Guest Reviews
- Sk Shahidur (8/5): - They should improve the toilet facilities
- Chian Siang Gerald (8/5): - Location is easy to find and near to eateries and shopping (City Square Mall and Mustafa). Rooms are not soundproof and you can hear furniture being dragged, and guests walking and talking even if they are in their rooms. You can still hear the guests up till 2-3am in the night. If you are okay with the noise, this is a very good location given the price that you will be paying for. Staffs are helpful and friendly during our stay.
- Ashok (4/5): - We were greeted by a very rude receptionist. He didn’t care anything about guests at hotel.
It made our stay very unpleasant. We checked out after 2 days and moved to a different hotel.
- Artur (6/5): - We're asking me for passport even in their rules it says I can present ID. Reduculous! Wasted so much time!
- WCOB (6/5): Enjoyable stay - I stayed here for 2 nights while in Singapore. The location is good being close to Farrer Park MRT and Little India. Orchard Road and Fort Canning and the marina was an easy walk. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was no breakfast at this stay but there were plenty of eateries about 10 minutes walk away. The room was small but it was a 2 star inn. It was good value as rooms were about $800 a night at other places when I was booking
- Ahsansarawar (6/5): Good hotel, but not that much. - The location is good to reach all the shopping centres and temples. location is perfect for travellers who will use public transport. The room is okay for a shorter visit. Overall, not much, but I felt the bathroom was a bit small. Staff behaviour is not okay.
- MOHAMMED (4/5): - not good
- Lloyd (2/5): - I didnt like this hotel at all, i have been ttavelling for 4 months and this was the most expensive and worst hotel i stayed in, i know singapore is expensive but the hotel well not for me, no fridge, damp patches on the bathroom ceiling. Ask for a refund when i got there and was told no refunds unkess you canvell 7 days in advance, only booked it two days before
- Pulledpork48 (2/5): Can't get no sleep you know the song - Wouldn't stay here if I knew what it was like and could of got a refund. I got told when I arrived in order to get a refund I had to cancel 7 days before, only booked it 2 days before coming.
The room very small and had damp patches in the bathroom which could easily be sealed and painted. I didnt even have my room cleaned on checked had to ask for loo rolls everyday Lots of rude Indians who didn't say thank you if you held the lift or a door open just dam right rude. They play music loud and as there is no sound proofing you can also hear phones ringing in the night. For some reason they sit by the lift chatting on their phones till 2am I had to call someone from reception to sort it out otherwise I would have. It's more like a residential place and I think they all leave here and they have a few rooms they let.Love their culture food etc but they are not rude back in the uk like I have seen here. Look at some of the other people's pictures
If I where you do a shorter stay somewhere nicer, it's cheap for a reason, if you don't want to get a good night sleep then this is the place for.
- Rica (2/5): - expensive, not clean, staff are not welcoming at all. Emergency exit blocked and locked ?
- Sethuramalingam (6/5): - Good
- Horacio (4/5): Better stay away - Place is run down, hard to make things work except the air-conditioning. Service was non existant
- meghana (8/5): You get what you pay for.. - Room was congested but had all basic facilities; hot water, a small window, reasonable size bed. Towels were stained though & bathroom should have its own bin. Missing a fridge too yet given the price, don’t know if you can expect a fridge? Not very noise- proof; can hear someone talking outside the room but not from the rooms adjacent.
- Ranisha (8/5): - Can recommend
- Sai Pyae (2/5): - No care
bad service
- yes5174 (6/5): Worth the price - Stayed for 1 night. The room is small, not recommended if you’re bring a lot of luggage. Got room at 3rd floor and the view is facing wall. But the room itself was clean and comfortable.
You need to deposit SGD 10 if you need to use the hairdryer. The lady at the reception was nice.
- Risini (2/5): Pls do not visit this hotel - Crawling with cockroaches
- Matthias (2/5): Generally bad on all accounts - Staff was pretty unfriendly at check in, room was very small, A-C was dripping, lizards in the room, something that looked like mold in the roof, room not cleaned between nights, water bottles and towels not changed between nights and very loud with thin walls. Would really recommend to avoid.
- Md Imam (10/5): - Verry good
- Maricel (10/5): - Accessible in mrt ang Nearby at bus stop and also buying food nearby hawker around the place.
