Lokalizacja hotelu jest znakomita, ma świetne połączenie z komunikacją mieską, bardzo łatwo wszędzie dojechać, a bliskość mostu Karola pozwalała na krótkie i piękne spacery. Jedyne co było na minus to rzecz nie zależna od hotelu, czyli to że żeby do niego dojść pieszo trzeba było się wdrapać na dość stromą górkę.

• Márta (10/5): Tökéletes, tiszta szállás gyönyörű környezetben, ahonnan a legszebb látnivalók könnyedén elérhetők. - A hotel tökéletes volt, tiszta, rendezett, a műemléki és a modern szép ötvözete. Az elhelyezkedés számunkra teljesen kielégítő volt, ahonnan 10 perces séta a vár felfelé és Károly-híd lefelé, gyönyörű környezetben. A személyzet kedves, segítőkész. Külön kedvesség volt az apró búcsúajándék. A reggelik finomak, változatosak, bőségesek. A hotel könnyen és gyorsan elérhető villamossal a pályaudvarról. -

We needed to check in late and the hotel emailed me clear instructions with photos. Breakfast had a great choice and different options each day. Would highly recommend this hotel. • Janina (6/5): Average experience - Location and breakfast was nice, room was clean We had a room that was placed by the laundry room and only had windows to the hall and the elevator where people were walking so the curtains had to be closed at all times, also the noise carried into the room. The stay was ok but not the vibe I was expecting for the price paid.

• Tracy (9/5): Great hotel for visiting Prague - Great location in a quiet area but within waking distance of all the main attractions. Lovely, quirky old building. We stayed in a junior suite which was very spacious and comfortable. Friendly staff and good variety at breakfast.

• Helmuth (6/5): Durchwachsener Aufenthalt - Die Lage des Hotels war wirklich okay. Auswahl desFrühstücksbuffet war ausreichend mehr brauchte es nicht. Die zwei Frauen beim Frühstücksbuffet waren nicht besonders freundlich und hätten ruhig besser nachschauen können betreffend auffüllen am Buffet. Jemand wollte sich einen Tee machen aber bis die Bedienung endlich Zeit hatte (lieber in der Küche miteinander plaudern) musste der Gast aufbrechen. Wir waren am Mittwoch zwei Minuten früher als 8.00Uhr vor dem Frühstücksraum und fragten ob es okay sei wenn wir uns an den Tisch setzen würden, die Frau schnautze uns an sagte hässig 8.00Uhr dürfen wir ein. Im Zimmer wurde vielfach vergessen oder wars aus Faulheit die Sachen im Bad aufzufüllen.

La colazione era abbandonate e diversificata abbiamo avuto un problema con lo scarico della doccia che ha comportato un allagamento della stanza. Non essendoci una reception 24/24, l’intervento non è stato tempestivo, per quanto poi ci abbiamo proposto una soluzione alternativa Avrei gradito una soluzione migliore trattandosi di un hotel a 4 stelle

• Kaisa (10/5): Erittäin mukava hotelli - Siisti, kauniisti sisustettu ja viihtyisä hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla. Hiljainen, hyvä nukkua. Sänky oli mukava ja suihkusta riitti hyvin lämmintä vettä. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja hyvä. Tänne voisimme tulla ehdottomasti uudestaan.

• Tobias (8/5): Tolle Lage und schönes Zimmer mit gutem Ausblick. - Das Frühstück war sehr gut, nur die Auswahl war für 4 Sterne etwas zu wenig. Das Zimmer war schön und die Lage und der Ausblick von der Terrasse war top. Das Bett hatte ausreichend Platz für 2 Personen. Der Fernseher war für die Größe des Zimmers und die Entfernung zum Bett etwas zu klein. Das Bett war zwar nicht unbequem, aber es hätte für den Standard des Hotels etwas weicher/bequemer sein können.

Leider haben wir in der Frühe beim Frühstücksbuffet die Teller nicht gefunden beim höflichem Nachfragen wurde uns mit angefressenem Gesicht mit einer Geste gezeigt wo sie stehen.
