the rooftop , and that was amazing. Staff there were also amazing and friendly. It was situated close to everything we needed. Would definitely stay again. Nothing to dislike

• Kseniia (7/5): Not worth its money, annoying service charge - Location was great for us, easy commute around the city, short walk to Liverpool street station. Views from the window were very much ‘big city life’. Room was worn with old stains on the carpet and curtains. We were given a connecting room (although this isn’t smth we asked for) and we heard our neighbours. This room was also accessible (again, not our choice) meaning emergency red cords and special equipment in the bathroom. Not exactly relaxing vibe. No toilet brushes across the whole hotel, not sure why do this to the cleaning staff. Our toilet in the room also didn’t have a lid, which altogether made a bad combo 🥲 most annoyingly, all the way from booking to checkin they announce “discretionary service charge” which in the end turns out not to be so discretionary — they simply refund you a smaller deposit and you have to write back asking for full refund. This is just simply stupid and not the way to encourage customers to tip the staff.

Op 800 meter kan je of naar metrostation Old Street (Northern line) of naar het wat grotere Liverpool Street station waar je verschillende metrolijnen kan pakken en de trein. De buurt is leuk met veel verschillende tentjes om te eten. Sushi restaurant bij het hotel erg lekker. Je hebt ook een soort koffiebar waar je snel een cappuccino en een croissant kan halen. Elke dag kamerschoonmaak, heel fijn. Kamer ook netjes. Badkamer en douche goed. Wij zijn een gezin met 3 kids. Kamer is dan wel krap want de bedden zijn niet super groot. Het is geen familiekamer met een tussendeur dus de privacy is zeer beperkt.

My room was divine and the location excellent, close public transport and great eateries and bars, the local markets and shopping. The staff were super helpful, especially Giselle at the front desk. My room wasn't quite ready so she sat me at the bar with a refreshing wine and let me know once the room was ready, helping me with all my bits of luggage. I would stay there again in a flash. 10 out of 10 Why oh why did I stay for only one night?

• Ayman (1/5): Over priced, a hostel is better than this place, bad location, bad staff and I will never stay in this place again and I - Nothing!!! The staff especially the managers, the hotel is confusing, the rooms are tiny, it’s over priced, the location is terrible, I paid good money and didn’t get a parking place and if I did ( which wasn’t told to me during booking) you will pay £55 for an overnight parking space, the car park across the road is over priced and horrendous. This hotel is a scam in every way possible!! Khalid should be sacked and retrained!

• Marvyn (10/5): - We absolutely loved our stay. The room was spacious, with a dining area and very modern facilities. There was even a tap in the hall providing fresh sparkling and still water. The staff were lovely and incredibly helpful. Breakfast was incredible; the usual expected offerings with a very welcome Japanese and Danish twist. Well priced too. They even have two bars; at one we used vouchers for 4 exquisite cocktails for £60, which in central London is very reasonable. The location was fantastic as well, with some great local food spots nearby. We visited Blues Kitchen for a hip hop brunch with unlimited rum punch. Overall, 100 Shoreditch helped us have a truly magical Valentine's stay. We would 100% recommend and will absolutely come back. Nothing at all!
• EIRINI (7/5): - Πολυ ακριβο για αυτο που ειναι. Χρεωθηκα 50 λιρες εκτρα στο check in για εγγυηση, κάτι που δεν το γνωριζα, στο check out ενημερωθηκα οτι θα επιστραφουν. Στο check out πηγαν να μου χρεωσουν εξτρα service fee, οταν ρωτησα τι ειναι αυτο μου ειπαν οτι ειναι προαιρετικο... Στο δωματιο δεν ειχε ουτε παντοφλες, ολα ηταν με εξτρα χρεωση....

• Mark (8/5): Funky hotel in a funky part of London, with easy access to the Shoreditch tube station. - Location near loads of good restaurants, nightlife, etc. Breakfast options were OK but not something I wanted to repeat over an extended stay.

• 419jakij (10/5): Cannot wait to return …. - This hotel is a beacon in corporate hotel darkness. Everything about it is relaxed and enjoyable but don’t mistake that for casual. The whole team work to make your stay perfect. The vibe is modern and funky. The rooms are bright and very comfortable- especially the beds - other places take note! There are three bars and a great coffee shop. Breakfast was different and filling. Everything is done with a smile and the location in the heart of Shoreditch offers lots to experience on the doorstep, although you may not want to leave the hotel!

• Maddie (9/5): A lovely stay in Shoreditch - I liked the overall attention to detail. The room was very spacious and it was so quiet considering it was on Shoreditch High Street. It did feel a little secluded, but we knew of the location prior to booking.