- Airul Mohsit (8/5): - They should update on the site... There's no parking... not even onsite...
- Prakash (2/5): Bedbugs!! - They have bedbugs.
Booked with hotels.com, i was told the reservation will he cancelled. But they lied, they never cancelled. Ended up paying without using their services.
Please reach out if you need more details. I have lots more video of the room with bedbugs, conversation with hotel staff, etc.
If you love staying with bedbugs book this hotel. Horrible experience.
- Juan (10/5): - Close to metro station. Convenient to walk safely everywhere
- Rini Varghese Laly (10/5): - Safe stay for budget. Lovely staff.
- Lim (2/5): - My traveller complain that the environment is very noisy.
- Ellen (2/5): - ants in the room, bath towel is dirty, horrible bathroom, the lift doesn't work well, we can't stay there, so move to another hotel at mid-night, that is a really bad experience for Singapore traveling
- Phillip (6/5): - The property was well located to dining options and it was easy to find pleasant walking for exercise. The WiFi was excellent.
The TV did not work and the shower recess was very tired.
The hot water and water pressure were very good.
- Asheesh (2/5): - Front staff is not cooperative room is not clean.we don’t recommend to anybody
- Hany Waty (8/5): - The room in the picture was very nice, but actual is not.
- Sourabh (2/5): - This property is in really worse condition
- SUNIL KUMAR (6/5): - It's Ok
- agatha christi (4/5): - Not good
- DEEPAK (4/5): - Bad experience
- Mike (2/5): book at your own risk. - Fire trap, one switch for all lights and plugs. Can't charge anything with the lights off. Small room, small cigarette smoke filled hallways, slow elevator doors, I did not feel safe.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The room was okay but we had concerns with the service.
- Navdeep (4/5): - The room wasn’t clean and the bed sheet had cigarette burn marks all over it. Room service never refilled soap in the hand wash dispenser.
- littlebopeeep (8/5): Our Savior in SG - because of our bad experience at the greendili, we moved out and stayed here instead. they are just near each other. we became friends with one of the staff who was very accommodating to us. but the guy who he switched shift with was the exact opposite of him. had to pay 35SGD for the extra person charge. we had complimentary bottles of water. air conditioner though wasn't that cold. bathroom was spacious. near Ferrer Park mrt station (around 2blocks). checked out around 10am and they let us leave our bags at their storage room, went back for it around 8pm.
- AashishRaz (6/5): Decent hotel but off from Mustafa Center - It was decent hotel with good service from hotel staff. My room had lot of red ants, however they changed my room later on. Only thing missing was fridge in rooms. Want to give 3.5 stars however don't have that option to select.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Not far from MRT, not clean but can stay, low price
- Shashank000 (2/5): Bad Hotel!!! - The hotel is not really how it looks like in pics, it's really small, u only have space to walk If u have a big lagguage bag it won't fit in the cupboard and can't keep outside as well. the windows don't open and hotel is filled with cigarette smoke, no one really bothers about it. They don't even send water if needed they will ask u to go and collect the water. BAD HOTEL!!!!!
- dominic (6/5): - Bathroom door not in proper order. Other wise everything is good
- Verified traveler (2/5): - It was a pathetic experience with the rude receptionist when I asked for early check-in (even I was ready to pay). dirty room, with spider nets, were all around, broken window and door of the toilet. nobody came to clean the room for the stay of over 3 days. I would never ever recommend to anyone here on Expedia. please search for something better.
- Jen (2/5): - The washroom is so dirty and moldy.and the room stinks
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Bed was very smelly. Corridor was completely dark. I had to use my hp light to find the room and open the door.
- Marcus (6/5): Good staff in a tired but serviceable hotel - This is a hotel for when you want to lie down and sleep, then get up and have a shower and leave. It is a budget hotel and should not be judged on anything other than that. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times
- Verified traveler (4/5): Hotel of horrors - The sheets were so dirty, had long black hair on them, duvet had smoke holes in it, disgusting.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Overall is good, staff are friendly and helpful. But there was loudness near my room due to the wall can not keep the voice from outside.
- yameenh2017 (4/5): Don’t believe there pictures on Agoda.com - It’s ok for the price if you are not gonna be in room for most of your day.
