• Shaun (8/5): Very close to a perfect stay, it’s only things outside the owners control that caused issues so we can’t complain! - Communication, location, size, cleanliness, facilities all excellent. Church/monastery bells from across the street at 7am every morning for 5 minutes - these obviously aren’t the owners issues but something to be aware of if visiting. Noise during the night - loud nightlife from midnight to 4am.

• Eira (9/5): Fabulous location for a weekend roaming in Rome with good friends - A lovely large apartment in a superb location for site-seeing. The Pantheon is just around the corner and only a short walk from lovely piazzas with great restaurants. The area has a homely neighbourhood feel to it. There is a local supermarket on the doorstep which had all we needed (we ate out most of the time but bought breakfast items, wine, fruit and cheeses which were all fab quality and very reasonable) . The beds were so very comfy and the rooms all huge. The apartment was very clean and the shower rooms were ample. Communication from the hosts excellent and very helpful - we were allowed early access and to leave our bags of an extra few hours on the last day whilst we did our final explore. Such a great find and a perfect place for our group. More plug sockets would have been helpful but this is a lovely old building in Rome so its a big ask.

• Renee (9/5): Superb - Wonderful accommodation - especially for a large family! Has three GIANT rooms (this is very rare for Rome). Airconditioning in every room and in the entire apartment - necessary for a Roman summer! Host was great and easy to talk to. The rooms were very large and comfortable. The location is perfect in the centre of Rome just 10 minute walk from most of the landmarks. Would definitely stay again.

Handrail in showers would have been helpful due to the step down and the slippery shower floor. As well, garbage cans in the bedrooms would have been great.
• Aj (9/5): Large, clean apartment perfectly situated within walking distance of all the sights. - Location was excellent for all the things you’d want to see on your first trip to Rome. We were able to walk to the Vatican, the coliseum, Piazza Navona and the pantheon were just a few minutes walk away. Apartment was clean and bedrooms huge. Lots of space for 7 of us. Comfy beds and apartment felt secure. Nothing we didn’t like and would stay again. There’s no great view from the apartment and there was quite a bit of noise in the evenings from upstairs.

• Tracey (9/5): Central location and very big apartment - Massive apartment which was fantastic for our group of 8. Location was very central to everything. The noise at night from the below alleyway/road from people leaving the nearby nightclub and restaurants continued on till at least 4am. The noise is so loud it sounds like it’s in your room so makes it very difficult to sleep unbroken. Most apartments in Italy were like this though.

• Audrey (10/5): Exceptional - Everything. The apartment itself is huge. I have lived in entire apartments smaller than the master bedroom. We had 5 adults and 2 kids, and there was plenty of room to spare. The kids had a great time running around and hiding from each other in the various rooms. The kitchen is fully functional and the beds were extremely comfortable. The location just south of Piazza Navona cannot be beat. Everything we wanted to do was easily walkable (even for my 70 year old parents) except for the Colosseum (which we wound up walking to anyway) and the Vatican (a quick trip on the bus). My only complaint is that there is a bell tower that rings at 7am somewhere close by. It woke me up every morning.

• Joanne (8/5): A very spacious apartment with a very convenient location - The location was very central so we could walk everywhere. The apartment was extremely spacious. The toilet/shower set-up is a bit unusual but we managed to make it work even with 7 adults. Great to have a washing machine and dryer. There is a small lift which was great to get the luggage up and down but the rest of the time, we just used the stairs as the apartment is only 2 floors up. We booked a transfer from the train station to the apartment and the driver turned up 30 minutes late and the van was too small to fit all our luggage. Only 2 sets of keys were supplied which was a logistical nightmare when couples wanted to go out separately.

• Chelo (9/5): Wonderful stay - exceptional location and value - highly recommend! - Spacious and exceptionally well located and equipped apartment. We enjoyed our stay which was quiet (despite being in a prime area) and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and the place even had an elevator, washer, dryer, and dishwasher. The host was very helpful and prompt with any questions or needs we had. The apartment itself is very well suited for families or groups with its four bedrooms large kitchen large living room and extra cots/beds available. Wonderful stay we highly recommend this exceptional value. No complaints it was a wonderful stay. Might recommend a small, inexpensive corner shower shelf for each of the showers to hold shampoo/conditioner or soaps.
• Mohammed (10/5): Overall, I had very comfortable trip to Rome because of Rinidia. I strongly recommend it without any hesitation. Thank y - My experience with Rinidia was super excellent. The location is amazing, you can reach all famous spots in Rome walking within 20 minutes maximum. I didn't need to use the public transportation. Rinidia is clean, specious, with four big rooms, two bathrooms, living room with big flat Samsung TV and big kitchen fully equipped with all facilities. The internet is available with very acceptable speed. The staff are always available for any need. The owner is very cooperative, he arranged my transportation from and to airport, and he was available all the time replying to my messages quickly and giving me some excellent dining suggestions. Overall, I had very comfortable trip to Rome because of Rinidia. I strongly recommend it without any hesitation. Thank you very much. nothing

• Alex (10/5): Huge comfortable apartment with great location - Huge! This apartment was bigger than we imagined and fit the whole family perfectly. Big kitchen table, 2 showers, 3 bathroom sinks, living room and plenty of bedrooms. Perfect! The location was great with a grocery store across the alley, pizza place not far and the Pantheon just a couple of blocks. Everything was what we wanted but if there was one tiny little thing is that the wifi was strongest at the kitchen. But hey, this is very trivial and did not cause a big deal with our family.

We came here to spend 3 nights in the centre of Rome after my son's wedding in the country. It helped us to make what had been a perfect trip even better. I have nothing that I didn't like about the property. From the location to the bedrooms to the living spaces, it was perfection for us. We were a party of 13, 7 adults and 6 children. It fitted us perfectly.