• Paulin (8/5): Toppenläge, fin inredning men inget för ljudkänsliga - Hotellet var verkligen jättefint, lobbyn var välkomnande och doftade gott, möttes av glad personal varje gång man kom in: Vi var tidiga och kunde förvara väskan. Personalen var toppen! Vi bodde i Studio Loft, kan verkligen rekommendera att betala lite extra, för burspråket med fåtöljen och utsikten gjorde hela rummet. Inredningen var fin, sköna lakan och mycket sittplats. Läget är perfekt, 5 min till overgrounden och 10 min promenad till Liverpool Street. Otroligt mycket restauranger i området, finns alltid någonstans att äta samt en Tesco mittemot för lite snacks! Sängen var delvis skön men den hade absolut ingen stuns så ganska hård, så släng dig inte i sängen efter en lång dag. Det jag dock vill "varna" för är att det inte är det bästa hotellet för ljudkänsliga. Under helgen så är rooftop baren Kaso öppen till 00 - det märktes! Vi bodde på våning 3 av 7, men kunde höra musiken dunka på rejält! Det som var ännu mer frustrerande var att efter de stängde, så verkade dom ställa iordning möblerna, och det lät bokstavligen som att rummet ovanför oss möblerade om fram till kl 01 minst med höga dunsar! Gick ned och klagade på detta för det gick verkligen inte att somna. Så om vi hade det problemet på våning 3, undrar jag verkligen hur det är på våning 6... Upplevde inget problem med fönsterisoleringen, gatan är väldigt busy speciellt på helger men det ljudet försvann bra när man stängde fönstret. Det som också är lite negativt är att hotellet ville ha 150 pund i deposition vid incheckning (3 nätter) samt 5% per dag som går till personalen; det är en summa som borde vara inräknat i ett ganska dyrt hotell. Har läst att andra har fått vänta länge med att få tillbaka pengarna men mina kom i alla fall dagen efter utcheckning så beror nog på bank.
• Edward (5/5): Lovely hotel, but must get a room at the to t. - Very clean, tidy and well presented. Rooms were very modern, nice, and good facilities. Good location near a lot of bars and restaurants. Staff warm and friendly, easy self service check in and out too. My room overlooked an alley out the back where service trolleys were being loaded and unloaded from very early (6am or earlier!) sounding like they were dragging g a bag of hammers over a cobbled street for what felt like 30 minutes. Then that was replaced with bottles being emptied into bins for about another 20-30 mins. Can’t quite be sure of the time, I finally got up at 7am and it had been going on long before I got up. I’m not sure if all rooms at the back heard it or just mine and the same one the floors above and below it. Maybe nearby pubs or the hotel itself, but it’s a shame it leaves a negative on an otherwise nice place. If I could guarantee getting a quieter room I would stay again, but if there was a chance I’d experience the same early wake up call, I’m afraid I wouldn’t.
• Anna (7/5): Very pleasant staff, good size rooms but a little mean with the details. - The room was large and comfortable. We had two interlinking rooms for a family of four, each room had a large sofa and table, which gave us plenty of space to relax. The room was also wonderfully quiet, which we really appreciated - everyone slept well. The area is great, really vibrant with lots of casual dining options. We spent quite a bit of time in South Kensington and the hotel was just a short walk and a few underground stops away, with no changes, which was perfect for us. It is also a ten minute walk from Liverpool Street station, which is useful if you arrive through Stansted. This is a nice hotel but there were a few details that felt a little mean. Firstly, there were no bathrobes and as a result, not enough towels. One more towel per person would have solved this. Secondly, our package came with breakfast, which was delicious except that they wanted to charge us nearly £5 to have a cappuccino or a green tea instead of the included filter coffee or black tea. I've never experienced this before. Third, there was a 5% tip added to the entire bill on check out - not on food and drinks, on EVERYTHING, including the rooms. Although it was optional, this is not normal and left a bad taste in my mouth. If the room rate is 5% more expensive than advertised, just bill it at that rate and pay your staff an extra 5%. Finally (and importantly if you are travelling as a family), the interlinking rooms we stayed in were sold as a family room. A major reason why we booked this hotel was that the room set-up seemed to offer more space than other places in a similar price range and meant that no one had to sleep on a sofa bed. I called in advance to request that one room be made up as a twin, I also mentioned this when we checked in and was told that yes, the request was on our booking and had been looked after. But when we arrived into the room that evening, we discovered that not only were both rooms made up as doubles, but the beds did not separate so this is not an offering that they can provide. As a result, my daughter slept on the sofa. She said it was very comfortable but it was not what we expected.

• terribL1038QR (10/5): Shane and Gazelle were like meeting old friends! - Hip hotel that thought of everything. Free still or sparkling water and carafes in room to fill. Brilliant soaps, chaise lounge in room with a nice table for sitting. Great neighborhood, Shane and Gizelle were like meeting old friends. They gave us such a warm welcome from a long train day from Paris. Gave us recommendation on where to go grab food, shop or walk around in the markets! We will definately be back and highly recommend this hotel for pricing as well.