Room is tiny. Bathroom is very small. Very very basic. For a very short stay ok.if not don’t book it.reception area is not welcoming or receptionist never greet on your arrival. Pictures and details what they put is completely misleading
Very basic tiny place.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - You get what you pay for. The room was the cheapest I could find for a hotel room. Very small but sufficient for one person. Cable tv, a kettle but no fridge. Aircon worked well and the bed was comfortable. Nice white towels, free toothbrush and shower cap😊
- K (2/5): - I total hate it
1) very poor in cleanness
2) no proper hospitality
3) no proper blankets
4) The water heater doesn’t work
5) worst room
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The hotel is close to shopping complex, mrt station and cheap food restaurants. We did not like the toilet of the room and there are no fridge or microwave in the room.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Looks like prostitution centre
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Asphodel Inn is a cozy hotel situated in Little India. I love the simplicity of it. It is within walking distance from the metro, City Mall, and Mustafa Center. The bed was super comfy and the area was quiet so you will have no problems getting your rest there. I highly recommend this charming hotel.
- Budakampung (6/5): Old hotel, basic and clean - Room was basic and clean for a night stay. Bathroom tiles were moldy in some part, it would be good to have a deep cleaning and scrub on the bathroom tiles/walls to give it a clean look. Kettle and mineral waters were provided. There are groceries shop and restaurants near by to explore but limited choices. The hotel is walking distance to Ferra Park MRT station. It took me a while to find the hotel though due to confusing sign of the Race Course Road from the different exit. Do go for exit B instead, more straight forward.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Different frm the foto...totalky smaller than the photo...toilet door broken amd cant lock...blanket is smelly like nevee washed...
- Md. Iftekher (8/5): - Hotel fair is high. It need to reduce in future. Some problem in toilet. Water tape is loose in basin.
- Mohd (2/5): Not worth what we are paying for. - The room was so small and uncomfortable, dirty with the toilet door broken..ants all around..smelly,cleanliness not well maintain and we paid high price for the room.Hotels.com should do their homework first before recommending this type of rooms to their members. So dissapointed with Hotels.com,i have to think twice about their service or recommendation in future.😠😠😠
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Hotel was not tidy and very rude staff not worth fir money , and we had a bad experience on this hotel.
We won’t recommend to anyone.
Many thanks,
Keeth.
- mariaimaculatai (6/5): Good Choice for backpacker in Singapore - First of all, Its surrounded by lots of restaurants and food store. The room is pretty small and I didn't get the road view. there's no charging connector but we can rent it in the receptionist. Affordable price to stay in Singapore
- David (2/5): A Very Poor Hotel - Many issues which include:
Staff are rude
Rooms not serviced daily
Only one power socket nowhere near the bed
Lights cannot be turned off from the bed
Pillows far too hard for comfort
Overall a very poor experience.
- Manish2801 (2/5): Except the Lobby, everything is bad - I wish pictures and entrance of a hotel can do justice to the rooms.
Rooms are small and very basic and rusty. You can see cobwebs in bathroom.
The hotel has terrible bathroom. its the size of a cabinet with shower just about the WC. you need to stand around WC to take a shower.
Such a waste. Though the reception staff was helpful and the location is good. the rooms are terrible and bathrooms are pathetic.
Save your day. Don't book
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Hotel has 2 building connected, main bulding is OK. 2nd bulding is worst. very small rooms.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Affordable, good location - 2/3 members of staff were very helpful, wasn't pleased with the service and attitude of the receptionist staff on the 14th may (monday night shift, the guy during day time was very helpful though).
The hotel was clean, just needs some tlc, complimentary bottled water in rooms, on and off wifi :(, good location nearby mrt.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Room not like picture in website - Room to small and not clean enough not like picture in website.
- ZuevAV (2/5): Do not book it until you read the review - + Near to the metro station. We think it’s the only pro of this hotel.
