• Otto (10/5): - Der Besitzer (Dani) war sehr hilfsbereit und hat sich bemüht Kontakte zwischen den Gästen herzustellen, was für mich als Alleinreisenden optimal war. Die Zimmer war schön und groß, außerdem gibt es einen kleinen Patio und eine große Dachterrasse zum Grillen.

Y Dani personalmente nos atendió personalmente, nos facilitó toda la estadía, desde la llegada a la madrugada, hasta el último minuto que nos guardó el equipaje cómodamente. Muy recomendable! Lamentablemente habían muchos ruidos de trabajo de construcción justo al lado de nuestra habitación, comenzando a las 8 AM. Supongo que era algo momentáneo.

• Guest (9/5): Comoda y cerca del centro. - EL Trato con el personal es excelente. Nos orientaron en nuestra visita a la ciudad de Buenos Aires. Cuenta con lavadora. Tuvimos mucho frio la 1er. Noche. Lllegamos de tierras calidas asi que nos costo un poco adaptarnos a la temperatura. Al dia siguiente ya nos pusieron calenton.

Matías, quién nos recibió, super predispuesto a todas las inquietudes. La terraza maravillosa y la cocina cuenta con todo lo necesario para poder cocinar en el lugar si así lo desean La calefacción no llegaba a ambientar la parte de abajo.

The room itself is lovely, nice high ceilings and a great shower. It also has a roof top area and great kitchen / dining area which we used to cook some meals. Nothing!!

• Caroline (10/5): Exceptional - This is a really great place to stay. A lovely old building with stylish rooms. There is a beautiful roof terrace - wish we could have used that more but we coincided with a huge storm. It is in a good part of town near some good restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance and feels safe. Particular thanks to Lisandro for hanging on to the mobile phone we left in the room. There is no way any other hotel would do the - The casa was very charming, and had so many little personal touches that made it feel like staying at someone’s comfortable home, not a typical hotel. Hot water took a little while to come on, but was fine. The building can be a little noisy but everyone was respectful.

The rooms are good quality in an attractive old building. This is also a place you can meet fellow travellers (in the shared kitchen and communal areas) without it being hectic like a youth hostel. Definitely recommend
