• Josef (6/5): gute Ausstattung, Lage für uns nicht optimal - Neues Hotel mit guter Ausstattung. Lage war für uns nicht optimal (wenig Restaurants für uns im Umfeld). Wurden in 2 Nächten von lauten Geräuschen geweckt. Schade, Ausstattung des Hotels ist sehr gut!!

• Christina (10/5): Berlin Kurztrip :) - Waren für 1 Nacht im Hotel Das Hotel liegt nur ein paar Meter vom U Bahnhof Adenauerplatz entfernt also perfekt für einen Städtetrip Der Check In ging schnell aber war auf Englisch das war etwas komisch haha aber kein Problem. Hatten ein Budget Zimmer und wir haben uns nichts viel darunter vorgestellt aber das Zimmer war wirklich toll mit großem Bad und bequemen Bett :) im Zimmer hat man wirklich immer wieder etwas neues entdeckt. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und reichhaltig mit allem was mann morgens zum Start in den Tag braucht :) Würden das Hotel immer wieder buchen die ein oder andere negative Bewertung hier kann ich nicht verstehen:) Check Out war sehr schnell und freundlich

Continental frukost , inget extra , vanliga pålägg som var slängda under glaskuporna Lugnt läge , lätt och ta sig till city.. Receptionisterna varierande med servicenivån. Hotellet har 4 stjärnor, men verkligheten ger annan resultat, 3 stjärniga basic hotell ingenting annat

• MARIA IZABEL (10/5): Ótimo e moderno, muito bem localizado - O Quentin é um hotel moderno, muito bonitinho e prático. É super bem localizado, em uma rua calma e bem próximo a restaurantes, bistrôs, lojas. A área é alegre, bonita e movimentada. O quarto é grande, lindinho, bem decorado e muito confortável! Cama e travesseiros ótimos! Banheiro grande, bonito, prático - adorei!!!! Atendimento eficiente e objetivo. Uma ótima escolha em Berlim!!!
• Jennifer (6/5): 4 stjernet svarende til 3 - Det er en skrækkelig morgenbuffet (og vi er ikke kræsne mennesker, f.eks. 1/3 af en brie som f.eks. 9 mennesker spiser, og inden den ene person som betjener hele restauranten har tid til at fylde op, er alle bare træt af at vente på mad..nogen spiser ikke svinepålæg, frugt var gammel og skidt udvalg, kaffe var lysebrun gennemsigtig vand det havde faktisk ikke kaffesmag ..så som 4 stjernet, både udvalg og mængde, og at det var en ringe service i morgenrestaurant svarende til 2 stjernet meget ærgerligt at vi valgte morgenmad til-det var kun pga småbørn ifht så havde jeg vidste det var så ringe af en 4 stjernet havde jeg valgt bageren rundt om hjørnet den var mere Lux og lækker ! Morgenmaden er så vigtig for os og derfor tilvalgte vi den, er ikke kun skuffet men føler os mega snydt !! Alle haner på badeværelserne var forfærdelig, spulede ens tøj til på maven eller længere nede, hvis man var voksen, og ellers var det vandbad i ansigtet hvis det var børn for hver gang der skulle vaskes hænder for hanerne var heller ikke lette at styre (de haner har ikke set noget afkalkning siden installation, formodentlig !) Sølle rengøring, desværre, og noget slidt 4 værelses værelser. Minibar ikke kold nok, føntørre virkede, men var i stykker i håndtaget det var en foldebar model så den sad ikke fast når den foldes ud, så man ren faktisk kunne føntørre hår... området var mega godt ifht til børn og shopping, samt restauranter i området

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet. wir haben uns im Groß und ganzen doch sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch das Badezimmer sehr schön. Allerdings war das Waschbecken nicht in eine Top Zustand. Es waren gelbliche Flecken vorhanden. Auch die Gardinen waren im unterem Bereich nicht mehr so gut anzuschauen. Leider fanden wir das Frühstück auch nicht so toll. Für 15,- € haben wir mehr erwartet. Die Brötchen waren nicht so frisch und als wir nach weiteren Körnerbrötchen gefragt haben, hieß es dass nichts mehr da wäre. Wir sind um 8 Uhr frühstücken gegangen. Frühstück beginnt um 7 Uhr. Wir haben auch nur einmal im Hotel gefrühstückt. Die anderen Tage haben wir auswärts gefrühstückt. Eigentlich schade.

• Ben (2/5): - Do not worth 4 stars. breakfast disappointing. Staff seem to come from a different galaxy, when they are not agressive. Basic issues such as internet not working could not be fixed during one week.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Das Hotel ist in der Nähe des Kurfürstendamm. Es ist sehr dunkel im kompletten Haus. Das Personal ist freundlich. Das säubern der Zimmer ist leider nicht professionell. Handtücher werden wieder aufgehangen statt erneuert, bei der sehr dunklen Einrichtung könnte auch mal ein Staubtuch zum Einsatz kommen. Das Frühstück ist einem 4 Sterne Hotel nicht würdig. Marmelade, Butter werden in Verpackungsportionen angeboten. Die Auswahl der Brötchen ist auch sehr beschränkt, je später umso weniger. Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist top.