_
Firstly, the hotel’s photos look far better than the real state of things. The rooms in reality are tiny. Our
family of 3 people was at first put into a dwarf room – obviously less sq meters that the stated in the
description 20sq meters for triple room, we asked for another one abut it also wasn’t up to the
description on the site. Dirty walls that require fresh painting. Very old bathrooms with mouldy tiles,
outdated bathroom equipment, unmodern furniture, all mirrors with fingerprints. Inconvenient pillows
like stones, long ago unwashed dusty curtains with cigarette burns, old light switches, insufficient light in
all the rooms and corridors. The conditioners blow right at the beds, thanks god they were quiet.
Both rooms we saw were very badly cleaned, dust and dirt on windows, under beds – nobody seemed
to clean there ever. We informed the receptionists and they really asked the cleaning personnel to clean
but in fact nothing changed within next few days. I guess the personnel just simply wasn’t taught to
clean properly.
The location in the Little India district itself is a disputable advantage: despite its beautiful temples this
district builds rather an opposite to the clean, modern and high standard Singapore. There are only
Indian locals nearby, so you won’t find nice Chinese food, let alone European food.
Some rooms are for hourly rent by respective young women contingent – very unpleasant fact to see!
We booked our trip in advance but at that time unfortunately it was the only good money/quality
offering at the site. We were to stay only for 4 days and the fee would be 100% if we were cancelling
upon our arrival, so we had to stay there and didn’t want to lose time with moving.
Thus, I would never choose or recommend my friends such a wretched hotel. It requires a whole
reconstruction and renovation, more care of its owner. The more you see how splendid, friendly
Singapore itself is and how well cared of by its citizens, the more you will be disappointed with
Asphodel.
- PahadiSauju (6/5): Not too bad - I booked this place as a budget property. The property turned out to be ok. The rooms were small except the triple bed room. Overall it was a good stay without any complaints and the housekeeping service was pretty ok.
Pros
Very Close to Lavander MRT
Walking distance to Little India and Mustafa
Good Indian food eatries around
Close to the bus stop
Room have Wifi connectivity
Cons
Small rooms
Bathrooms have mildew
High price compared to the offered product
No view
Suggestions
Try the rate on online portals and then check for the same directly with the hotel, in my case it would have been cheaper if I had booked directly
Ask for higher floor rooms
- digiyayavar (8/5): Good hotel with less space in room - We stayed at Asphodel Inn for 4 nights. Room space is really a concerned, room is having all amenities like LCD TV, electric kettle, water geyser, AC and free wi-fi. No room service and in house restaurant.
Pros- location is nice right on race course road.
Near little India and many good food joints both veg and non veg. Near to farrer park MRT (metro).
Cons- not much but u have to take your luggage on own during check in/ out. You have to issue/deposit AC & TV remote while check in and deposit back your self at check out.
- Marco (2/5): Unpleasant and sketchy! - If you are looking just for a bed and a roof then go ahead and book it otherwise please look further. Very unpleasant stay...by far the worst I have experienced in Asia and I slept in hostels too. I killed roaches twice, two electric outlets on the table in the whole room, one of which was broken, they did fix it though when I mentioned it. Noisy road with a temple across the street if you don’t mind to wake up with music and prayers or by a fight in the hallway...someone kicked out her partner and literally carried her luggage out.
- RyanK3450 (4/5): Near Farer Park MRT, convenience for Mustafa visit but not clean. - I just came back this hotel by the end of 2017. Surprisingly the hotel is downgraded a lot and not clean especially the rest room. Even though its location is very good as near the Farer park MRT but I am uncomfortable to stay there. The first night I realized my bed got ants....🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻. I will not come back.
- Soya (4/5): - I'd booked a room for 2, and ask for another bed 2 weeks before the stay. The staff told us that they only can decide on the day we check-in for extra bed. What is the purpose that I try to inform you 2 weeks before the stay? They didn't even try to arrange a 3 person room, or either told us is fully booked on that day, and advice us to look for another nearby hotel or what. Somehow, they give us the stay and even charged the 3rd person fees, but what we get is to squeeze in a QUEEN size bed.
- Sylvia (4/5): Dissapointed stay. - Room was very small. Toilet was dirty. It doesn't deserve to be rated as 3 star hotel. Will not stay there ever again. The only good thing is that it is less than 5 mins walk to mrt station.
