Der Ausblick von dem Balkon ist traumhaft. Die Panoramafenster sind super. Das ganze Gelände ist gesichert und abgesperrt. Wir haben öfters ein Sicherheitsmann gesehen, das war ein gutes Gefühl. Die nächtliche Geräuschkulisse vom obigen Restaurant. Dort gab es auch nächtliche Partys. Der Brunnen,- der die ganze Nacht geplätschert hat, war nervig. Hinzukommt die Sauberkeit. Wir hatten angemerkt, dass wir nicht jeden Tag Service brauchen, da wir auch viel unterwegs sind. Das hat auch alles super geklappt. Wir hatten immer genug frische Handtücher jedoch hat man innerhalb von zehn Tagen nicht einmal den Boden gefegt, gewischt oder etc... meine Hausschuhe waren schwarz.. ! für internationale Gäste muss auf jeden Fall mehr Sauberkeit rein.. ansonsten ist das aus meiner Sicht nur ein Hotel für ein zwei Tage, kein längeren Aufenthalt!

- Eve (7/5): - Room was very clean, spacious and had microwave, utensils etc. The room also had a balcony with a great view. Very convenient location close to Hollywood blvd. Cleaning staff were very very helpful. The entrance is really hard to find if you don’t know the area. Check in is all online through a QR code with no physical staff present. The digital room keys were sent late at 4:08pm after contacting the property (check in is 4pm). You have to cart luggage up flights of stairs to reach your room (no elevator or ramps available). However, the cleanliness and utilities in the room outweighed the negative for us.

- Sahara (6/5): - The property is conveniently located in Hollywood in the center of everything so some places were even walkable. It was quite difficult to find the entrance when we first arrived and everyone we asked was going is wrong directions. The entrance is a gate located right next to the Yamashiro restaurant valet parking. Also our television never worked and they never did anything about it. Also there was a plumbing issue in our tub that it took me complaining for 2 days for them to come fix and clean the tub. Also there’s no front desk which admittedly I just don’t realize when I booked but has I known before, I wouldn’t have booked here
- Pozniak (2/5): Horrible. - Close to Runyon Canyon, so good hiking nearby. My room was literally 10 feet away from an entrance to a hookah bar. Just when I wanted to go to sleep, people kept coming and going up and down hotel stairs to enter this venue. Music was incredibly loud and continued till 3am. I couldn't sleep. Had to use ear plugs and noise cancelling headphones on top of them and still couldn't fall asleep till it got a bit more quiet. Terrible experience - had no idea my bedroom will be right next to a club! in the early morning leave blowers started walking around the property as well. suffice to say I didn't sleep.

Não vale a pena at all. - As visitas do quarto em que me hospedei eram deslumbrantes e o quarto era relativamente amplo. Na chegada, não havia equipe, não havia recepção, foi um perrengue conseguir todas as informações necessárias para o check-in. O hotel funciona como um airbnb, mas cobrando preços de hotel. A acessibilidade nota zero. Tive de subir lances e mais lances de escada com minhas malas, e não havia serviço de concierge, não havia elevador, não havia sequer alguém para indicar o caminho dos quartos. Foi terrivelmente frustrante subir a rampa do estacionamento mais todos os lances de escada até meu quarto no ultimo andar. Por este preço existem opções muito mais confortáveis.

- Blanca (2/5): Beyond Disappointing! Photos were Deceiving - N/A The photos on the website showed a swimming pool, which we later discovered has been out of order since May. The Pool area was dirty and poorly maintained. Additionally, there was not staff onsite making it difficult to get any assistance during our stay. We encountered multiple issues, including: * No clean towels provided we had to reuse the same towels twice a day for morning shower and night shower. * The TV remote was broken and taped together with black duck tape. * The top light fixture in the room did not work. * The restroom door did not close completely. * The restroom sink had burn stain on it. * The kitchen vent was falling off. *The view outside the room was not as advertised; the building in front was dirty and stained. * The baseboards needed a deep cleaning. * The coffee pot did not work, and despite calling to complain, it was never fixed during out stay, leaving us without coffee all weekend. * There was no housekeeping service. * When we returned to the hotel on Saturday night, we were locked out of our room and had to call for remote assistance to gain entry. We traveled four hours for this vacation expecting the amenities and conditions as advertised. Having to deal with these issues severely impacted experience. Given the circumstances, I am requesting a refund for this stay. Please advise on the next steps for processing this refund. I look forward to your prompt response. Check in, cleanliness, comfort, customer service…basically not a hotel. Like an apartment building you let yourself in and out of. Way, way overpriced for what you get. AC wasn’t working, which we found out the day of check in so there were no other rooms or options. We could not speak to anyone, just via text. When they finally got back to us, they said we agreed to a room without AC. The room was not fully made up for our family. Our kids literally said they were scared to stay there…maybe one of the worst hotel stays we have ever had.

- Garret (1/5): - Nothing As soon as we checked in we noticed the room was uncomfortably warm. Then realized the AC wouldn't go below 76. It was stuffy and humid in the room when we arrived and once we talked the front desk about the AC being locked at 76 we decided to leave and not stay in the hotel. There was also a broken toilet paper mount in the bathroom. It's very hard to find the room as they dont provide a map or directory. There is also a gate code where a code is required to enter and the code was very hard to find in my emails. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here.
