Hotel com uma decoração descolada e bonita, móveis lindos, café-da-manha muito gostoso e variado. Fomos muito bem atendidos pelo time da recepção, nos ajudaram com acesso aos restaurantes e nos deram mapa com explicações sobre pontos turísticos e horários de atendimento. Tudo muito bom! Nao é um ponto negativo nem algo que eu não tenha gostado, mas só para dar ideia para os próximos hóspedes: o hotel é super bem localizado e a rua onde ele fica é bem movimentada, então tenha isso em mente quando for pegar o taxi ou outro tipo de transporte, como para colocar as malas e/ou entrar nos veículo. E para chegar no hotel, para desembarcar do veículo, também fique atento devido ao trânsito em determinados horários.

Laura (7/5): Modern comforts in a historical city. - Room was very clean. Hotel was perfectly located for walking through the city. Daniel at the front desk was wonderful. Convenient water on tap any time you needed, and tea time for an afternoon pick me up. Front desk needed to control thermostat for the room and room was hotter than normally preferred. While there was a Nespresso in the room, I would have preferred to have access to the coffee machine in the breakfast room 24 hours a day the way it is provided in other hotels in Florence.

Lisa (9/5): Great location, fun spaces! - Good location, near the Duomo and other easily accessible sites in Florence. Loved the story of the hotel being the site of the missing Mona Lisa and the way they incorporate that into the art/decoration of the space. We had 3 people - a king size bed and a twin size pull out couch - which meant space was tight with luggage, etc but we made it work. The bathroom was large. They had a lovely 'tea' in the early evenings and a neat little wine basement with a wine dispenser for getting out of our room to hang out, without leaving the property.

Nagyon könnyen rövid idő alatt gyalogosan megközelíthető minden fontos látnivaló, nevezetesség. A környéken számos étterem, pizzéria, bár, fagylaltozó, cukrászda, pékség, söröző, borozó található, így az étkezés is gyorsan megoldható. Vásárláshoz nem messze van a nagyon elegáns, híres, luxus divatházak butikjai (via Tornabuoni) , és számos más híres üzletek boltjai, ruhaboltok, cipőboltok, ékszerboltok, valamint a elegáns Rinascente áruház (Piazza della Repubblica), tehát minden termék megtalálható. Nem volt olyan ami nem tetszett volna a szállodában. Csak pozitív véleményem van mindenről. Nagyon egyedei szálloda Firenzében, a szálloda történelme rendkívül, történelmi hely színhelye. A világhírű Mona Lisa (olasz nyelven: La Gioconda) festmény megtalálásának a helye. Olyan szálloda, amilyen más nem található Firenzében. Nagyon kényelmes, modern szálloda. Nagyon hangulatosak a szobákban található modern műalkotások a Mona Lisa festményről. A szobákban az ágyak nagyon kényelmesek, az ablakok szigetelése nagyon jó, semmi zaj nem hallható a környékről, az utcákból. A reggeli is nagyon finom, és nagyon jónak találtam a minden délutáni ingyenes teát, sós és édes süteményekkel. A szálloda dolgozói mindenki rendkívül kedves, segítőkész, barátságos. Minden kérést próbálnak teljesíteni. A szállodában való tartózkodás nagyon családias. A szálloda beltéri berendezése is modern, nagyon jó és egyedi a csigalépcső, és a folyosókon, lépcsőn található modern műalkotások a Mona Lisa festményről.

Vasiliki Eirini (10/5): - Πολύ όμορφο ξενοδοχείο, σε τέλεια τοποθεσία, 5' από τον σταθμό του τρένου, αλλά και δυπ βήματα από τον καθεδρικό. Καθαρό δωμάτιο με όλες τις ανέσεις. Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν ιδοαίτερα μεγάλο, ήταν κάπως στενό. Επίσης το πρωινό μπορεί να βελτιωθεί.

herve (7/5): très bien situé, très convenable. - hôtel très convenable. seul problème rencontré: la petite chambre double est en fait une minuscule chambre pour 1 personne avec un lit de 140 et pas d'espace, de liseuse ou de table de nuit à gauche. Impossible de dormir à 2 ou de se mouvoir à 2 dans cette chambre. Les autres chambres sont très agréables
