- Pilar (3/5): - La ubicación es perfecta para poder moverte en transporte público La habitación estaba sucia, el baño estaba sucio, las instalaciones muy antiguas y sin mantenimiento. El pestillo de la puerta es de muy mala calidad. Tuvimos que arrancar la puerta con una silla

- Mario (1/5): Spoilt Holiday - We hated the place.Were greatly disappointed.Spoilt our holiday.Small dirty room.No space to put luggages.Two beds but only one bedside table with a lamp shade that was all creased.Broken bed headrest.Dirty headrest and windows.Room not cleaned before and while we were at the so called hotel.Bin found full of rubbish from previous guests.Wobbly wardrobe with sockets hidden behind it and on its side.No AC.Given two small fans that were not enough for the warm weather we encountered.No kettle.Dirty toilet and washbasin.Mouldy wall tiles including shower.Shower closure dirty and mouldy.Behind washbasin pedestal very dirty.Wall grid heater dirty and rusty.Reported to reception (possibly the owner) to change our room but replied that they are full.We remarked that the room is dirty and still he didn't take notice. This place is a disaster and I am also angry against booking.com who seem that they do not monitor accommodations they advertise .Action has to be taken immediately.I do not believe that previous guests did not report a bad review about this place. - Sonia (3/5): Terrible, just pleased it was only 1 night - Didn’t have breakfast . The location was good. The sheets and towels were clean. Curtains didn’t fit the window, so as soon as it light, it woke us up. Smelt damp as room was in basement. Bathroom damp and all grout and corners of tiles on floor black with mould, needs a good bleach and damp sorting out. Not enough ventilation, that’s why it’s damp. Radiator all rusted, needs painting or replacing. Just no care with anything… paint from ceiling on finials, paint from walls on curtain pole brackets and on bed head and bed base, skirting boards dirty and wardrobe doesn’t even have any hangers in it… so what use is that! Only lamp is perched on top of wardrobe, again what use is that. These hotel owners obviously have no idea what they’re doing, they’re just after a quick buck. Also Noisy in the morning, banging outside, under our windows. Don’t stay here it’s terrible!!!!