- inwhomthespheresmeet (6/5): Budget hotel that does the job well enough, but a tad expensive. - Friendly and accommodating front desk staff, they allowed us to leave our bags in a storage area before check-in time. Convenient location - within walking distance to the Farrer Park MRT station, City Square Mall and 568 Kopitiam. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning consistent and cool.
Cockroaches in the room. Any noise in the hallway can be heard quite loudly, as there's a large gap from the floor to the bottom of the door. Window in the bathroom can be opened but no screen, insects and easily get inside. I felt that for the price, it should have come with breakfast at least.
- CatherineO1970 (8/5): Lovely staff. Big relief after horror of Mori Hostel! - I recently made a review of Mori Hostel where I had booked to stay. I gave it 1 star but should be zero. So I didn't stay at Mori but went across the road to Asphodel Inn which was about x100 better but not much more price. Lovely helpful staff, good clean rooms and late check out option.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Neat and tidy room with all basic amenities. Short walk to train station & restaurants.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Loud noise from Karaoke behind hotel - average. if i wasnt too tired, would probably be unable to sleep due to the noise. the free limited parking is in a very tight space bcoz of the cars parked across a tiny back alley
- RyanK3450 (6/5): Near Farer Park MRT, convenience for Mustafa visit - Actually this hotel is quite old and the room rate does not look cheap. However, it locates very near Farer Park MRT station just walking distance. Also from hotel to Mustafa center is abt 500meter. The surrounding area appears quiet. Room is a bit spacious compared to other centered hotel.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Just good place to stay a little far from train but not too far
- matthew (4/5): step above a hostle - hotel was 1.5 stars at best. for the price it served its purpose:sleep, clean up and get out for the rest of the day. A/C was weak. bathroom/shower muggy. bed was motel quality at best / thin pillows and towels.
basically a packpackers upgrade from hostle. nice people to help what ever they can. washing machine was available for 5 sgn. 15 min walk to metro station. little india at your doorstep. if Singapore is your only destination this IS NOT the place to enjoy your vacation. just a cheap place to sleep.
- marcbruce (6/5): Good Value Family (Triple) Room for those on a Budget - Singapore is an expensive city. Finding hotel rooms with a double bed plus a single bed is not easy, and the price multiplies.
Asphodel Inn is very basic, but it is clean, the air cond works great, wifi is fast and reliable and the beds quite OK. The bathrooms are a bit stained and ugly but quite OK if you're on a budget. We have been paying around SG$115 via Agoda.
I have not stayed in the standard room, but its much smaller and not as good as the triple room.
It's 450m walk to City Square Mall, and Farrer Park MRT - 6 or 7 mins.
On Sunday its a bit noisy with a temple across the road. At night noise levels are quiet and Race Course Rd is not busy.
Front desk staff are always polite and smiling.
We have stayed here many times and will continue to visit.
- BryanF1308 (2/5): Where do I begin. - Well we buggered up our first bookings with another hotel which led to booking this one in a rush (should have booked a hostel). First off I'd like to say very nice people. I read the reviews and it said good budget hotel.....well even though your paying less (and still not that cheap) would you accept mould? Cockroaches? Ants? There form of cleaning was make the bed and change the towels no changing of sheets and still the mould issue. Rooms are also very tiny. One good thing about them is the aircon did at least work a little bit.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Cheap hotel, near transport, but not very clean - This looks and feels like a real low budget hotel. You can hear everything in the hallways and other rooms, it is very dark and dingy. Our room was not very clean, the bathroom in particular was very very moldy. Even the room walls were dirty.
The bed was fairly comfortable although the pillows were thin and hard. The sheets and towels appeared to be clean. The AC worked. If you don't leave your key during the day they don't clean your room.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Good choice for shopping and value for money - Great location and price was just in my budget.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Average hotel - Daily housekeeping upon request only.
no disturbing while sleeping peace
- alan (10/5): All you need - Very convenient location. All you require for a short stay
- Verified traveler (4/5): Better price for walk-ins than hotels.com - Room did not look like the pictures. Cigarette burns on the old coverlet but sheets were clean. Wifi too slow to use but free. Shower head not directing water where wanted. No fridge or kettle, but tv and A/C were good.
Staff friendly and helpful though.
