Je suis très sensible aux odeurs - Sa situation et la piscine en rooftop J’ai eut une chambre au 19eme étage, je pense La chambre sentait l’urine. J’étais tellement fatigué par mon voyage c’est seulement le lendemain qu’ils m’ont attribué une chambre au 15eme. Au final, même odeur persistante qui je pense est dû a l’humidité du rideau de douche. L’accueil froide mais toujours polie et se trouve au 1er étage

All rooms have air purifiers and we were supplied with bottles of filtered water to drink everyday Did not like the glass bathroom counter and sink. Impractical and water went everywhere.

The room was also clean and up to expectations no free breakfast for a 5 star hotel, which was low-key a bummer but the room was smaller than expected, the hardwares in the room are pretty old and a bit ancient, not much modern vibes to account for.

Belle chambre, spacieuse et avec une magnifique vue sur la skyline d'Hong Kong. Excellent petit déjeuner, tant l'aspect asiatique/chinois qu'occidental. Personnel très sympathique Malgré une réservation bien en avance et une demande immédiatement réalisée lors de la réservation, on nous a informé que nous ne pouvions pas avoir de lit bébé.

• Moon Is The Limit (9/5): Ein toller Aufenthalt! - Ich möchte ein ganz großes Kompliment an das Personal im Frühstücksraum geben! Sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück ist der absolute Wahnsinn! Ich würde definitiv nochmal im Cordis buchen! Das Zimmer war ein wenig klein aber trotzdem haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das seitliche Glas im Badezimmer sollte irgendwie abgedeckt werden denn man will beim Toilettengang doch Privatsphäre...

• JOSE RENE (10/5): Cordis Hotel is the best so far in Mongkok, location, internet, staff and everything is excellent. - Everything actually was excellent, staff were very helpful, courteous, efficient, and very responsive. When we asked for the twin beds, it was given to us. When we requested for a microwave oven, they did the heating for our food. Internet was superb, i was able to have a zoom meeting with people from our country. Room was very clean and towels were changed daily. Our experience was excellent except that do not have bidet at the washroom or toilets. Usually, for a modern hotel like Cordis, we would expect a bidet or similar one like in Japan. Most of the travellers now are expecting easier cleaning up with the use of bidet which is very common for our country.

• Vivian (10/5): Great Location - The room was spacious with good in room facilities. The location of the hotels is great as the MTR is very close including restaurants and shops. A great way to enjoy more authentic Hong Kong. We had access to the club lounge so had access to snacks and drinks throughout the day with the choice to have breakfast there or in the main area. The breakfast selection is great from Asian to Western selection. The rooms are wonderful with areas that could be redecorated, otherwise all was good.

Mention particulière aux femmes de ménage qui nous ont fourni sans qu’on le demande des cordons pour ranger nos câbles, un tapis de souris, une pince pour refermer un paquet de chips entamé ! Je n’avais jamais vu cela! Les chambres sont spacieuses et calmes. Belle vue sur la ville. Piscine agréable sur le toit. Petit déjeuner buffet gargantuesque pour un prix plus que raisonnable. Conseil: si vous ne le réservez pas en même temps que la chambre, réserver le petit déjeuner la veille. C’est moins cher que de se présenter le matin Le mobilier est un peu daté dans les chambres mais cela n’enlève rien à impression plus que positive de l’hôtel.

• Timothy (10/5): Amazing staff at a perfect location. - The room was fairly standard. It was the staff & the amenities that set this hotel apart. We were treated so well by all of the staff, from arrival & especially at breakfast where they made us coffee every morning, provided some extra little treats some days & then had a photo booth where we took some shots. The gym & pool were amazing. A hot tub at the pool was unexpected & great to soak in. The location right above Monk Kok station made very easy to get to & from the airport & to Central...or anywhere. It is also connected to a big shopping mall with lots of food options. Take your time to view the art throughout the hotel. Perfect place for a stay. One very minor point - the bacon at breakfast was over cooked every day - it was like chewing bullets.

• Jurij (8/5): Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für kurzen Besuch in Hongkong, auch für Familien. - Zentral gelegen, kinderfreundlich, sehr sauber und modern ausgestattet, gute Qualität der Speisen beim Frühstück, sehr schöne Poolanlage. Im Restaurant war sehr laut und unruhig, Servicepersonal wirkte teilweise überfordert mit so vielen Gästen und mied uns, wir mussten auf unsere Getränke ( Espresso etc )lange warten. In der Lobby war keine Sitzgelegenheit. Die Waschräume waren direkt am Eingang des Restaurants, nicht in der Lobby.

The hotel in general is so classic and in the best location possible. We could duck out to see some of HK's most popular spots and be back at the hotel within 15 minutes for a rest and refresh. We had the most wonderful time at this hotel- nothing could have been better.

• Kai (9/5): wonderful city trip - This is the Nth time I stayed at this hotel. Location is perfect in downtown on the Kowloon peninsula. It is at the local underground hub with plenty of buses and taxi around. The room I stayed is the suite, which has a nice kitchen unit. It is spacious and has a magnificent view. Good air con and bathroom facilities. For the room with club access, you can have breakfast, afternoon tea and evening snacks there. You can also have breakfast buffet in the restaurant at the lobby. It's a tall building and it is not designed for guests to use the stairs (apart from the fire exit). It's all dependent on the lifts, no matter the amount of level you need to get to.

• Lane (9/5): Right in the heart of Mong Kok - Location was amazing Majority of the staff were very friendly and polite Facilities were really good Issue with cot availability on our first night, We checked in and staff said cot will be availble at 11pm Our child was really tired and needed to sleep, the staff was kind enough to move us to a different room, with an extra single bed, which I slept on and my wife and bubs slept on the main bed. The morning came and we went downstairs to ask for the single bed to be swapped out for the cot, which the staff replied, it would not be available until 9pm and there was nothing she could do. We went out and returned some time after and spoke to another staff, which he was able to organise a cot just in time for our child to nap.
