• Radek (8/5): - Čisté ubytování. Byl jsem v pokoji s okny do velmi hlučné ulice. Bylo možné užívat pokoj pouze se zavřenými okny. Klimatizace nebyla, čili si neumím představit využívat pokoj v teplém počasí.

• Dino (9/5): The stay was comfortable, relaxing, beautiful with so much I have discovered about the Prague. - The Staff. They were friendly professionals, polite, accommodating, welcoming and helped well. Those I met were amazing. The Hotel. Beautiful exterior, classy, beautiful architecture. The interiors are beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The security measure to unlock main door and stairwell door is really good feature - well implemented. The cleaning crew is very good. The breakfast. Delicious, various food. Good quality. And plenty to eat. The kitchen crew are well-skilled and make good food. The location. The location of the hotel is perfect. There's plenty of things to see around. Many good places are in walking distance. There's plenty of things to see and discover. There are good restaurants around for meals. The minimarkets are plenty. The room safe, and being able to store your own personal items inside for safe keeping. The room was spacious, comfortable, and a top view of the street. The bathroom is spacious as well, with a good shower. Would've been nice if there was a shower stall in the room I was in but one can't be too picky. For the tub, would've been great if there was a sliding door (keeping it plastic) to cover the full width of the tub so the water doesn't spray out of tub.

• Thomas (8/5): Surprisingly quiet after 10 pm. Pillows were not great but mattress was ! - Breakfast buffet was superb. Decent location - 15 minutes from train station, 30 minute walk to Old Town, nice neighborhood for restaurants and walking. Beer garden in the backyard although everyone is cleared out by 10 pm. Some second hand smoke gets into the hotel through the back door. Couldn’t really use the petite balcony.

• Gustavo (7/5): Bien, aceptable.. podría mejorar - Está ubicado en un punto estratégico que te permite llegar caminando en 10 min al casco histórico. También está muy cerca de la torre danzante. La habitación es bastante amplia, las camadas cómodas no así las almohadas. Te ofrecen agua diariamente en la habitación además de contar con una pava eléctrica. Te dejan cafe y te todas las mañanas. El desayuno regular, no es tan variados. Muchas de las presentaciones calientes la hacen en ese mismo día. Las habitaciones son un tanto antiguas en su estilo al igual que el hotel en general. La recepción la hacen en otro hotel que está a una cuadra lo cual nos pareció un tanto incómodo. No así que en el momento de hacer el check out que te facilitan dejar las tarjetas de ingreso en la habitación. El desayuno te lo sirven en un subsuelo, el lugar no es tan lindo, además muchas de las preparaciones las hacen el mismo día y queda un olor a comida que llega hasta la habitación (y eso que estábamos en un 3º piso)

Destaco la amabilidad de las chicas de recepción (Hotel Noir) sobre todo Lisa (ayudó en todo). Y las chicas del buffet, muy agradables. El desayuno es para destacar, completo y muy rico. Se agradece. Volvería. Algo alejado del centro histórico pero cerca del metro (dos paradas de la Estación Central de tren) y muchos tranvías. Si bien hay ascensor, tengan en cuenta que hay escaleras para entrar, por tema valijas. Y la recepción a una cuadra, pero no es problemático.

Posizione eccezionale (letteralmente attaccata alla metro Pavlova) per raggiungere tutta la città, anche la fermata del tram 22 a 2 passi. Colazione ottima, varia e ogni giorno prodotti diversi. Il personale molto cordiale e gentile. Vivamente consigliato per soggiornare in questa splendida città In una stanza (ne avevo prenotate 3 anche per gli amici) mancavano "punti di appoggio" quali sedia o tavolino, comunque facilmente risolvibile.

• Claudia (6/5): - Nulla Hotel definito 4 stelle ma già molto se si possono dare 2 stelle. Colazione di bassa qualità e poca varietà per l’aspetto dolce. Moquette vecchia e super macchiata .Camere rifatte solo sistemando il piumino e cambiando gli asciugamani, non è mai stata pulita una volta.

Вкусные завтраки, особенно выпечка. Приветливые и доброжелательные работники рецепции. В номере не было кондиционера. Было непривычно, что двухместный номер оборудован только одним креслом и не было второго стула и хотя бы маленького столика. Это создавало определенные неудобства.. Не работало бра около кровати. Не проводилась ежедневная уборка номера.

There were no trays or shelves in the shower for your own toiletries and I would've loved to have another pillow instead of just one. And I think the blueberries that the housekeepers left in it clogged the sink😅
• Põldsaar (8/5): - Hommikusöök oli väga hea ja mitmekesine. Asukoht oli hea: kesklinn ja metroopeatus lähedal, personal väga sõbralik. Kuna tuba oli tänava poole, siis liiklusmüra ja operatiivsõidukite tihe sireenidega liikumine tegi uinumise pisut keeruliseks.

• Nuria (6/5): Por debajo de lo que esperaba - La ubicación para mi lo mejor, cerca del metro y tranvia. Cafeteries cercanas y algun sitio para comer bien, calidad/precio. No era lo que esperaba y vi en fotos. No era muy comoda la cama. Habitaciones antiguas, y olia mal el baño cuando llegamos. Desayuno correcto nada excepcional.

• Tzvetomir Deliyski (10/5): Wonderful Hotel for long stay in Prague - The hotel is located very close to the metro station (red line) and the trams stops in the real center of Prague. Just 500 meters away is one of Prague’s most beautiful museums. Accommodation is subject to room availability, but there’s a great café next to the hotel where you can wait until you’re checked in if you came before 2 pm. Check-in is at Hotel Noir, located 20 meters from Hotel Raffaello. Breakfast is plentiful, the rooms are clean, cozy, and feature terraces with tables and chairs, making them perfect for smokers. If the room doesn’t have a terrace, there’s a garden in the backyard with a table and chairs. There are two grocery stores nearby that stay open late. The rooms are quiet, but the hotel guests often make noise, which disturbs the peace and comfort. I can't think of anything else to complain about. The hotel has a wonderful location, and the room rates are especially good for stays of more than 10 days.

• Iulia (10/5): Locatie excelenta pentru explorarea orasului. Recomand - Mic dejun variat si delicios, locație aflata in apropierea mijloacelor de transport in comun. Camera curata si foarte bine utilata. Saltelele si pernele nu au fost foarte confortabile, aici s-ar putea imbunatati lucrurile.

• Antonello (9/5): Una bella vacanza di famiglia. - Hotel in posizione centrale dotato di tutti i comfort. Ottima colazione abbondante continentale. Il personale è stato gentile e pronto a esaudire le nostre richieste. Farei trovare qualche snack di accoglienza e qualche bottiglia di acqua minerale nel frigo per gli ospiti. Quando siamo arrivati c'era l'acqua in brocca ma non era di buona qualità. Un po' imprecisi nelle pulizie, ma ci può stare qualche disattenzione.