The walk-in price was lower than the hotels.com price too.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Nice hotel near subway - If you are looking for a cheap with no luxury, but near from a subway station, I recommend this hotel. Staff are very kind. Simple room, but ok. The only thing that borrowed me was the fact that wasn't door to separate shower and toilet.
- Joe (8/5): Fantastic location for Little India - If you want to experience Little India, this is the hotel for you. Every time I come to Singapore, I stay at Asphodel for at least a few days. Rooms are just basic. But the staff is friendly. Several Buddhist temples are a stone throw away, and a couple Hindu temples are on next street, Serangoon. Good food court is a 2 minute walk away on Serangoon. One stall is famous throughout city for Hokien Mee noodles. Convenience store is 2 minutes from hotel on Serangoon. Mustafa Mall is a 15 minute walk. Lots of Indian restaurants on other side of Race Course Road, 15 minutes walk. Avoid hotel on Sundays, as it becomes a social gathering place for locals trying to escape the heat.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Very Good afforadable hotel in the heart of city - Hotel staff was very good, cooperative and taking care of their guests. They did not charge any thing for early check-in. We stayed 5 nights. IT is very peaceful location near MRT Farrer Park Station which is only 5 min walking distance. Very Good for indian to go their if they looking some affordable stay in Singapore with private room/bathroom. It is also to near Serangoon Plaza / Mustafa Centre is one of Singapore's 24-hour shopping malls on Syed Alwi Road in Little India.
- Bobby (8/5): Just off Serangoon and close to Little India - Overall it was very good and simple stay, it was neat and convenient close to Little India and Indian food and of course Mustafa.
- HAMMOND (6/5): - Good stay but rooms too small for the value. No accessories such as a table or desk to write on.
- Aardvard (4/5): What? You want housekeeping service? - Some hotels are just blind. This hotel is a budget hotel, but it is far from the expected standard. It is simply worn out, the linens, the bathroom, the walls, everything. At check in the staff did not direct me to the fine print on a placard that stated if you wanted housekeeping service, you had to turn in the small key on your departure. Since I didn't expect this anomaly, I had no service for my three nights. The bathroom shower simply drains near the hand sink, thus everything gets wet and stays that way. No remedy if you get no fresh towels. The linens were worn threadbare. The electrical required that you keep the overhead light on for any other outlet. What does this mean and why? The only thing decent about the hotel is that it is easy to escape on the MRT. But then again, that is due to the planning of MRT and not the hotel. Please avoid this dump. There are much better places for the price.
- Joshua (4/5): Not that great - I have stayed here 2 time prior, it is within walking distance from Ferrer Park which is why I decided to come back. Unfortunately, the rooms were not as clean as it used to. The hotel needs to do proper maintainence.
- Joy (6/5): Nice hotel close to MRT - A nice clean hotel close to the MRT. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel after we had checked out on our last day until we left for the airport.
- Verified traveler (4/5): location is near my friend house - awful.. room is noisy n uncomfortable
- guns (4/5): Stay away - Very misleading images of rooms. They are tiny to say the least. People smoke freely though its is a non smoking hotel. Poor bathrooms. Best avoided
- Savi (8/5): Good location - Very close to shops and restaurants.quiet neighbourhood. Will stay again.
- SHIVRAJ (4/5): Below avergae hotel .. - The hotel location is the only plus point for this hotel while rest is bit disappointing. Room cleanliness is poor, bed sheet , pillow cover, bathroom towels has stains , mosquitos around, bathroom drainge is the worst part as water wont drain out. There is no ventilation in bathroom so the water wont dry at all ... rooms size is bit small...
Receiptation was helpful though to call cabs , getting discounted tickets for attractions ..
- Verified traveler (6/5): Ok room for relatively low price - The room was ok, a bit small but tidy. Room service was very good. They provided with two or more complimentary bottles of water every day. Wifi a bit slow but steady.
- jj (2/5): One arrogant staff make the stay unconfortable - One arrogant unfriendly evening duty staff make the whole stay uncomfortable
- Neha (8/5): reasonably priced, good located, neat & clean, calm - OVERALL QUIET GOOD....ROOM SIZE SMALL....BATH ROOM NEEDS VENTILATION OR EXHAUST FAN ETC....FEMALE STAFF VERY HELPFUL AND PLEASANT BEHAVIOR.