• JORGE LUIZ (8/5): Bom - Hotel bom, sem nenhum atrativo especial. Em minha estadia fiquei em um quarto no subsolo, sem janela, apenas com um basculante. Por sorte, fiquei apenas uma noite no local. Não utilizei café da manhã ou outros serviços. Acho razoável para quem viaja a trabalho e não em férias.

• Jørgen (6/5): Greit hotell - dårlig til å informere - Fint hotell, ligger bra til i forhold til shopping, og ikke alt for langt fra landemerker, resturanter, etc.. Ryddig hotell med bra senger, fint interiør. Veldig varmt rom om natten, men er AC på rommene så man kan justere. De var dårlig til å informere oss på hotellet, da særlig at de tok betalt for ting som frokost, noe vi fikk vite på utsjekk. De bare ba om romnummer når vi kom ned, og så fikk vi beskjed ved utskjekk. De var veldig flinke til å informere om frokosten, men ikke tillegget. Frokosten var ikke verdt pengene heller. Selvom maten var god nok, hadde jeg nok valgt å spise et annet sted om jeg visste det kostet 8 euro pr person.

• Patrick (4/5): Nur schlafen, nicht hinschauen und nichts fragen. - Nicht empfehlenswert !! Zwar günstig für Berlin am Kurfürstendamm. Aber für ein Hotel mit 4 Sternen eine komplette Katastrophe. Personal hat entweder keine Lust oder auch gar keine Ausbildung. Ziemlich renovierungsbedürftig das Hotel. Nachtwächter der wohl gemerkt an der Rezeption sitzt, kann nur englisch. Dusche und das Bett ist ok gewesen. Fernsehsender funktionieren nur zur Hälfte. Das Waschbecken ist elegant konstruiert, aber völlig unsinnig. Das Wasser landet beim Hände waschen daneben und nicht im Waschbecken. Muffiger Geruch kommt vom Waserablauf der Dusche. Usw.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Room door didn’t lock properly - The room door did not lock properly, after speaking with the person at reception and having them come up and look we were told they had no other rooms and that someone would come and look at it in the morning. This was not done whatsoever, very dissappointed.

Only one very small elevator that fits 2 people. Location was great close to public transportation. Hotel is not 4 star. Has a small breakfast area, reception and that's it.

Lift was the slowest ever, no english tv channels workes (although obviously didn't come to berlin to watch tv in the room). No-one cam in the 3rd day to tidy or change towels (DND sign not on). Enjoyed the stay though and great room. Would come again or recommend.

• Michelle (8/5): Decent - My stay was very nice. The hotel was very very clean and really modern. Service wasn't so good. We got stuck in a literal monsoon and needed to dry all of our wet clothing and asked the front desk if they had a dryer and they said no and that they can't help. When we asked for directions somewhere, when the man at the front knew we did not speak German, he printed direction from uber and they were in German.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Looked like a dungeon with all the black wallpaper - Bathroom was spotless and great shower. It concerned me that there's a backdoor off the parking lot that's left unlocked all night, especially when our room was beside it. Staff weren't very friendly and welcoming. Overall the room was very clean, great mattress but very gloomy decor in the lobby and terrible breakfast (unless you like to eat a plain baguette for breakfast).

• Gopi (8/5): Good hotel for business travel - If you are travelling on business, and you need time after your work , this hotel is quite good for that . Also for overnight parking , I just parked my car in front of the hotel -the other side of the road. I think you are good to park your car from late night until 9 am in the morning for free . Of course the hotel does have private parking . If you are visiting Berlin on business, it's a good hotel to relax after work. But if you are travelling on a holiday, this hotel might be boring . But overall it's a good hotel to stay . Its not a 5 star hotel but a decent 3 star hotel - happy with the hotel .

• elijah (8/5): Don't read a book by is cover - Hotel was really nice, they did have maintenance which was a nuisance. hotel doesn't have a kettle which is annoying and the room heating system didn't work at that time. But the location is superb as it's close to tube station and local designer stores.

Then comes the room:WOW! what a difference compared to the outside-it is nicely decorated and very good size. I got the luxury standard room and it was luxury-with large bed, room space and bathroom very spacious. Would definitely visit again when I go to Berlin.

