Maria Laura was so welcoming and provided so much information about local restaurants and transportation. The breakfast coffee was also very good. The room was very comfortable, and I had plenty of space. It's location couldn't be more perfect, walking distance to Universitá metro station which is on the L1 central line, and walking distance to all of the major areas. Nothing! It was exceptional

De même la vue de l'espace Petit déjeuner était époustouflante car sur la terrasse. L'accueil de l'hôte très convivial et attentive à nos besoins, a organisé un taxi pour le retour à l'aéroport et nous a envoyé des recommandations de pizzerias et autres restaurants ! Le B&B est aux 5-6-7 étages et il y a un ascenseur. Et du café et du thé à disposition toute la journée.

Superbe vue sur le Vésuve, la petite terrasse devant notre chambre, la grande terrasse à l'étage au-dessus et l'absence de bruits extérieurs. La gentillesse des hôtesses. le café long!!!

Booking breakfast the day before was a bit strange , and choice was a bit limited! If you were early to breakfast the croissants and eggs etc were warm but if chose to go later all were cold. However it worked well and the staff were super helpful, so no real complaints!

- David (9/5): Napoli with 360 degrees view - Well the view from the room and terrace is amazing. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Bed was comfy. The room itself didn´t have an actual balcony I would consider it more like a french window.

Stuff was very friendly and helped us. They have the most amazing view of Napoli from the terrace roof top where we had breakfast.

Der Empfang war überaus freundlich, wir haben Tipps für Neapel bekommen und kleines neapolitanisches Gebäck - das war sehr aufmerksam. Die Dachterrasse war mein absolutes Highlight Wir dachte der Parkplatz wäre inklusive, hätte dann aber zusätzlich 35€ pro Nacht gekostet. Letztendlich war die Garage so klein, dass unser Mietwagen nicht reingepasst hätte. Wir haben explizit eine Unterkunft mit Parkplatz gesucht und gewählt. Vielleicht kann man das eindeutiger in die Beschreibung packen oder vorher kommunizieren (auch, dass die Garage nur für kleine Autos geeignet ist).

- Biondi (10/5): un panorama unico - Siamo stati accolti con grande gentilezza e attenzione: un piccolo drink di benvenuto e qualche dolce delizioso hanno reso l’arrivo ancora più piacevole. La struttura si trova in una posizione davvero centrale, ma sorprendentemente tranquilla, ideale per esplorare Napoli senza rinunciare al relax. Tutto è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi, e la vista è semplicemente unica: un panorama suggestivo sui tetti della città, con scorci sul mare che lasciano senza fiato. La colazione, per gli standard italiani, è stata eccellente — varia, abbondante e di ottima qualità.

Welcome drink and pastries a nice touch. Friendly staff. Easy to walk or catch metro. Breakfast nicely presented on terrace, coffee not great. Unfortunately our air conditioner was ineffective and leaked water on the pillow, but otherwise the room and bathroom was fine.
