We asked if we are able to leave our larger luggage till we came back to check in on Monday. We only had some issues with the room doors banging when customers went in side and left. We had a room on the 3rd level at 10:30 pm we heard a noise outside in the courtyard area all night which was very disturbing.

- Brianna (8/5): - Overall we enjoyed our stay, but had a few hangups. When we arrived we had an issue with our door as it was not accepting our key cards nor the staff so we had to wait about an hour to get back into our room so that they could replace the battery lock. We ended up eating at the onsite restaurant but it was a minor inconvenience. We also knew we’d be getting back late the next day so we asked how late their food services were open. We were informed that room services would be easy if we needed it but it ended up being quite the ordeal and took us about 2 hours to get room service because nobody knew what to do. Also, parking is offsite a few blocks away that you’ll have to pay for, but you get a discount if you validate your parking ticket with the front desk at the hotel. Overall our stay was nice minus the few hiccups.

- Paul (8/5): - Room was clean and modern/updated. Being 6’4”… the bed seemed a little short for me. Bathroom is a little small/tight. If you were a larger framed person, I’m not sure how you could step in and close the door.
- Gillian (10/5): So central to everything in city centre - I was here for a one night stay with my daughter. Really central to great shopping and restaurants. We were able to walk everywhere including to and from train at Connelly Station.
- Alice (10/5): - The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, with a large shower in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was busy at the times we went (to be expected) but the items were replenished quite quickly so you didn't miss out on any of the hot food. The staff were incredibly kind and polite, but be prepared to wait at reception for a while when checking in/dropping luggage off as they are always busy.

I want to stress however this was not the fault of the agent helping me. She also was extremely kind to comp free breakfast for me to apologize for the delay. The room was clean and comfortable, though the paint was scuffed extensively on the bathroom door and the air conditioning was not on in the room already leading to the room feeling stuffy and "Dead" Once I rectified the air conditioning it was extremely pleasant.

- Carly (8/5): - This hotel is in a great location, very central. The staff were lovely! Pros about the room - it was very clean and fresh looking. It had a fridge and ironing board, plenty of hooks and coat hangers and good tea/coffee options. Cons about the room - the bed was small, not very comfy and the pillows were lumpy. The walls are a bit thin so not great if you are a light sleeper. I would expect a better quality bed and pillows for the price you pay for the hotel.

- Sarah (6/5): Bad nights sleep - To sell a 4ft6 bed and a 4ft bed as a family room suitable for 4 is just wrong, coupled with the beds being super hard meant we had virtually no sleep across our two night stay.

Also the fact that if you kept them by your phone they would get demagnetized felt old fashioned. Other than that tho, great service and hospitality and a convenient location!

The hotel is in an area of Dublin we know well & is close to the Aircoach stop we use from the airport & close to the tourist sights. The hotel is modern & clean with well appointed rooms with a good shower. The staff were friendly & helpful & the breakfast was of a good quality. We would stay here again in the future.
