The shower drainage and sink hole were constantly clogged and had a weird smell whenever the water went into it. The room is crazy small, you can’t even open your bags properly. No desk space. They located us in a different building then the actual hotel Concordia. You had to walk an extra few minutes to get to the actual place. We didnt mind it, but wasn’t clear on the listing.

Die Größe unseres Zimmers war nicht zufriedenstellend. Die Zimmer zur Straßenseite sind größer. Bei der Sauberkeit ist Luft noch oben.

- Karine (8/5): Notre séjour à Rome a été une vraie réussite. Nous avons passé quatre jours extraordinaires. Dommage pour l’vétusté de l - Le plus de cet établissement est son emplacement. Il est idéalement situé à deux pas de la place d’Espagne, la fontaine de Trevi, la villa Médicis entre autres ce qui est un vrai luxe. Le personnel est courtois, serviable très professionnel. Le ménage est correctement fait. La direction devrait rénover les chambres et les salles de bain vraiment vétustes et vieillissantes. C’est dommage, à un moment il faut réinvestir pour améliorer et embellir . Nous n’avions même pas de quoi poser notre trousse de toilette dans la salle de bain. Chambre en plus extrêmement petite pour trois personnes.

- Antonello (10/5): Ci vediamo presto. - La posizione è imbattibile, proprio nel cuore di Roma. La stanza era confortevole e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un piacevole soggiorno. Il personale merita una menzione speciale: accogliente, gentile e sempre disponibile a dare consigli utili e a soddisfare ogni richiesta.
- Mendy (5/5): Het was oke, maar niet voor herhaling vatbaar. - Het was een prima accommodatie, kleine kamer maar dat wisten we van tevoren. Wat ons helaas tegenviel was het bed, deze was enorm doorgezakt. Ook de airconditioning die niet zelf te regelen was via de kamer was een minpuntje.

The room was extremely small and difficult to get around in the room. The "table" in the room is actually a window sill. The elevator is a one-person elevator. The shower is very small and I could barely close the shower door. The carpet in the room was stained. The walls are very thin, I could hear conversations from the next room. I was on the 5th floor and only one way out if there was a fire. No fire escape or other exit.

- Beelen (5/5): Mitigé - L'emplacement était top et le lit confortable. La chambre a été faite tous les jours, c'était propre. Impossible de dormir la nuit. Aucune insonorisation. Il y avait énormément de bruit la nuit vu l'emplacement et nous entendions tout comme si la fenêtre était ouverte... De plus la salle de bain n'était vraiment pas pratique, la cabine de douche très étroite. Nous avions opté pour une chambre "supérieure" et ça ne l'était pas.

We arrived late in the evening and went up to the rooftop for a drink before venturing out. The barman was lovely and gave us loads of suggestions on where to go, eat and see. His lemoncello Spritz were amazing. Hotel room walls are a little on the thin side but wasn't too much of an inconvenience.

Il personale è entrato in camera senza bussare o senza accertarsi che ci fosse qualcuno all’interno, erano le 7 di mattina. Se non fosse stato per questo il soggiorno è stato ottimo. Camere non insonorizzate.

- Kristina (7/5): Great location, cosy but small hotel - The location of the hotel is great. It is only 2 metro stops away from the Roma Termini, 5 minutes walk from the Barberini metro and square. Walking distance to Trevi fountain, Pantheon, is etc. The hotel has a cosy terrace on the top floor which we, unfortunately, couldn’t avail of due to cold weather but I am sure it is great on a warm evening. There is a lift in the hotel which was really good as we had heavy suitcases. The staff was friendly and ready to assist. The breakfast was tasty and there was a decent choice. Enough to get you started for the day. The room was quite small and, apparently, there are even smaller ones. 2 people with 2 suitcases found it quite hard to get around. However, it isn’t a big deal, especially if all you use the hotel for is sleep and getting ready for the day. Just something to keep in mind. The furniture and amenities are quite old.

- Sergio (5/5): - Là posizione dell'hotel era strategica per chi voleva stare in centro Accoglienza è stata negativa in quanto per trenta minuti abbiamo cercato di metterci d'accordo con l'hotel e nessuno rispondeva. Inoltre ci era stata assegnata una camera, che normalmente viene definito sgabuzzino. Per fortuna abbiamo reclamato subito e c'è l'hanno cambiata. Rapporto qualità/prezzo non reale

- Mathilde (8/5): God beliggenhed - God beliggenhed - virkelig centralt og meget tæt på alting. Vi blev opgraderet da vi ankom, så vi fik et værelse med en lille balkon. Morgenmaden var enkel med superfin. Meget forventelig for et italiensk overnatningssted med croissanter, frugt, yoghurt, brød og pålæg. Der blev gjort rent på værelset hver dag. Vi var 3, de havde dog glemt at sætte en ekstra seng op i vores værelse. De glemte ligeledes to dage i træk at give os ekstra håndklæder til den ekstra person. En af dagene havde de flyttet alt vores bagage ind i skabet på værelset inklusiv vores shampoo/balsam fra badeværelset og var ligeglad med at vores ting blev blandet sammen. Generelt mener jeg ikke, at der skal flyttes på gæsters ting medmindre det er fordi de ligger på eksempelvis sengen og er i vejen. Det var dog ikke tilfældet her.

- Bertram (1/5): A DISASTER! - I booked through booking.com. Reservation was confirmed then cancelled by BKNG. Afterwards a new booking without my knowledge was made. I did not rebook!Totally unacceptable response from staff. I called five time.was told they would call back with update but never did!

- Valentina (9/5): muy bueno - el hotel estaba muy céntrico y esta muy limpio, se veía profesional. Siempre me pasa lo mismo en todos lados. Pido que me separen la cama porque tienen la opción y me confirman pero no lo hacen.
- Marleen (9/5): Top locatie, heerlijk verblijf! - Heerlijk verblijf gehad in het gerenoveerde dependance gebouw. Wat een super ligging in het centrum! Heel gastvrij, behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Aanrader!
