Tyst område men samtidigt nära till restauranger och centrum. Väldigt god frukost och härligt poolområde med uppmärksam och professionell personal. Rekommenderar skarpt och kommer definitivt bo här nästa gång vi kommer till Hanoi!

• Menachem (10/5): Perfect hotel - The hotel is a mini city with everything you need in the compound itself. The location is perfect. Close to cafe houses, restaurants and a Gluten free restaurant which for us was very important. The staff in the reception were extremely helpful arranging for us all the rides we needed and the shuttle to the old town saves money. Perfect for the kids with the pool table, table tennis and swimming pool. The room were a bit dated and there was a smell of sewage (maybe because we were on the first floor).

My flight was scheduled for 7:45 PM, while their standard checkout time is 12:00 AM. I requested a late checkout until 4:00 PM and was informed that I would need to pay half of the day's rent, which was higher than I anticipated. I want to clarify that this isn’t a complaint; I simply believe the system could be more flexible in situations like this.

• Christie (9/5): A spacious and quiet apartment close to amenities and sights. - A very spacious and quiet property over looking the pool. It’s a short walk to mini marts (and there is even one on site), restaurants, cafes and the lake. It is approx. A 15-20 min drive to sights such as the Pagoda, temples, Old Quarter etc which you can easily get a Grab, or there is a weekday shuttle bus from the apartment which was really handy. We really enjoyed our stay here. The pool was very cold!

• Linda (8/5): Large apartment - Really large one bedroom apartment. A little "old style" but everything we needed. We stayed for 3 nights and it was great to be able to spread out and make good use of the washing machine! Breakfast was great. There is also a lovely restaurant right near the entrance to the resort. Easy to get a Grab taxi to get to the old quarter.
• Joseph (9/5): Old-fashioned luxury, great for peace and quiet - It's very well organised, spacious, quiet, clean, great location next to the lake, nice grounds with a swimming pool and children's play area. Everything worked well. There was a free Christmas event in the lobby one of the days that we stayed, which was an unexpected pleasure. Unusually for Vietnam, there was an oven and a dishwasher in the kitchen. The suite is quite old-fashioned but well-appointed. Plenty of good restaurants nearby in Tây Hồ, and it's not too far from the Old Quarter for more tourist attractions and restaurants. It's fairly easy to get to from the airport. Overall it was just what we needed for a few days relaxing and acclimatising after a long flight. The kitchen had some slightly surprising oversights: no kettle, and no oven gloves for taking hot items out of the oven. The WiFi didn't reach some of the bedrooms. And getting a taxi required walking all the way out to the main entrance, which is quite far from our suite.
• Peter (10/5): - We had such an amazing three week stay. Our two bedroom two bathroom apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything we possibly needed. LThe Kitchen had everything including dishwasher & washing machine. A clothes rack on the balcony so our clothes dried over. We had House keeping come in everyday to freshen things up. The food from the Room Service was fresh and tasty with a fabulous variety of Thai Japanese & Vietnamese. The Breakfast buffet from the Restaurant everything morning was also very fresh with great variety for various nationalities. We loved the pampering treatments from the in House Day Spa. The ladies offer a variety of Beauty treatments which were very professional and well priced. The pool area and surrounding area is immaculate and a very relaxing environment. The Soa however is not operational . We were extremely happy from the time we checked in to departure. We were given a late check out which was great. . We will definitely be returning to this Hotel next visit. And have recommended it to all our friends. Sich Amazing value for money compared to other Asian Countries we have visited. We lso loved the Amount of Security guards and check points to Enter the Hotel..we felt very safe. We loved Everything

A lift nagyon lassú, többször megijedtünk, hogy bent ragadunk. A recepciónál várakozó taxisunkat a biztonságiőr el akarta küldeni, pedig csak 2 percet kellett várnia ránk, amég lehoztuk a csomagjainkat. A reggeli elég lapos, és az ételek kicsit ízetlenek voltak.

Finding Diamond Westlake was a bonus - the apartment was everything we needed and more. Great breakfasts, really impressive restaurant food (even hot when we got room service!) and helpful, friendly staff. Loved it and didnt want to leave! Not sure why the original developer didnt put giant picture windows looking to the lake and flip the apartment layout but too late to change now! Still had a nice view and good sized balcony. Nothing we didnt like.

I had to stand outside the bathtub to take a shower so the floor got very wet. Luckily, I saw the housekeeping crew who quickly mopped and dried the floor for me.
• Simon Aaskov (10/5): - Very comfortable apartment hotel. Excellent facilities and great staff. Activities for all ages. Clean and spacious apartments and we like the Westlake area for the view and relaxed atmosphere. Gym equipment a bit dated and so was dishwasher/washer in apartment - functional though. We will definitely come back, especially if we're staying for a longer period.
• Tim (10/5): - Lovely big rooms with excellent pool and ground facilities for families. Food and drinks not a significant feature though it had excellent kitchen so you can do you own thing very easily. Some local shops and eating places which were affordable (like everywhere in Vietnam).
• Kalpesh (9/5): Fabulous stay - Spaciousness of the rooms and all amenities in the room Breakfast was not always replenished promptly but was probably because of peak times.
• Yoshiko (9/5): - 広いお部屋で、ゆったりと静かな休暇が過ごせました。 特にありません。
