- Guest (3/5): Very disappointing, and not the fault of the staff. - Breakfast was very average. The staff were very friendly, but their facilities were very basic. The hotel would have been great in years gone by, but my room was not what I expected for a hotel rated as 4 star. It was more likely 2 star 🌟. Only one out of 3 lights worked in the bathroom also the air conditioning vent in the bathroom fell half out. The air-conditioning could not be changed or altered. After I had paid, there was an apology for the hotel undergoing renovations, but there was no warning initially. Staff were very nice and continued to be apologetic.

- Fiona (5/5): Disappointing due to lack of clear communication. - Being by the Creek is wonderful. The hotel was under renovation, which created many disruptions and made the swimming pool off limits. We did not know this until after we booked.

- MOHAMMED (7/5): - The location, the duty day and night manageras, specially the women, they are very helpful. The restaurant for room delivery. The duty managers, specifically the Mohammed Sorour; he ultra rude, i booked this with feature of early check-in and late check-out. He refused. The booking.com and hotel should specify the maximum time for check-out. He kicked me out by two o'clock. Is this considered as check-out. He is ultra too bad. The knob of the sliding door of room 1001 was broken. The basin was not cleaned well.

Ongoing maintenance work in the hotel - a pneumatic drill at 7.30 in the breakfast room is no fun. Shortage of hot water in my room. Breakfast was average.

- Almas (1/5): - My original check-out date was 6th September 2025, but I decided to leave after only one night due to several concerns. As someone working in the hospitality industry, I understand that renovations and improvement works are sometimes necessary. However, when I made my booking on 31st August 2025, there was no mention of such works on the booking platform. It was only after I had confirmed and paid for my reservation that I received a message stating that essential maintenance would begin on 6th August 2025, with disturbances expected daily between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. I raised this concern with your reservations team before my arrival, as I strongly believe such information should have been disclosed prior to booking. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response, which I found to be both disappointing and unprofessional. Additionally, upon checking into my room on 2nd September 2025 around 9:00 PM, I experienced the following issues: • The shower gel bottle was empty. • A housefly was present in the room. • The AC fan produced a loud noise, disturbing my sleep. • During breakfast, the noise from drilling and construction overhead was disruptive. • The breakfast selection was heavily focused on Indian cuisine, lacking a more international variety. I provided this feedback in hopes that management would take it constructively to improve both communication and the guest experience for the future. While I understand that my booking was on a non-refundable basis, I kindly requested your consideration in processing a refund given the circumstances. However, up to today, I have not received any solution or response from your team. I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide an update at the earliest convenience.

- Paolo (7/5): Wonderful Dubai...ma era caldissimo...troppo...alla prochaine... - seconda volta a Dubai e ancora camera 709, con vista su insenatura e frame e città...purtroppo... la foschia ... tutto bene, hotel bello, posizione ottima, è bello scendere e camminare per vedere scorrere la vita...ma si vede anche tutto dalla finestra della stanza...penso sarebbe comunque obbligatorio rinfrescarlo e migliorarlo.. questo hotel ha enormi potenzialità, posizione e vista....

- saeid (5/5): Next time I will not choose the small room at the Carlton Tower Hotel and my next reservations will be the deluxe room. - The staff's behavior was excellent I always choose this hotel to stay in Dubai, but this time I booked an economy room for three nights and this room was so small that it was difficult to walk inside and more importantly, the air conditioner was not cooling well, so the hotel had to change three rooms so that one room was better than the previous ones. However, the rooms I booked in the past were both large and comfortable, but I was not satisfied with these economy rooms.
