• Rebecca (4/5): Not impressed. our room was absolutely disgusting. And when we let the front desk know that we don’t get any new towels - The pool. Our room was very gross. There were stains/boogers on the walls and doors. MOLD. ESPECIALLY the air it made us feel gross, also alllllll of the furniture was ruined and gross. Also the staff was not the best they wouldn’t clean our room or give us new towels even tho it was the 3rd day of our stay. They said it was our fault because we left the “staying in today” sign on our door. I told him we did Not leave that sign and then he said they in fact DID try to get in our room but it was locked? That made no sense we were at Disney all day and no one stayed. We were able to get back in? They literally just didn’t do their job but tried to blame us. We literally just wanted towels.

La habitacion era amplia y estaba bastante acondicionada, parking gratuito, tienen transporte a los parques por un suplemento y esta en una zona tranquila y bien comunicada lo malo y que no deberian vender asi, dicen "con desayuno" y nada de eso, te dan una bolsa si la pides en recepcion por la mañana con un zumo un dulce y algo mas segun el dia pero no me parece un desayuno como tal para que te lo cobren, mejor hacer opcion sin desayuno no merece nada la pena

Des serviettes à disposition. Un logement bien équipé en espace de stockage, et grande cuisine. Très agréable Dommage que le petit déjeuner soit un sac a récupérer. Il manque une machine pour récupérer des boissons chaudes. On aurait apprécié pouvoir aérer la chambre, pas possible d'ouvrir les fenêtres. Mais franchement de grave ....

• Stephen Bailey (6/5): Return visit - Location and friendly and very helpful staff. Externally facilities were very clean and tidy. The room itself was dissapointing, very tired , carpets not very clean and furniture well past its sell by date. Beds were comfortable however the hotel needs to focus on upgrading the rooms with a re decoration and new furniture and definitely new carpet. Have stayed here before and the rooms have definitely gone backwards. Loved the location and the work being done on the external and working internal areas. Would not stay here again unless the rooms are upgraded.

The guy never checked and hide behind not knowing English. He doesn’t need to know English to look at the supplies. The girl at the desk was the one who brought out the juices and water. No eggs ever came. The manager was off so she wasn’t able to help. The room 523 is awful, old ran down and the carpet is disgusting. The furniture has burn marks and hard to open drawers. It is so dark even with the drapes open. The room needs a facelift badly. This is my second stay here and my room in Jan was a better and so was the breakfast. What happened? I understand the lobby is getting some work done but that is no excuse for poor leadership and horrendous breakfast experience. The outdoor area is very nice.
• Julie (6/5): - It really was just SoSo. They are undergoing serious renovations. With that, it is understandable why it wasn't as clean as it could be. We were put in one of the older rooms and it was definitely in need of a face lift. Dark and dingy. The staff could have been a bit more friendly. During our 3 day stay we had just 2 staff members smile and acknowledge us. Both were at the lobby check-in desk. Thank you...for that! It goes along way. Breakfast was ok except for the powdered eggs which were rubbery and just plain gross. The outside grounds were well kept and inviting. The location is super being close to the parks and plenty of dining options nearby. They offer free parking and shuttles to the parks which is a nice perk. This place has potential if they would just pay a little more attention to detail.

• Stanley (5/5): A little disappointed - The pool was fantastic, and the location was a quick taxi or complimentary shuttle away from the theme parks. The lobby was under renovation and entry/exit from the hotel, and access to the dining room and front desk, was quite awkward. The room was also quite worn out, but did the job.

It was very basic and poor options and they guard it like it’s a buffet in Vegas. When booking there were better options but since we had been here before and enjoyed it and the food options we tried again. It’s definitely ok for the value.

The breakfast staff was also very kind and helpful! My whole family and I came down with a nasty cold and were under the weather, I arrived right as they were about to close , but they allowed me to come in and grab food for my family! Can’t wait to come back!

• Morley (7/5): Great hotel location, could do with a bit of soundproofing - The room was spacious enough, the bed was extremely comfortable! Christian on the desk was impeccable and always very helpful. The free shuttle bus to Disney, Universal and Seaworld was very convenient as well. Breakfast was okay, the variety could do with improvement, as you get a little bored if you stay longer than a week. The air-con unit was very loud and started up and shut down with a bang every time which was very loud. As we were put in a room that could adjoin to another, even though the door was locked at all times, you could still hear every single conversation said next door. We unfortunately had 3 loud women waking up at 5:30am every day which then proceeded to wake us up early as well. Reception were good at telling them to quieten down, but then the following day they had short term memory loss!!

