The property we stayed in was a one bedroom with kitchen and living room. We absolutely love this apartment. It was well designed fully functional and even had a balcony. They have plenty of closet. Space in the shower was strong and the bed was very comfortable. We love the security and the staff were incredible friendly. We recommended this property to our friends coming next month. • Mette (4/5): Disappointing - Clean, good location There was a construction next door, they should have declared that. Instead they had left earplugs in the room. Upon arrival the asked for a large deposit in case we would ruin or steal anything. They also asked us to sign a stock-count of all items in the kitchen. Really?

• Colombe (10/5): Comfortable, friendly, convenient - Very friendly and accommodating staff and office manned 24/7. Very well equipped kitchen and lovely small touches. The neighborhood is very nice with convenient bus stop nearby and small supermarket right around the corner. It didn't affect us much because we were there over a week-end and the weather was not good, so we didn't spend time on our balcony, but there is construction next door during work hours which can be noisy if the windows are open (otherwise good sound proof windows).

• 850waltk (10/5): Our experience was excellent - We arrived before our apartment was available and settled for a while in the common gathering space and the garden area. The staff stored our luggage while we explored the neighborhood and discovered how close the Pantheon (and several restaurants) is to the apartment. The staff was superb during our 9 day stay suggesting options for dining and tips for getting around. The location was quiet for us, but we were out most of the days, The pedestrian street eliminates the street noise you would expect in a busy major city. Within 5 minutes of the apartment is a major shopping area with restaurants, cafes and bistros as well as specialty shops and grocery stores. We enjoyed the spacious living room and well equipped kitchen along with the balcony overlooking the garden area. This was by far our best experience in Paris and look forward to returning.

Lots of grocery and food options a stones throw away :) You have to take out your garbage out down to the basement before you check out or you’ll be charged. For the cost of this property this felt like it could be done by the property not the guest. It was quite annoying to do this.

• Vanessa Choon Hsia (10/5): My no.1 choice of accommodation in Paris! - Part way through our trip my dad suddenly felt ill, and the staff kindly helped us to call an ambulance (no easy task as he was on the line for more than 15 minutes!), and when we had to extend our trip in Paris due to my dad’s hospitalisation, the manager very kindly recommended alternative accommodation nearby as the apartment was full for some of the days my brother needed to stay as he remained in Paris as my dad’s caregiver. They also allowed my brother to extend his stay for 1 day in the larger apartment we had originally stayed in instead of moving into a smaller one we had booked for him, and on the final day at the apartment, the staff extended the check out time for my dad who had just been discharged from hospital, so that he could get more rest. I would like to thank the entire team, from the manager, the staff member who got the ambulance for us, and the cheerful young gentleman who works the weekends for all their help and support during this very stressful time for our family. The apartment is comfortable and excellent in every way, and the friendly service and hospitality here is top notch. I would absolutely stay here again when I return to Paris, and honestly I wouldn’t look anywhere else! Nothing

Excellent location near dozens of cafes, shops, etc. clean and spacious apartments. Each time when leaving the apartment building, you’re required to leave your apartment key with front desk. That seemed to be slightly odd but not problematic.

• Marina (1/5): Really disappointed with the total lack of human touch when my son was sick additionally you are asked to pay 300€ depos - Location was good and apartments are quite new Too much noise from the school outside the bedrooms are really small but the service was really bad reception was really unhelpful when we needed help as my son felt unwell they did not allow us to get into the apartment on departure date even though it was before 11 am which is check out time not even when we requested 10 min as my son needed to go to the bathroom as he felt sick he ended up sick in the street I will not be booking this property again and for sure will not recommend it

There are also bus stops and metro stations nearby which connect easily with the main touristic area (Le Louvre, la Ste Chapelle, etc). The staff were excellent and incredibly helpful and friendly - thank you so much for your help. We are already looking forward to our return to the apartments! It could do with a few more pots and pans, and the bar seats at the dining table are not so suitable for older folks

La zona mi è piaciuta tantissimo, è super sicura anche di sera e c'è molta vita (locali, ristoranti...). È ben collegata con i mezzi, noi ci siamo spostati in bus. Nella stessa via si trova un carrefour express, molto comodo per comprare qualcosa di veloce da cucinare o anche solo la colazione.

