• Darya (10/5): Satisfied! - It was excellent stay! Super comfortable beds, very clean. The location of hotel is very good - 20 min by walk to city centre , metro - 5 min , many restaurants around and safe. The breakfast was very good!
• Lew (9/5): Well run classic French boutique Hotel established in the 1920's. - Breakfast was a combination of European and American/Canadian style foods. Scrambled eggs with small sausages, yogurt, salmon, and cold meats. Excellent automatic coffee machine from espresso to Lattes. The classic rooms are very limited on space. Two people may have a hard time moving around with luggage opened in the room.

• Marjolein (8/5): Hotel is een aanrader voor een kort verblijf in Parijs - Prima hotel voor 5 dagen, mooie en schone kamer en ruime badkamer. Vriendelijke ontvangst bij de receptie. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet wat goed wordt bijgevuld. Prima locatie, op 4 minuten loopafstand van metrostation Rome. Kamer is niet zo groot. Grote koffers kunnen je er niet goed kwijt. De dekbedden zijn erg warm (persoonlijk).

Quizás el punto mas débil para un español, sea el desayuno, hay algo de fruta pero no esta cortada, tampoco hay aceite de oliva o tomate para las tostadas.

• jobushby (10/5): Fantastic celebratory family stay! - I stayed at Grand Chicago Hotel with my 2 daughters 13th to 17th March for my youngest’s 21st birthday. The hotel staff were amazing before we even got there, Jad and Moélie helping to organise a cake and providing recommendations for restaurants for her actual birthday. When we arrived we had the most warm welcome from Moélie and that warm eel was constantly offered from Jad, Fabienne and Constance, they were so kind, friendly and generous with their help, time and knowledgeable. Jad and Constance brought the birthday cake to my daughter with balloons which was lovely. The hotel was stunning, lovely and clean and the hotel bedrooms were fantastic, had everything you could want, clean, lovely beds and the housekeeping team made the rooms up every day. The breakfasts were lovely and the team who looked after us in the mornings were inviting, attentive and friendly. Location was perfect for and we enjoyed being in local communities in restaurants where local People go was a bonus for us. I really only have the highest level of appreciation and satisfaction from our stay and look forward to visiting again. Thank you most sincerely for a wonderful stay. Jo xx

The rooms were beautiful, clean and a lot more spacious than I thought they would be! The staff were AMAZING - we were greated by the lovely ladies on reception and they were so friendly and helpful. They delivered our suitcases to our room for us, gave us a list of recommended bars and restaurants and went and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Great location with a lovely breakfast area too. Couldn’t recommend enough! Probably the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in simply because of their staff. Thank you all so much. We all said we would stay here if we was to come back to Paris again.

• Tourist734865 (10/5): Exceeded my expectations - A top clean hotel. The size of the room was very decent though having chosen the smallest one and the bed was super comfy. The staff was already there for any needed help, with a nice smile. The small lobby was very elegant and practical and the all day free coffee machine was an extra plus.

Accueil chaleureux. La chambre était un peu petite mais nous sommes à Paris et la salle de bain était confortable. Doubles-fenêtres à double-vitrage, aucun bruit de l'extérieur ne filtre. La déco est stylée jusqu'aux intérupteurs, tout est bien pensé : grands placards, petite veilleuse... Tout était bien

• Anna (4/5): Wouldn’t go again. - The receptionist was helpful, but I do believe that the manager could have been more helpful and sympathetic to our issue. Not super clean and a mix up with the booking ( with booking.com) which meant that we had to pay for an extra room. The room was also cold and got colder as the night went on so we had to move to another room and it was late. The new room’s bathroom was not cleaned well.

Proximité des chambres, porte condamnée qui donne directement sur une autre chambre (nuisances sonores), ménage fait approximativement (moquette sale, poussière sur les meubles, poils dans la douche), tout comme la finition des travaux de décoration (dans les murs, trous rebouchés grossièrement…), petit-déjeuner peu qualitatif (jus de fruits industriels, olives premier prix, pâte à tartiner de supermarché…).

Absolutely amazing beds, most comfortable beds I have had in a hotel. - Staff really friendly and cleaners do a really good job! - Clean and good location, foodz is a restaurant nearby which we loved! CONS: - I stayed in the superior room which stated “sound proof” although I was woke by people showering every morning so this was a bit disappointing. I would advise to take ear plugs as the walls are very thin and you can most definitely hear through them as I was woke every morning by other guests.

• José (10/5): Fantastisch, dank je wel Constance! - Constance was heel vriendelijk. Toen we aankwamen rond 12:00 uur was onze kamer nog niet klaar, wat logisch was aangezien check in vanaf 15:00 uur was. We konden ons opfrissen en onze spullen achterlaten. Eenmaal opgefrist gaf Constance aan dat er een kamer beschikbaar was. Heel erg fijn! De ligging is perfect qua loopafstanden maar ook qua parkeren met de auto. Er is een metro station om de hoek. Leuke straatjes met leuke eet/koffie tentjes. Mooie kamer, heerlijk bed en lekkere douche. N.v.t.
