• Leonardo (10/5): Rapporto qualità prezzo e comfort molto buoni - Struttura impeccabile: camere silenziose che garantiscono un riposo perfetto e pulizia profonda in ogni ambiente. Ottima illuminazione delle camere (finestra grandi), TV, condizionatore, scrivania/tavolo in camera, 2 armadi. L’acqua calda è immediata e la cucina comune è utilizzabile con microonde, forno, frigorifero, freezer, ecc. La posizione è strategica per spostarsi piuttosto comodamente, in zona tranquilla. Un plauso ai proprietari: gentilissimi, discreti e sempre disponibili per ogni necessità. Assolutamente consigliato. Non è presente l'ascensore, quindi bisogna fare 2 piani di scale: questa è l'unica nota negativa attuabile, chiaramente non è colpa di nessuno, è solo una nota per le persone con problemi fisici di vario tipo o età. Non è comunque una cosa caratterizzante, anzi. Infine, parere soggettivo, il letto potrebbe essere più comodo (8/10), ma è comunque confortevole e permette un buon riposo

• Koriakina (9/5): - Расположите отличное, Колизей в 15 минутах. Карло очень гостеприимный хозяин. Он встретил меня и все показал. В комнате была приветственная вода, апельсины и печенье - они очень пригодились с дороги. Если заменить кровать, то все будет отлично

• Mahmut Hudai (7/5): Good for Lone Traveller, Not enough for Family or Couple - Price and Location There were 2 Conad Supermarket very near. There is BUS between FCO Airport and Roma Termini. House is 15 minutes walk to Roma Termini It could be more comfortable and cleaner. I also recommend to provide Disposabla Sandals in House or Traveler should have one with himself/herself

• Oscar (9/5): Surely would repeat!!! I Loved Rome. Owner was very helpful - Location was just perfect. Easy walking distance to the Colosseo or the Termini. Far enough to the crowded hot spots where simple walking and gazing at the city is complicated. Returning to the peace of Plaza Dante was comforting. For those travelling light should be no big issue a stair climb to the second floor and finally I´d suggest a new mattress... that´s it. Great Piazza Dante. Great Casa di Roma.

• Cdhchef (4/5): Disappointing - Carlo was very nice and explained how to get into the building, how to work the coffee machine, bought yogurts and fruit for breakfast and had a couple of bags of cookies for me. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. the pillow was hard, the decor could use an upgrade, it didn't feel clean. For the price I paid, it should've been better.
• Shotafujimori (9/5): Wonderful Stay with Great Support & Location! (Shared Facilities to Consider) - The hotel owner was very friendly and supported me anytime I had some questions. After reservation, I asked him many questions about information on events. He gave me informative advice. Additionally, the hotel's location is very close to Termini Station. The nearest station was Vittorio Emanuele station, which is on the A line, and it was just a 10-minute walk away. Furthermore, their Wi-Fi speed was very fast. Download and upload speeds were more than 100 Mbps. The hotel is affordable and in a city area, but as the bath, toilet, and kitchen are shared, some guests probably do not feel comfortable.

In the bathroom there was soap, towel and everything sufficiently. The duvet smelled badly and I felt that the quilt cover set was not clean.

• Mcaninch (10/5): Grateful I found this rental. - Carlo was a great host! This location was really good in for location and accommodation. Quick walk to two metro stations. I also felt safe at the apartment and walking around the neighborhood. I had a rough trip before I got to Rome, and my experience at Casa di Roma was good because it was a quiet place where I could rest and recharge. Thank you Carlo for the great experience!

• Anonymous (8/5): Comfortable and nice - Carlo was very sweet and helpful note breakfast is not actually included he leaves juice and yogurt in the fridge so if you want a continental or a sit down that’s not this place it felt safe and comfortable it was a shared bathroom I felt safe and comfortable and the location had lots of restaurants and coffee shops with in walking distance 15 minutes from the termini and 20 from the archeological sites on foot
• Kate (10/5): We fell in love with Rome and Carlo’s place was comfortable and affordable - Carlo was so hospitable and friendly! He left us with fruit, delicious juice, water, and pastries :) The location was perfect for us. It wasn’t too crowded with tourists but we would walk to the Colosseum and other sights.
