- Ionel-Cristinel (9/5): Great location, amazing staff - We were in town for a conference at the nearby MiCo. The hotel is close to the convention center, which made it a great base of operations. The staff is amazing. Breakfast is good, but needs more variation.

- Joyce (9/5): - O Hotel é lindo......tudo novinho, espaçoso, limpeza impecável.....e os funcionários são nota 10000000. Educados, prestativos e suuuper agradáveis. O café da manha é razoável. Não tem muitas opções, e pra mim que tenho intolerância a gluten , ficou ainda mais limitado. Fora isso, so elogios.

Very good varied buffet breakfast. Tram near the hotel which took you most places. Train a ten minute walk. Really important was it was very quiet, I’m a light sleeper, I heard nothing. The shower head was a huge rain shower that did not move. So you got drenched.

Le camere sono pulite e abbastanza spaziose. l'albergo è ben situato geograficamente per visitare Milano. La struttura non è isolata bene sia dal rumore che dal caldo. La camera era molto rumorosa e molto calda anche accendendo l'aria condizionata (che usciva calda). Purtroppo impedisce di riposare corettamente.

Since we had to leave very early, they also prepared breakfast for us to take away. Everything was perfect, we would definitely come back again! Highly recommended. 😊 Everything was perfect.

For me it is very important to be anle to open the window. I hate when in nights you have to hear the conditioner . Some hotels are sealed like aquariums.

- Kellie (3/5): No alcohol served in the bar!! - Location. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was varied. The fact the bar is 0% alcohol. I have never come across this before in my life. The whole hotel had a weird smell to it. The lift was ultra slow. No mirror in my room. Noisy outside.
