• Solveig (4/5): Une expérience décevante - Le personnel au front desk est accueillant. La grande salle commune a du potentiel. C'est tout proche du métro qui va dans le centre et à l'aéroport. L'hostel a probablement connu ses heures de gloire à son ouverture, mais ce temps semble révolu faute d'entretien. Le dortoir de 6 lits pour les femmes tient plus du couloir que de la chambre, la salle de bain/wc est minuscule. Les lits ont perdu leurs rideaux d'intimité, deux casiers sur trois ne ferment plus. Les matelas sont tachés (pas d'alèse), les draps aussi (bien que lavés), et les couvertures sentent forts la poussière et les pieds. D'un point de vue général, l'intérieur du bâtiment n'est pas propre et le mobilier semble usé jusqu'à la corde, notamment sur le "rooftop". Cela pourrait être compensé par un prix attractif mais c'est pourtant plus élevé que nombreuses autres AJ dans la ville (26€ la nuit). J'imagine que l'ambiance y est moins morose en haute saison avec plus de gens et du soleil. Mais dans ce cas là je ne vois pas comment l'infrastructure tient le coup (pas d'eau chaude pour ma part le premier jour). Une expérience dont on se remettra mais toutefois décevante.

• Agata (7/5): Okej, ale mogło być lepiej - Plus za zasłonki przy łóżkach. Przy łóżku kontakty i lampka. W pokoju szafki na kluczyk. Recepcja ok. Lokalizacja pieszo blisko do Akropolu. Łazienka jest dosyć ciasna i nie najnowsza. Dodatkowo znajduje się w pokoju, więc słychać osoby biorące prysznic kiedy wieczorem próbuje się zasnąć. W styczniu było bardzo zimno w nocy, poprosiłam o aż 2 dodatkowe koce (bardzo cienkie) i wtedy dało się jakoś wytrzymać, ale wciąż nie najcieplej. W czasie mojego pobytu byłam jedyną kobietą w hostelu, reszta to (starsi) mężczyzni, co też dało trochę dziwne poczucie.

• Ingrid (10/5): I was so glad to find this hostel, I felt safe and cared. - Super friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. I felt like home. It was also very near the city centre.

• Fergus O Looney (5/5): Needs a huge makeover. - Good location, very near the metro station that comes from the airport. Great place to stay if u come to Athens for the first time. Staff are fine. Good Wi-Fi, bathrooms clean and good hot shower. Price is good. BEDBUGS!!!!!!... even when I changed room, the beds are full of bedbugs. The staff know this and still take bookings. This is wrong!!. The hostel should be closed for a while, get in the professionals to deal with the bed bugs, the whole hostel needs to be sanitized and a huge deep cleaning job, including the kitchen. The rooms are dark and get no ventilation. The seating area in the common area could be better and more comfortable. It just needs staff to care and proper management. Fix all this and this can be a great hostel, pity it's been poorly run.
• ISAAC (5/5): - 위치가 너무 좋아서 웬만한 관광지는 도보로 이동 가능합니다. 호실 청소도 매일 해주시는 것 같더라고요. 가격 대비 만족스러운 편이었습니다. 자물쇠는 무료로 주시더라고요. 샤워부스 커튼 바가 고정이 안 돼 있어서 계속 떨어지더라고요. 샤워 할 때 상당히 불편했습니다.

• GEORGIOS (3/5): - It was cheap This is my second time visiting this hostel and unfortunately this time it was really bad, so it will be the last one. The room was really cold to the point I had to sleep with my coat on, when I spoke about this with the old man at the reception and asked for an air heater he simply saw that the a/c works and didn't care to do anything. It's also worth mentioning the room wasn't really clean and the floor was sticky with something. The toilet didn't work properly either

The roof top isn't always a practical alternative and the kitchen is small. Space is at a premium There's no lift I don't appreciate the Rules. The shower needs to be separate

• Fatos (8/5): Good! - Theo at the reception was very helpful. The location was amazing, next to the metro station. Unfortunately, the bathroom was very small and not perfectly cleaned, dirty door, mould in the shower, 3 days no hand soap. I had to ask 3 times so it can be refilled!!
• Maxine (8/5): OK out of season - It's not what you would expect. It's perfectly adequate. I've been comfortable. Slept well. I've extended my stay I'm surprised that you cannot eat or drink in the dorm. Food and drink are prohibited and you must eat in the communal areas. There's no lift and the building has three levels. There's no microwave. It's not all that big and if it was busier I would seriously hate it. My six dorm has a shared bathroom with the toilet and shower in the same cubicle. Which means nowhere to pee if someone is taking a shower. There are toilets downstairs but that is the only shower.

• Randy (10/5): wonderful stay at heart of Athens - one of the best hostels i have ever visited ( my 88 th country).the staff is really friendly specially thio. i was upgraded for a double cell cabin and was treated very well. the hostel is located very close to the m3 metro line and easy access to the acropolis site. there is a rooftop Terence to relax and extra wash rooms in the basement (also in bedroom) love it! thank u very much.keep it up nothing

• Katharina (9/5): Tolles Hostel mit nettem Personal, gute Lage - Süßes Hostel mit sehr liebem Personal, das bei allen Anliegen hilft! Viel Platz und Privatsphäre durch Vorhänge mit Steckdose und Licht am Bett. Klimaanlage im Raum, netter Aufenthaltsraum und Rooftop Terrasse. Für ein Hostel ist es sauber. In einer Gegend mit vielen Restaurants, Cafés und Bars. Metro Haltestelle direkt um die Ecke (3min) oder 1-2km zu Fuß zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Super Hostel! Nur ein Bad mit Toilette und Dusche zusammen pro Zimmer kann schwierig sein, hat bei meinem Aufenthalt mit etwas Verständigung aber geklappt.

• Win (6/5): - Staff are very friendly, also the place, meeting hall, and terrace are all nice! Free coffee and tea all day. :) I stayed two nights at the female Dorm, bottom bed near the bathroom. Both the evening l got bitten to death. First, l thought it was just a mosquito, but then the second night, l got bitten again, even though the air conditioner was on. Upon check out I caught the "bugger" (literally!) that bites me. Killed it and it was full of blood. (Probably was all mine!) :(( It's a great shame, cause the place is good, but I guess the bottom bed is so used that, it caught some kind of bugs! Maybe they should check it.
• Hermon (9/5): - מקום מקסים, בלב שכונה תוססת אך ההוסטל במיקום שקט. מרחק של 25 דקות ממרכז העיר ברגל זה לגמרי סבבה! צוות מקסים ורגוע עוזר בכל דבר. המיטה גדולה מבדרך כלל, כמעט זוגית. אחזור לשם בעתיד. השכרה של מגבת זה 2 יורו. מעבר לזה הכל מעולה!

It’s also continently located a pleasant 15-20 mins into the centre of Athens. Great for price and location. The woman in the shared female dorm was snoring so didn’t sleep that well, but hey what can you do?! Not the properties fault.
