La pulizia è buona. Ottimo il letto. La struttura è in buone condizioni, così come gli spazi comuni, ma le camere e i bagni sono un po' démodé sia negli arredi che nella conservazione. Avrebbero bisogno di un rinnovamento. Nelle camere sarebbe opportuna la dotazione un bollitore. Il frigobar era vuoto (non so se questo dipende dal tipo di prenotazione)

Overall, the hotel lacks cleanliness and does not seem to pay proper attention to hygiene. The furniture is very old, and the room was not clean; the bed sheets were dirty and had stains on them. The small kitchen was also unclean. The bathroom was in very poor condition, similar to public restrooms—dirty and unhygienic. The bathtub had a yellowish discoloration, like rust. The breakfast was somewhat acceptable, but it does not live up to the standard of a four-star hotel at all. Overall, I believe the hotel deserves no more than a two-star rating.

- Maria Rita (5/5): Dececionante - A cama era grande e confortável, e o chuveiro que tinha boa pressão Localização pouco agradável, numa zona descuidada, sem movimento, sem comércio ou restaurantes próximos e com sem abrigos junto ao hotel. O hotel é bastante antiquado e não corresponde ao padrão esperado de 4 estrelas. Quartos antigos, com problemas de higiene: a conduta do ar condicionado tinha bolor e havia um forte cheiro a mofo. Apesar de não ser uma altura do ano particularmente quente, o quarto esteve exposto ao sol durante a tarde e tornou-se muito quente. Quando questionámos um dos funcionários como ligar o ar condicionado (anunciado como disponivel em todos os quartos) foi-nos dito que não estava a funcionar nesta época do ano. Mesmo com a janela aberta durante toda a noite, não conseguimos dormir confortavelmente devido ao calor.

Nota a sfavore: sebbene hotel 4 stelle frigobar vuoto in camera e tenda in plastica nella vasca-doccia tipica degli ostelli. Colazione abbondante ed internazionale: c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta. Staff impeccabile e molto disponibile In un hotel 4 stelle mi aspettavo di trovare almeno acqua nel frigo in camera e sicuramente non una tenda in plastica nella vasca.

- M'atteo (10/5): - Al netto dell'arredamento e delle finiture della camera, un po' 90's (che a me piace molto), ho trovato geniale l'angolo cottura. So che nasce come Residence e quindi per soggiorni lunghi ma, per me, tutti le stanze di albergo dovrebbero esserne dotate. Stanze riscaldate e molto ben insonorizzate sia dai rumori esterni che delle stanze confinanti. La colazione, servita all'ultimo piano, era molto ricca, offre molta scelta e con prodotti freschi. Se mi ricapiterà ci tornerò sicuramente, anche per la posizione, leggermente defilata ma servitissima da tram e metro, vicina al centro, alla stazione, alla tangenziale e all'autostrada. L'unica pecca è la vasca in bagno. Ma nulla di grave.

Colazione con poca scelta però di buona qualità, Ottimo cappuccino fatto al banco. Un hotel quattro stelle non può permettersi di avere un bagno cosi vecchio e usurato.Con sanitari datati che perdevano acqua e avevano ruggine e calcare nella rubinetteria. Ma la cosa peggiore la doccia all'interno di una vasca malandata con una tenda plastificata che fungeva da box doccia.

- MARIA ANGELA (5/5): andato - Mi è piaciuta la professionalità e gentilezza dello staff della reception, educati e attenti ad ogni richiesta, assolutamente nulla da dire Non mi è piaciuta la stanza, ampia sicuramente ma con un odore di "vecchio" il bagno ampio ma non rinnovato all'interno assolutamente non mi è piaciuta la colazione, assurdo pagare 13 euro a persona per un caffè e cornetti surgelati, non sarebbe stato ammissibile neanche al centro di Milano una cosa simile. Non è una colazione eccellente nè nel servizio nè nei prodotti presentati, mia figlia non ha potuto mangiare la torta al cioccolato perchè "gelata", i mini cornettini che ho preso io di qualità scadente. Non lo consiglio

- DEISSY (5/5): Está bien para solo dormir - El desayuno está bien tipo Buffet q Las instalaciones son demasiado antiguas y sin mantenimiento, al desayuno le hacía falta más variedad de frutas y panes y recomendaría que se actualicen en cuanto a tecnología como otro hoteles que tienen los TV con Netflix,Disney Chanel etc.

- Mariusz (8/5): Good hotel in Millan - A very nice, spacious hotel with excellent breakfasts. It's very close to the Lidl store, and the metro and tram to the Duomo are a short walk away. The rooms are very well-maintained and spacious.
