• Jane (10/5): - The staff are all very helpful. Centrally located, although very busy streets outside, it was quiet in the room. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the air-conditioning was effective. Whilst there was a fridge, kettle and mugs in the room some glasses would have been good so we could have cold drinks. There are 6 floors and one smallish lift, when a lot of people are checking in or out, or linen needing to be moved to each floor it can be quite a long wait for the lift to be empty..

Verder hadden wij een kamer met twee single beds geboekt maar we kregen een enkel bed. Irfan heeft de situatie razendsnel veranderd en aangepast. Top gedaan Irfan! Weinig .

• Zuzka NOSKOVÁ (10/5): V Istanbule druhýkrát. - Hotel má výbornú polohu, v okolí je historické centrum, Gülhane parkı, Gülhane bazar, Grand bazar, lodná "stanica" Eminönü, stanica Marmaray Sirkeci, zástavka električky, zástavka pre vyhliadkový autobus. Personál bol úžasný, raňajky výborné, naša izba priestranná, kúpelňa tiež. Postele s madracmi perfektné. Na izbe sme mali každý deň pre každého fľašu vody, postlané. Na izbe sa nachádzal aj trezor, v skrini vešiaky na oblečenie, botník. Po check-out-e sme si mohli nechať batožinu na hoteli do večera. Všetko sa nám páčilo.

• Biliūnas (10/5): Short holiday in Istanbul - Staff are friendly. The place is very great and in the centre. You can come by bus from the airport, and it is about 400 m. to the hotel. The breakfast is modest.

Если вы приезжаете в Стамбул посмотреть достопримечательности и в отеле планируете только ночевать - тогда это правильное место! В ресторане не так много мест в зале, в холодную погоду на открытой веранде будет прохладно. Одноразовые тапочки в номере неудобные - очень тонкие. Мелочь, но впечатление портит.

• DE CASTRO (8/5): Séjour agréable au cœur d’Istanbul - Hôtel parfaitement situé pour visiter la ville, proche de nombreux points d’intérêts, Citerne, Sainte Sophie, Mosquée bleue, Palais de Topkapi, métro, tram. Le personnel est vraiment adorable et très gentil ! Un grand merci à eux tous! Expérience hammam à faire ;-) Rien de particulier. • fabrizio (8/5): Assolutamente positivo - Ottima posizione, a pochi minuti da tutte le principali attrazioni di Istanbul. staff cordiale, gentile, disponibile. Colazione varia e buona. La camera era stata adattata per accogliere 4 persone con un divano letto, quindi gli spazi piuttosto ridotti e solo un piccolo armadio senza cassetti che ci ha costretti a mettere i panni nei comodini. La struttura in generale dovrebbe essere ristrutturata per renderla meno “vintage”.

• Roslyn51 (10/5): Great Value for Money - This charming, little hotel is quite unique, with lots of personality. When first entering the lobby & breakfast room, you immediately feel you have arrived in Türkiye. Here you’ll find lots of gold leaf, stain-glass windows & antique style lounge chairs. What’s not to love? Located in a vibrant area, within easy walking distance of the major sites of Istanbul. There’s also a tram stop nearby. Furthermore, this hotel has its own spa as well as a restaurant/bar attached. The rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable. But the highlight for me was the staff. They were always smiling, professional and extremely helpful. Great value for money. Highly recommended.

Near the tram and metro station. Near Gulhane Park and walking distance to the Sultan Ahmet Mosque and Hagia Sophia. We had a wonderful stay.

La insonorización de las habitaciones se oye mucho la calle, el tranvía pasar cada 10’. La musica del bar de debajo y a la gente hasta la 1h de la mañana. Deberían mejorar la insonorización del hotel.

• H3001LUkarenv (10/5): A great place for a city break - We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Selim on the front desk for excellent service. The hotel is in an excellent location for sight seeing. The Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazaar and the harbour are all within walking distance. The hotel is in a busy street with lots of restaurants, shops and cafes. There are trams running in the street directly outside the hotel. Some other reviewers have commented on the level of noise from the trams being a nuisance. We contacted the hotel in advance of our holiday and asked for a quiet room. The staff were very accommodating and we found our room to be spacious, clean and comfortable. We could hear the trams in the background but they didn’t disturb us at all. If you like a city break with a great vibe, Istanbul is a perfect choice and this hotel is good value for money. Breakfast is in the cafe to the side of the building. It’s a continental style breakfast (cereals, cakes, cold meats and cheeses with scrambled egg and continental sausages). You will need to let the hotel know in advance if you have special dietary requirements. They were able to provide gluten free bread for my husband but needed some notice.

• Bianca (8/5): Für Sightseeing top Hotel, einfach mittendrin - Fussläufig zu Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten (Hagia Sofia, Cisterna Basilika, Blaue Moschee, Gülhane Park, Topikapi Palast...). In der "Altstadt" deswegen mit Auto schwer zu erreichen, aber öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nur wenige Meter entfernt. Preis-Leistung top, Mitarbeiter äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit. Betten sindklasse, Zimmer schön groß. W-lan hängt öfter, Fenster sind wenig schallisoliert.

