- Konrad (7/5): Mixed feelings - Localisation Air condition Clean Very mixed feelings about this stay. The location was excellent and the atmosphere of the hotel was really nice. However, I was very disappointed that it was impossible to extend the check-out time even by one hour — not even as a paid option. In most four-star hotels this is usually not a problem, especially when a guest is willing to pay extra. Being told to “check again in the morning” also makes little sense when the whole point of requesting a late check-out is to sleep longer comfortably, not to wake up early just to ask again. Another issue was the extremely poor soundproofing. The walls are so thin that you can hear virtually everything from neighboring rooms, including bathroom use, which seriously affected the comfort of the stay.

- Irene (5/5): Bajate Modesto que se sube el Hotel - Lo que más me gustó era la zona por qué lo había elegido ahí. El hotel parece de 2 estrellas enmascarado en uno de 4.... La TV un poco más grande que una tablet y no tenía buena señal, no había minibar, no había prácticamente amaneties, la cafetería cerrada.... 225€ por una habitación para una noche....me ha parecido un robo!

- Gerardo (10/5): Excellent. - The breakfast is amazing. The are very polite and the service was excellent. The location is very close to the center, easy to go any place and to get the transportation so good. For me everything is ok. The comfort, the housekeeping, the cleaning was excellent. The front desk is 10 of 10. I love it. I recommend to stay in this hotel.
- Lucas (4/5): Ville sympa mais hôtel très mal située - Le confort du matelas L’emplacement dans Barcelone, très mal situer pour des touristes qui ne connaisse pas la ville. Hotel 4 étoiles qui je trouve n’en ai pas un. (Je travaille dans un 4 étoiles et ça n’a rien avoir)

- Manuela (9/5): Agradable estancia - Estancia muy agradable, habitación cómoda y limpia. Había un hervidor eléctrico y una nevera en la habitación, sobres de infusiones, café y tambien disponiamos de agua de forma gratuita... ya que había un dispensador de agua en el pasillo para uso de los clientes. El hotel también está bien ubicado, en una avenida grande, cerca del centro y de estaciones de metro. En general hemos estado bastante bien, quizás que la nevera hacía un poquito de ruido por la noche.

- Martina (10/5): Amazing stay at this hotel - The location of this hotel is amazing , nice safe area and lots of restaurants and cafes around, near the bus, metro everything , cant fault this hotel at all, rooms cleaned every day and fresh towels The staff on reception could be a little more friendly , if you like a good nights sleep dont take a room at the front of hotel as you can hear the traffic all night but we asked for city views