• Agung (10/5): Cozy place and location, very nice place to stay - Very well location in Arr 5, very near to Rue Mouffetard, nice pedestrian with lots of small cafes and market in the morning. Walking distance to Pantheon, and very near Metro at 400m or 6 minutes easy walking (M7 - Cessier Daubenton). The staffs at reception are very hospitable and welcoming. Feel very safe. I was upgraded from 1-bedroom to 2-bedroom apartment, spacious, comfortable and felt homey, full amenities and with balcony to enjoy fresh air with coffee. Highly recommended place, I will definitely opt to this place next time I visit Paris 1. Only staying for 2 nights. Should be longer. 2. In the pedestrian street, so transport or taxi from or to airport should stop on the street 15m away, which is not a big deal even when carrying big luggages
• Johan (10/5): Fantastic apartment hotel in the heart of Paris ! - The Hotel is well located in the 5th arrondissement, just a 2-minute walk from Rue Mouffetard, a fantastic street lined with fantastic bakeries, shops and cafes where you can buy breakfast. It is just a 10-minute walk from the Luxembourg RER train station, which conveniently takes you to and from Charles de Gaulle airport. Quiet street and very friendly staff. The only negative was that the stay there was too short

It felt very safe and easy to go around. It was also very clean and organized. Equipped with everything we need and the staffs were very helpful and friendly. The only issue we had was with the drain in the shower. It was slow at times. But everything else was good.

Bien placé pour visiter des lieux connus. Quartier sympa et sécurisé. Hôtel propre, appartement cosy. Il y a une soufflerie ou une vmc qui tourne constamment dans les chambres et ça empêche de dormir. Le personnel a été réceptif mais je crois qu'ils ne peuvent rien faire.

• 624emmac (6/5): Nice apartment BUT loud construction next door!!!! - A nice apartment that is big enough for a family of 4. States it’s in a quiet location - it is, some restaurants nearby but missing the hustle and bustle of other areas in Paris (like the 9th Arr.). HOWEVER, be warned there is major building construction happening in the adjoining block. We couldn’t be in our apartment during the day as there was loud vibrating jack hammering and other construction noises. It would’ve been helpful to know this prior to booking - we would’ve looked elsewhere. Construction is still a hole in the ground so I’m assuming this will be happening for 1-2 years. A shame as it is a nice apartment.

Rue Mouffetard is close by, so easy enough to get some food provisions and get creative with your own cooking! The studio was reasonably spacious, and the kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed, and the fridge was also a decent size; including a freezer. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we would definitely recommend to others to stay here ... a home away from home! A slightly larger dining table would have been preferable, but it was fine overall.

The room key needs to be dropped into reception every time you leave the hotel which felt a bit weird (but you'll never lose the key I suppose) and there is some street noise mainly from school kids which was not a real issue for us. There is also limited space around the main bed making access to the bathroom a little awkward if you are a big person or have mobility issues.
• Stefan (10/5): Alles hat sehr gut geklappt und alles war sehr gut. - Sehr freundliches Personal. Empfang immer besetzt. Gute Lage. Wir waren auf 602 durch ein kostenloses Upgrade. Das war riesig auf 2 Ebenen mit 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer, 2 Toiletten und großer Küche. Alles sehr sauber. Schöner Blick von oben. Es war perfekt.
• Sightsee36270522991 (10/5): A nice apartment! - We stayed here for 3 nights around American Thanksgiving. It was a lovely place and I appreciated the amount of room we had and having an apartment with a living room and full kitchen. One small thing is the shower was a bit dirty and smelled of mildew. The location of Pepper & Paper is also not the most central, so it was hard to come back during the day, and we only really were there at night time. Other than that though, it's a very cute and pleasant place to stay!

• liesbeth (8/5): Would definitely recommend to stay there, super nice area, easy to reach - bathroom very beautiful and clean, amazing shower. Living/bedroom beautiful, clean & cozy, good beds, quiet at night. All necessary kitchen supplies are provided + qualitative ones. The toilet had an entire touch panel but nothing worked

• Caterina (10/5): Appartamento oltre le aspettative - Io e una mia amica abbiamo prenotato uno “Studio”(camera+bagno+cucinino). La camera e il bagno sono delle giuste dimensioni e la cucina(in realtà un cucinino) è completa di ogni tipo di strumento, comprese delle ricette per inspo. Lo staff è estremamente disponibile, anche per tenere le valigie l’ultimo giorno dopo il check out. Nel complesso è ottimo 👌
• Jacob (7/5): Decent place with a great location, but not worth the price. - The location was nice. There is a beautiful market street just a few blocks away. The property was lacking basic amenities like paper towels and spices. Additionally, the courtyard space that was heavily advertised, was not open during the fall season. It’s only open for spring and summer.