• Location (6/5): Location Location Location - The location is first and foremost the best part of the motel. The entry into the hotel is a bit deceiving because its very old and not very up to date. Entering the room though it changes the whole perspective. Our room was in the basement, which I thought would be horrid, but with the time change from traveling was very beneficial. The room itself was very up to date and clean. Really enjoyed my stay and for the price and location it was perfect!
• Christopher (10/5): Best bed in all of Europe! - I was here for 4 nights, and little did I know I would regret leaving this hotel the second I got to Düsseldorf. The room was so comfortable. Amazing rainfall shower. Decent wifi (not amazing, but not horrendous..). Nice quiet neighborhood close to public transport. But the best part was the bed. BY FAR, the most comfortable bed I slept in in all of Europe (And I traveled everywhere). There are little nit-picky things you could say about this place, but who cares with a bed like that! The staff were very friendly and helpful too! I only wish I wrote down the name of the mattress so I could buy one for myself...
• Dave (8/5): Service disappointing, facilities and value great - This is my second review of this hotel, as I feel compelled to update my earlier opinion. I've now spent around 30 nights here in the last 3 months and am continually disappointed regarding the hotel staff and the condition of some of the rooms. My list of issues include being charged for breakfast on two occasions, when my booking clearly indicated it was included. No amount of complaint or logic was acknowledged or accepted by the reception staff and I had to go directly to Expedia for a refund. I even asked them to check the booking the second time around but the guy's English was so bad, I'm not sure he understood. Non-functional, broken and dirty facilities are the norm: the common areas continue to look shabby; the windows and curtains on the stairs are filthy; the toilet seats tend to be loosely attached (in Room 101, the seat is broken); and the sink plugs rarely work properly. The taps and showerheads need to be descaled too. Most of the pillows need replacement. The single duvets should be double or kingsize to match the beds. I would complain but I know it will fall on deaf ears (or be misunderstood). However, I keep going back because I love the décor, the large TVs, the storage space, the desks, the beds, the fridges, the heating/cooling system and the small balcony outside each room. I tolerate the flaws as the price is genuinely good value.
• Dave (10/5): Fourth week, still like it - I've spent around 20 nights here in the last month, and it's everything I want in a hotel except for the service element. Having said that, I was greeted with a friendly smile of recognition this time but on the flipside, for some reason, they thought I was leaving two days before my scheduled departure date and my key-card for the door was deactivated. Nevertheless, I still love the rooms, the beds are comfy and the showers are excellent. Public transportation is perfect: U7, and buses M29, M19, 109 and 110 are just around the corner. There are also plenty of decent places to eat in the area. The Wifi works well, too, which is a big plus.
• Dave (8/5): Loved it (mostly) - I don't understand why this hotel is rated so lowly by previous reviewers but I'm guessing it's much improved since its recent refit. OK, you have to overlook the filthy windows in the stairs, the tiny lift, the sullen (unhelpful and underpaid, no doubt) staff, the lack of attention to detail of the housekeepers and maids, the rather unsafe handrail on the meagre balconies, the ill-fitted double glazing, and the worn carpets in the lobby. Whoever manages this property and undertook the refurbishment should have addressed these flaws but actually, the rooms are great. Wonderful bed (terrible pillows), comfortable appointments (including a couch, fridge and decent desk), snazzy electric gizmos (curtains, bathroom blinds, shaving mirror), tasteful dark wood decoration, huge mirror, ample storage and a spectacular, walk-in waterfall shower. I've stayed here for the past 3 weeks and despite the shortcomings, I'd come again and again. It's around the corner from Adenauerplatz and the end of the upmarket Ku'damm shopping area, the U7 and several major bus routes (M19, M29, 109, 110). There are a dozen decent eateries within a couple of hundred metres. For the price, this is a steal.
• Audrey Dunnett (10/5): Great room, great price - Room was large and luxurious. Hotel much further away from centre than stated but still walkable with decent shoes!
• Verified traveler (2/5): Disaster - This Place was a disaster, Room in the basement of a building site literally,The person who described herself as "Front Office Manager" was so ignorant, impolite, and rude, when I asked to see the manager I was told he is in Amsterdam! It was so dirty that they had bed linen covering the computer and printer at the reception, along with building work noise, this place is a disgrace and the person at reception ie the "Front Office Manager" would not be capable of running a bath! Sad but true!!! regarding service, handing you the room key was the totality of it!
• M. A (4/5): Recommended as 1-2 stars hotel not as 3.5 - I was disappointed since I reserved this hotel as 3.5 stars hotel, and i founded it lake the quality to be at that level. This hotel is not even equivalent to 2 stars, no phone on the room, no coffee maker, even no clock to know the time.
• Jouni (6/5): under renovation - It seemed like the hotel was under some sort of renovation - some loud music was also played during the weekend in the courtyard, but overall the location was really peaceful. Adenauerplats U-bahn station is nearby, but if you want to move quickly around Berlin, you might want to stay near a more central hub with multiple U-bahns or also and S station.
• Verified traveler (2/5): - Umm..what did I think? I think that I was awoken by CONSTRUCTION at 7am. I think that not being told there was loud, ongoing construction by either the hotel or Hotels.com is an outrage.
• HBenne (6/5): Excellent location - We were pleased to be in a central location for sightseeing and shopping. The hotel is adequate, but there was a lot of noise from renovations on the 4th and 5th floors.
• Anonymous (6/5): It was good at all. - This hotel did not have menu bar and sattelite. But it had very good staff. It was far from the center of the city.