• Oliver Biliac (10/5): Nice stay to the venue - Friendly , smiling and helpful staff . Delicious breakfast . I have used the sauna and it was great . Every information that I need has been provided by the staff right away . I'd also like to thank you for the airport transfer arrangment to the check out and to the girl attitude who guided me to the van transfer . I have insisted to carry on my small luggage but she said no I 'll do it (my regards and appreciation to her) . The hotel is placed in the attractions area and very close to the main restaurants . For going to Istiklar street a tram station is in a walking distance and 3 stops away . I do strongly recommend the venue A little noise from the works in the nearby but this is not the hotel fault .

К сожалению, впечатление окончательно испортил завтрак: по шведскому столу бегал таракан, после чего аппетит пропал сразу. Wi-Fi практически не работал на протяжении всего проживания. Отдельно удивило, что при выезде, когда я ждал такси, сотрудники отеля настойчиво просили оставить хороший отзыв на Booking. Создается впечатление, что именно поэтому у отеля такие высокие оценки, которые, к сожалению, не соответствуют реальному состоянию.

Локация отеля отличная!

The room was clean and comfortable, and it was clear that the housekeeping staff take pride in their work. The staff were very kind, helpful, and welcoming. Breakfast was satisfactory. The hotel restaurant was somewhat disappointing, as the food quality did not quite match the price level. However, there are many very good dining options nearby, which makes it easy to find a great place to eat.

The location is absolutely perfect — it is within walking distance of all the main historical attractions of Istanbul, including Topkapi Palace, the Blue Mosque, Gulhane Park and Hagia Sophia. The staff are very polite, welcoming and attentive. I would especially like to express my sincere gratitude to Irfan, the reception manager. Thanks to him, our stay in Istanbul became truly unforgettable. His care, kindness and professionalism made our trip absolutely wonderful. I also used the spa and massage services at the hotel, and everything was excellent. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. Thank you for the warm hospitality. I will definitely come back again! The only small inconvenience during our stay was the noise in the room because there was construction work in the neighboring building. The renovation created quite a lot of noise during the day. However, this is of course temporary and not related to the hotel itself. Apart from that, we had absolutely no complaints. Everything else was excellent.

Le petit déjeuner n’est pas très bon , le ravitaillement de la nourriture n’est pas fait spontanément et il faut réclamer, il est difficile de trouver une place de disponible à certaines heures.

• Kyriaki (10/5): Πολύ καλή επιλογή - Πολύ άνετο δωμάτιο και πεντακάθαρο. Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο για να επισκεφθεί κανείς τα βασικά αξοοθέατα. Το προσωπικό ευγενεστατο και πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε. Το χαμαμ επίσης παρα πολύ καλό.

• Alina (5/5): Solides Hotel für einen Städtetrip mit fabelhafter Lage, aber mit Abstrichen. - Wir wurden gebeten, eine Bewertung abzugeben, daher folgt diese nun. Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich sehr zentral. Die Haltestelle der Metro T1 ist 2 Minuten fussläufig vom Hotel erreichbar. In ca 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in Eminönu, Lokale waren in großer Zahl außerhalb vorhanden. Der Topkapi Palast und die großen Moscheen kann man fussläufig erreichen. Für die zentrale Lage war das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis unschlagbar. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben ein Doppelzimmer gebucht und vorab angefragt, ob ein Zimmer mit Straßenblick möglich sei, dieser Wunsch wurde uns erfüllt und wir haben sogar ein 3-Bett Zimmer bekommen, was sehr geräumig war. Man sollte sich jedoch bewusst sein dass die Metro direkt am Hotel vorbei fährt und auch recht laut ist, uns hat es jedoch nicht gestört. Das WLAN im Zimmer hat gut funktioniert. Die Betten hatten gute Matratzen und waren bequem. Sogar einen Kühlschrank hatten wir. Klimaanlage war vorhanden, haben wir jedoch nicht getestet weil es bei unserem Besuch sehr kalt war, Heizung hat tadellos funktioniert. Aufzug war vorhanden und hat gut funktioniert. Check-Out ist um 11 Uhr, wir konnten unser Gepäck aber noch dort lagern, bis wir zum Flughafen gefahren sind. Der Flughafen ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in ca 1,5 Stunden erreichbar, was für uns die beste Wahl war. Vom Flughafen steigt man in die Metro, fährt bis Kadiköy, von dort sind wir mit der Fähre bis Karakoy und in die T1 gestiegen. Die Einrichtung des Hotels und insbesondere die Zimmer war schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Fenster ließen sich nicht richtig schließen. Das Badezimmer war wirklich eine Katastrophe, Schimmel in der Dusche, beim Duschen selbst konnte man seine Taucherqualitäten testen weil aus dem Duschkopf hinten das meiste Wasser rauskam aber vorne rausgetröpfelt ist, das war wirklich eine Qual. Duschgel und Shampoo waren theoretisch vorhanden, waren aber leer. Auf Nachfrage wurden diese umgehend aufgefüllt, der Apparat hat aber leider nicht funktioniert, sodass man theoretisch den Apparat hätte öffnen müssen um das Shampoo oben rauszuschöpfen. Der Klodeckel war nicht fest und wackelte. Das Licht am Spiegel hat auch nicht funktioniert. Das Frühstück war für uns auch nicht lohnenswert, sodass wir es ab dem zweiten Tag ausgelassen haben und außerhalb gegessen haben. Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig, sollte man hier empfindlich sein ist es sicher ratsam Ohrstöpsel einzupacken.