Then pool closed at 10pm but hot tub closed at 11pm staff tried to make us leave at 10 but we was in hot tub then stood around waiting and even came up to us the same guy from night before said it’s 10:55 . Then when check out we had to make 3 trips on the 2nd trip coming back up someone had when in our room open the curtains , took out trash in bedroom and outside door yet housekeeper n maintenance said they didn’t go in yet our curtains was open with our stuff at door they should of never went in room with our stuff in it when they haven’t been our room in 6 days .. hallways smelled on 3rd floor like wet carpets . And as we was leaving the staff decided to paint a bench on the 3rd floor hallways for us to smell it as we was going back n fourth
• Demi (2/5): - This hotel was a major letdown. The front desk staff was rude and unprofessional—one even made an offensive joke about my last name and laughed. I witnessed poor treatment of other guests as well, including an argument with a young Black man simply asking for soap. Our room smelled like mold, the shower was dirty with hair and visible mold, and some electronics didn’t work. Staff offered a room change, but I’m six months pregnant and too exhausted to move after unpacking. Later, they threatened to charge us for the second room unless we returned the key—refusing to assist when I explained my situation. Breakfast was terrible: frozen bagels, sour juice, and yogurt in a communal bowl. Ironically, the same staff member who said she couldn’t leave the desk later left it to grab herself breakfast. Only positive: the shuttle driver was kind and helpful. Otherwise, I would not recommend this hotel.

• Heather (6/5): It’s a good place to stay for the value - My stay was ok. The location is spot on if you want to visit Disney, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, or Epic Universe!!! It looks as though the hotel may be doing some sort of ratification. The staff was super friendly. It felt like there were permanent residence that lived in the Hotel. Some of the rooms seemed different from ours?? We rented two rooms. Both rooms the carpets were stained and the kitchen dishes did not feel so clean. The couch and the chairs were very uncomfortable and well used almost to the point of not being able to sit on them. The kitchen chairs were made of metal extremely heavy and hard to maneuver. The tables had water markings on them. They only provide you with dishwasher powder. Please make sure to bring your own dish soap if you want to clean dishes or wipe off counters. The beds were clean, soft and comfortable. The bathrooms were very clean and the towels were comfortable. The pool area was fantastic! It was clean there were a lot of things for the children to do and it was a great place to relax. I found breakfast to be not as impressive as most hotels that supply breakfast. It would have been nice to have a pancake maker or a waffle maker there. It would have been nice to have had more options as well for breakfast. Maybe I’m just spoiled! I was impressed that they had glass plates and silverware for breakfast!! Overall, it was a good place to stay for the Value.

The bathroom and lighting could use update… they should put regular soap and shampoo like other hotels because they give u q tiny bar soap and little shampoos though. But everything else was good

• Ronad J (10/5): Restful - It was a relaxing, meeting up with friends and close to Disney springs.
• Eduardo (4/5): - The hotel seems to be a mix of rental properties, the unit was old and worn down, ac at first was not working, arrived late so that night was uncomfortable. The ac was fixed the next day, frustrating that units aren’t checked ahead of time. The shower handle would not stay in one place, hot kept falling towards the hot. The carpet in the unit was disgusting. The check in at night was terrible, very rude and had to insist for her to give me a letter that was dropped off. The breakfast staff was helpful and the only star of the the hotel.
• Victoria (4/5): - I like the spacious of the rooms. The layout of the room, and it was for the most part clean. However, when entering the room there was an old, musty odor, like the room had been shuttered for a long period of time. It may be from a very stained carpet in the area of the kitchen table or the old dark brown couch in the living room. Even after I sprayed air freshener, it still had an unpleasant smell.

• Joshua (4/5): - There was lots of noise the entire stay. the staff at the front desk were friendly. The hotel room was dirty and had hair everywhere and yellow marks around the tub. Sheets had stains
• Igor (6/5): Pleasant - Very basic breakfast, everyday the same, doesn't worth it. Better to buy some food outside.

• David (8/5): - Went there on business and room did not have a worktable and chair. Room had plenty of space for it. Booked thru Expedia which was their excuse for not upgrading me to a room with a worktable. Place was empty too. Very disappointed that management did not step up.
• Leilani (4/5): I won’t stay there again. - The location was good. Breakfast was good Our room didn’t have a table to eat on, it wasn’t as clean, our phone didn’t work, the a/c unit was weird, the gym was not what I was expecting one treadmill was working there were broken ones I don’t know why they didn’t remove them. Also the ice machines only worked on the 2nd floor and we were on the 5th floor. They don’t come clean your room until the 3rd day of your stay. The only thing that was nice was the location and breakfast. It looked nice on the website and the pool area looked like it would be a good hotel but it’s run down and out dated. I don’t think I will be going back there. They did have a Shuttle to Disney world.
